I still have not received the water filter that I ordered more than 2 weeks ago.If you really want to know how is your service-maybe you should find out why you took my money of $59.86 immediately and I still have not received my order!. I gave you one star because you dont have something lower like 0!
My goto place when I need appliance parts. Quick delivery to my home or easy pick up at store. Easy to navigate website to find parts. Great customer service at the store . Always willing to help you find what you are looking for.
When i arrived at the Pick-up Point, my order was completely wrong. I had to purchase what I needed from the store. Then I was told that I would have to wait several days until someone with the proper authorization came in to process my refund. with this kind of service, it is no wonder that Sears is having trouble.
Terrible service, i bought on line, picked up at the store, it was the wrong belt for my machine wont fit, store told me to send it back to where i got it from, so i sent it back to Dallas Texas, it arrived on jan 15, no refund,, getting the runnaround from everybody, this is why sears is doing so poorly. one tells me the store has to issue the refund, the store says we dont give out refunds to items bought on line, take a lesson from amazon, they give very fast service for refunds

I ordered a part and received it broken. I asked for a replacement part on July 16th and was told it would be here by the 19th. On the 19th when I did not receive the part I contacted them again and they told me the order was fulfilled and I would have the part in 24-48 hours. I contacted them again two days later and the part has still not been shipped and there is a problem with they order. I was told to give them two days to contact me. It has been two days and they are asking for more time to fix the issue. They could have easily resent the part but said they cant there is an issue with the manufacturer. I have now been over 20 days since the original order was placed and still do not have the part to fix my washing machine.
The staff and management in particular were super helpful and accommodating.
I ordered refrigerator seal online to be picked up at local searspartsdirect location...picked up what was boxed as correct item which turned out to be mislabeled part from sears. I called partsdirect to explain the situation and was told to go to back to store to exchange item because they are showing more in stock. Was told from store rep that this cannot be done due to the part being ordered online and that one was shipped specifically for me...Lies!!! I UPS tracked the item from box label and it was delivered to them @Garden city location in 2015!!!!!! Manager from the garden city location told me that phone rep didnt tell me to come to store and I went there because I didnt wanna pay for shipping...I needed part next day and store pickup was only option...this was highly rude and unprofessional comment...I live 40minutes from that location and driving there cost me as much as shipping would be. I paid a premium to use Sears directly for this part which compared to other online vendors who also carry part for nearly half the price...so Im not the type of cheap customer they commented me to be. Im a loyal, or perhaps now Not, customer from this. Please respond as this will get to corporate
