5 STARS for Gordon Chevrolet, John Pool and his staff in the service department.Our Silverado 3500 Duramax that we are pulling a 42’ fifth wheel shut down in the middle of the road due to contaminated fuel. Fortunately for us the fifth wheel wasn’t attached at that time, but we only had three days at a resort before having to leave. I called the three closest Chevy dealers and was told that they couldn’t get me in for two weeks and a $2000.00 estimate or they didn’t have the equipment to do that kind of work. Gordon Chevrolet understood my dilemma and the urgency of my situation. John provided me with a towing company number, told me he would get it on the lift that day. Oh, and he estimated around $1000.00 and his business card got me a good rate at Enterprise rent a car across the street. It took the mechanic two days to drop the fuel tank, clean the pump, flush the fuel system, and get her back on the road. They also changed the oil. And, yes, they met their estimate. John kept me well informed along the way. We have been pulling our fifth wheel for two weeks now with no issue.John, thank you for your help and please make a point to pass on our appreciation to your staff and management..
I had been looking for a vehicle and had been to a couple dealerships. The one thing I appreciated from my sales rep John michniak the most was that he was not pushy with me like other reps at other dealers had been. He was very genuine and kind and worked with me with my budget, and car of choice. He was readily available to help me and truly cared about my best interest in purchasing a car so much so that my boyfriend’s sister came in a week later to purchase a car from the same dealer, she had a different rep than I did, but Shaun really took care of her as well!
My vehicle was in for service a few weeks back and my drivers side rims were scratched horribly. It looked as if they were buffed with sandpaper or they were scratched during spinning while balancing. I talked with the service manager and during this last visit my hope was the damage would be acknowledged and rectified. That did not happen and I was told they could not have damaged it. Now my defrost light stopped working but I will have to deal with it because I have no confidence in the service centers.My truck has never been driven through a car wash as I am super careful to not get scratches or damage to this vehicle I am so proud of. This experience has ruined my rims and destroyed my confidence in GM customer service. I will not give another dime to GM since they care so little. This was a big purchase for me and to have it destroyed is just not right. I work very hard to have this nice truck and to be treated this way just breaks my heart.Shame on you Gordon Chevrolet! I am sharing my experience everywhere I can so nobody else has to go through this.
Was greeted with an associate. Was ask a few questions and was joke with,which was fun joking back with associate. Gave him the coupons that was sent to me by the dealership to use and then was told service was free, because of coverage I had when purchasing vehicle from the dealership. Made my day and lots of space in waiting area, and was done in a timely matter.

I will never ever purchase another vehicle from Gordon Chevrolet I received my new vehicle on August 9 by August 18 I started to experience trouble with my vehicle the engine light came on by August 20th I returned the vehicle to Gordon Chevrolet. Gordon cannot figure out what is wrong with the vehicle. I was told that GM TECHNOLOGY cannot figure out what’s wrong with the vehicle and they refused to give me a new vehicle it is now September 13 and Gordon still has the truck trying to figure out what is wrong. I should have been given a new truck by now! I will never make referrals to Gordon Chevrolet 😡

Everyone at the dealership was super friendly. I was greeted by multiple employees who just wanted to stop by and say Hi. How are you? even though they knew I was already working with someone. They had nothing to gain by talking with me, but they went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I had the pleasure of working with Rachel Morales. She was excited to help me find my next vehicle and made sure all my needs and wants were met. She easily answered all of my questions with her extensive knowledge of the vehicles. Dealing with her felt more like talking with a friend rather than someone just looking to close the deal and get your money. She made the whole transaction easy, painless, and fun. I look forward to working with Rachel again. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and I will be returning to Gordon Chevrolet when my lease is up.
Lori, my service worker, was excellent in telling me what needed to be done and how much is was going to cost. The service department was even able to complete the work in one day despite the fact that a had a power outage of over an hour. It was quite expensive, although I do appreciate the fact that I had the price up front and they did not add anything else to the bill. Finally I am grateful for the courtesy driver who took me home after I dropped off my car.
Ryan Soper was the only sales rep that made sure I got the exact truck I wanted. (Out of all the surrounding chevy metro Detroit dealers) no one else told me I could put a down payment hold on a truck while it was in transit. Im more then happy with My new lease...thank you gordon chevy and Ryan Soper for also making my time in the dealership next to nothing compared to my previous 4 leased vehicles. From making the appointment to walking in the door to leaving with my car... Was pleasantly surprised and satisfied for being a first-time customer. Caitlyn in the service department was on her game and made sure that my car was repaired in a timely fashion and kept in constant phone contact. She is a true professional and an asset to Gordon Chevrolet. My thanks to all involved in addition to Caitlin who serviced my car and made sure it was in top-notch condition. Blair who shuttled me from my home to pick up my car was also polite, professional and drove safely. I will definitely look to Gordon Chevrolet for car repair in the future if needed as well as purchasing a new car because of the service I received and because of people like Caitlyn and Blair who perform customer service to the finest.
Nicole in the service department is rude and not good at her job. I called a couple days ago for an apt, ended up with Thursday at 10am and I got a text confirmation for 1pm. I called for them to fix it because it was not my mistake, I know I said 10am and she tells me I will have to reschedule for a different day if I don’t what that time, even though she’s the one who wrote it wrong. I talked to Tammy the manger and she sorted it out but Nicole needs to learn better customer service
I was in a unique situation, as Rona pushed back turning in my lease, and I was down to the wire. I called Gordon, my local dealer, and spoke with one of the Sales Managers (Mike), who was very helpful in getting some preliminary numbers run. He set me up with my salesperson, Steve Sellers, and Steve was THE BEST. During these difficult times, they made sure everything was sanitized, no contact, and I was very comfortable doing business yesterday. I took 2 different cars on a test drive (an Equinox, which I came for, and a Blazer for a splurge drive), and Steve was awesome; he ran numbers for several different cars and options for me, and I never once felt pressured or backed into a corner. Being pushed to the last minute, I was scared that I was going to be forced into a bad deal just because of the timing. But Steve and Mike floored me: they got me a deal on a 2020 Blazer that was lower than the payments on my old Equinox! I LOVE my new Blazer, its a beautiful car, drives like silk, and it looks sexy! I never thought Id be able to afford a lease on a Blazer, but the guys at Gordon really worked a miracle for me! I am super impressed with their professionalism and follow through. Steve was one of the best salespeople Ive ever had; he was personable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Ive already given his name to a friend of mine, and if any of you are looking for a new Chevy, go see Steve Sellers @ Gordon! I was there for oil Change. So I needed two filters and they were pricey however the sales lady name Lorie Gardner was so nice she came out told me the problem I was having with my vehicle she gave me a coupon for my filters to lower the price a little but I appreciate 🙃that she explained everything so clear if I had any problems to give her a call anytime. I had contacted several other dealerships but they couldnt offer the color or price that I wanted. I came into the dealer to turn my lease in and I was able to leave with another new vehicle lease. I dont usually leave reviews for anything, but I had to for Gordon Chevy. My car was clipped by a FedEx truck and my insurance recommended I take it to get it fixed at a dealer. The collision department at Gordon Chevy was incredible to work with and my bumper looks as good as new! Very impressed with the people who fixed my car and the people who worked in the office. Also very grateful to Gordon Chevy for giving me a free loaner car while mine was getting fixed - my insurance doesnt cover it, but Chevy sure did!Yall are the best!

Well. I was satisfied and great until when I got a hole in my tire on the freeway. I called Gordon on Monday morning! I purchased my tires on April 9th and was told them and when I was there to get my oil changed that I had a warranty on my tires if anything happens to them. Well when I called on Monday the service manager told me that wasn’t true and it would of cost me 300 more and etc. so I emailed Michelin and generaLotors about this situation!! I highly doubt that I bought new tires less than 5 months ago and there is no type of warranty on that. I’m waiting to hear back from gener motors and the tire company. I was not satisfied at all.

I had a wonderful experience at this place. I had an appointment for 9am they had me out at the exact time I was told. No hidden fees very reasonable pricing I got charged exactly what I got quoted. The staff are very friendly the establishment is very clean and well lit. It is very very big. bigger on the inside than the outside. They also provide a shuttle service which is very convenient. The driver of the shuttle was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking to have quality service and friendly people work on their vehicles
I brought my car in for a check engine light. Everyone was super nice and helpful, from the moment I stepped out of my car. I didn’t know that i had to reserve a loaner, but the staff was able to get me a NICE one. They communicated with me every step of the way, by phone call and text, which was convenient while I was at work. They even fixed my light that had been backed into, for Cheaper than quoted! When I arrived at 7am to pick my car up, not only was it fixed, but also Clean! Awesome customer service!

This is my 2nd bad experience at this dealership. Sales rep **** never even came down to the service department when I reached out to him while I was there or even responded. Yet again, the dealership didn’t communicate with each other and tried to charge me AGAIN for included services on my vehicle. (Oil change, tire rotation) Very unorganized establishment. Would not recommend taking your vehicle here for service or even buying a vehicle from them at all!

I went to a Chevy dealer in Wayne on Michigan Ave and after 3 pros told me it cost $660 to replace a small molding strip. I went to Gordon and John looked at it and asked me to come back Friday, he took it into the shop and his tech replaced the two way tape and had me on the road in 15 minutes, and no charge.I will be getting my next Chevy from them

The service employees are very nice and helpful. My issue isnt with them. Ive had the Equinox in the dealership three times since I leased it in September 2020.It has cost me in lost wages. I will not lease another Equinox. First, the vehicle wouldnt startand had to be towed in. Computer issues, Secondly, the screen failed and I had to drive it in to get it repaired. Lastly, I had to take another day off work because the battery went bad.This is very disappointing. Again, I like the service personnel a lot. But the quality of the vehicles is beginning to be concerning.

Lorie is always amazing, had a bunch of small things fixed on my Terrain. I left the dealership and was going about my evening and the front passenger side started making this horrendous noise, I had break and rotor work done. I called immediately and since dealership was closing they scheduled me to bring it up in the am on a Saturday! The rotor shield was bent and fixed in like 10 minutes. Great customer service..... Always!!

I went in yesterday morning to get my rack and pinion module programmed so I could have power steering, was told they couldn’t do it, but was still charged for labor. This morning I went to FELDMAN Chevrolet in Livonia & they programmed it just fine, also for $25 less than Gordon charged me. Basically, Gordon lied to me and charged me for work they COULD HAVE done, they just didn’t want to & wanted me to buy a new part.
