Great service will always be repeat customer

If I could give this shop zero stars I would. I took my 2018 Ford Fusion in for a busted mirror and some hail damage to get taken care of.They did a decent job on the car, everything is fixed. The mirror that was replaced was not a OEM part, it doesn’t match the one that wasn’t replaced. Not happy about that but it’s nice to not have a shattered mirror at least.When I went to pick up my car, it was dirty. I asked them to wash it for me as they said they would. They took it around the back of the building and never washed the car. They did apply tire shine though and that looked good. But the car came back out with fingerprints and dirt all over it.I was willing to deal with this until I got in and started it only to find out that it had 6 miles of gas left in it. I didn’t expect a full tank but what am I supposed to do with six miles of gas?Definitely not going back here for any work again, even if it means I have to spend more money. Poor product, poor customer service, wont be back.

If there was a 10* rating. This place would get 10*. They are very fast and efficient. They did an awesome job putting my bumper back in place. I took it to another shop before and they did a lousy job. My fiance referred me here because they always do a good job. I want to thank Suburban management and team, Michael Liptak and Jim Bartlett and collision team for your professional help. This place is highly recommended. Great prices too.

Pretty good service.

Took my car here after a car accident and it took almost a month and a half for repairs to be completed. Customer service wasnt very good, or particularly polite. When I called, the lady wasnt very clear after such a long time about my cars status. She said she would call me the next day and when she didnt and I called her, she told me she had tried to call me, but Sprint was having problems. I had been on multiple other calls that day with no issue. It honestly just sounded like an excuse because she forgot to call me back. The car itself looked good, but over a month later, the inside still smells like chemicals and I noticed that when my trunk is popped, the plastic housing that one of the repaired lights is in is cracked. The first time I went to fill my tank, the gas cap that had always been attached fell off, as they didnt reattach it, and rolled under my car. I would never bring another vehicle back here, and I wish I had gotten my car repaired at another place.

Love chryslers but their service shop is not the best especially for them being chryslers
