What a horrible experience!! I do not entirely understand how Sara Malloy is working for Royalty Parts Plus but the phone number for this company goes to her as well???We ordered $1000.00+ worth of parts that were wrong due to incorrect listings.First they tried to tell us they were correct and we were wrong (Not the case)She agreed to try to correct issue/Nothing.At this point she and the owner of Royalty Parts Plus decided to stop answering there phones, returning e-mails or returning our calls.Very unprofessional/poor service. STAY AWAY!!!
