At first it was good. This was my 3rd time going and such a horrible experience. Wax was left on me so had to walk around sticky until I went home to take a shower and strings of hair, hair stubs still on me after getting a Brazilian wax. This never happened to me until now. Then the girl who wax me gave me her business card trying to get me to come to her instead of going there. Never. I want a full refund. They will be losing a good customer. I also called serial times and no manager has returned my calls. Looking for another wax center now. Full refund
I went to get a Brazilian and two other wax services. I usually go and get waxed and book two services but Olivia is always booked and can’t do the second service. Today I went and got 3 services. I called ahead to make sure they were able to do all 3 and the front desk associate said they could. I went and barely waited 1 minute when Brittany called me for my services. The moment we got into the room she got my attention with the conversation and she did all the services I wanted. We never stopped talking and it went by so fast! She was great! Will definitely be booking with Brittany from now on!!!
This was my first time at this location. Was a fabulous visit from the front desk to Ruby!! I would recommend her 100%. Will definately be back and Ruby is it for me!

I had an amazing experience! I used to come here consistently and then I stopped about 4 years ago and just came back today and as always, my experience was phenomenal! Briana at the front desk was very professional and my waxer Cindy gets 100000000000 stars 🌟 She is awesome! I explained to her that I haven’t waxed in a few years and she was very patient with me and made me feel extremely comfortable with the process and not only that, she did a phenomenal job! I look forward to future appointments! The place is very clean and neat too...
I always ask for Ruby thats my girl!!!!! Shes definitely by far the only rep there that will ask you if the Wax is too hot, and listens if you say yeah, she definitely makes you feel comfortable!!!! 10/10
Yesterday i had an appointment for a Brazilian wax, i was scheduled with Olivia who was absolutely great. After my appointment was over i was brought back to the front area as i waited for over 5 minutes BY MYSELF because there was no front desk attendant visible. Moments later a girl walks in to start her shift (didn’t catch her name) and is just as confused as i am in where the front desk attendant is. She quickly put her things down and begin to ring me up, moments after that the obvious attendant who was at the desk came strolling in with PIZZA! I was able to still schedule my next appointment and renew my package but the unprofessionalism in this location is not good!
Wanted to make an appointment on Friday evening so I decided to see if i could maybe walk in, but wasnt brave enough to go in cause I saw the receptionist wearing her mask around her neck, makes me wonder if they are really following all the procedures to keep their customers safe!!!! I have picture proof of this and am really disappointed.
Cindy the waxer is great but the front desk is a mess. Associate was not wearing her maskProperly, asked me for my name 3 times in the half hour I waited even though I arrived prior to my appointment time. Please get it together front desk.

Elizabeth was great my wax session was painless - she took great care of me throughout my appointment as well as gave me great tips for post care. I did purchase the products she recommended and they are excellent! I would definitely recommend European Wax Center to my friends & family.
This was first time visiting this location and I am very pleased to say it was a wonderful experience. The facility is extremely clean and well kept. The staff was professional and courteous. I look forward to coming back and recommending to others as well. There is also parking available.

This location is very clean and the staff Is very pleasant. They very well managed to accommodate me and my waxing specialist was a PRO! Sonia did an amazing job with the waxing and made it a breeze. She was very professional, careful and gentle. Will definitely be going back.

Came on today 8am appointment as I enter the store 10mins before my appointment is was told he store is closed and that they arent ready yet I explain I have an appointment for 8am the two young ladies were laughing and the one with the white shirt said well I am just letting us know they never even page Anita and let her know is was here is was also wait....i felt pretty disappointed I thought the women at the desk would be professionals...i will be back due to Anita she is the best that why u still have my business u have a lot more locations that I can go to.....
Ruby in Garden City, is great. 10 years in the field knows how to be quick, minimal pain. Still hurts like crazy but definitely done quicker than most.
The only kind of torture that I pay for that I’ll probably ever rate 5 stars. The staff is always nice. The waxers are great. And if you buy a package it’s a bit cheaper too. Only ever had one problem with a waxer over the years and it was so minuscule. And I’ve only had one issue when they couldn’t see me until about 30 minutes past my appointment time but I had time to kill and wasn’t too bothered by it.
Had a 2:30pm appointment. Arrived at 2:25 and was told the esthetician was not there. I made the appointment to accommodate a break I had a work. At 2:45pm the esthetician was there but still not ready. I had to leave to get back to work. Terrible customer service. As a busy professional, my time was wasted and this is not acceptable.
Terrible customer service. Made me feel bad. I am committed With a package and spend a lot of money I deserve to be treated with good customer service! I would rather drive further into Long Island to another location
The only wax place ive ever been to where youre a) made to feel bad b) have to hear throughout your appointment why certain fine hairs cant be removed as an excuse for missing multiple spots over and over again c) leave with half your hair still unwaxed. Waxer was untrained and unprofessional. Will never visit here again. Will stick to my non name brand salon going forward where I dont pay an arm and a leg and actually have hair removed.
Place is awesome, clean n welcoming,,the wait is never long and the process is a breeze,, but the management needs refresher on customer service skills
Today was my first time at euro wax, I am highly disappointed with the service. The service I paid for I did not received when I called to express my concerns I was told to come back for a touch up. What makes matters worst I have a vacation tomorrow and the rep only feedback is to come within 5days or fill out a form to the manager! Highly upset 😡 I will not be going back and I advise you to take your business elsewhere!!

Do NOT come here for a wax. Came for a leg wax. Left with about 50% of my hair still on my legs. In addition, the hair that was waxed came back as ingrowns. ALSO, I had infections too on my legs, leaving me with huge, red swollen bumps that have now left me with hyperpigmented scars all over my legs the size of dollar coins. They gave me a refund after I complained, but that doesnt cover the hundreds of dollars Im going to have to spend at a dermatologist office trying to undo their damage. KEEP IN MIND, I prepped my skin for weeks leading up to the wax using THEIR EWC products. And yet, in turn, they left me covered in scars. Their materials must be dirty and unsanitary. In addition, the wax specialist I had probably wasnt trained properly. She did an awful job. Worst experience ever. Would give zero stars if I could.

Id like to first begin by saying that the WAXERS are fantastic. Ive always gone to this European Wax Center and another location because they are closest to my home and work. Just like any EWC I have always had courteous and professional waxers and whenever someone I havent been seen by before isnt available I always have a great experience by whichever waxer is available.That being said, their customer service is something else to be said. BE CAREFUL WITH BUYING THEIR PACKAGES. I purchased a package in Dec 2016 and was charged the first payment of over $100. Before the next payment, my debit card was reissued with a chip and I did not realize that my EWC, gym, etc accounts all had to be updated. It was a few months before I realized and I called all of my places to apologize profusely for my mistake. My gym alerted me to the mistake when I missed the 3rd payment. I called EWC and tried to pay the balance on my account and went back and forth with the manager a few times before the bottom line was well we tried to reach you several times and because we financed a package with you the fine print says you forfeit the money. I was told that I didnt return phone calls and that my mailbox was full, a claim I didnt even bother arguing with I just commented that the only time I had seen calls was after I had initially called to try and resolve the matter. So basically they scammed me out of over $100 they had charged me as the first payment, refused to let me pay the balance of the package, and incorrectly applied my last wax which I should have been owed. I was told that they corrected it and applied that last wax to my last package but that I still wasnt owed anything else. So they stole a wax from me that I had before even speaking to management. Their approach was not to help keep a customer but to ensure they would never see a dime from me again. I understand that It was my mistake but as soon as I realized this, all the other places I updated they understood because they had been experiences many updates from customers that had new chip cards. Other EWC locations that I have dealt with where appalled when I reached out to seek their advice. Again I acknowledge my fault in failure to update my account but we are talking about the value of customer service, which they have none of. To make matters worse they told me they hoped to see me in their branch again soon but hoped I understood that they would not be able to offer me financing options for their packages again. I wasnt buying a car, I was buying waxing packages. I offered to pay the entire package in full on the spot but to no avail. I wasnt going to write a review but after speaking to someone while waiting for a wax in a different close location, I realized that I was not the only one with bad customer service at this location. The manager, Tatiana or Tianna I honestly dont remember was nice in her demeanor and it seemed like she was getting her answers from the franchise owner. However, they need to learn that sometimes its better for your business to help a customer and reap the rewards of a grateful consumer rather than burn your bridges and miss out on business because I have spread the word to everyone I know that uses EWC to no longer use this location.
