I went into the store for one item and walked out with 3. Big thumbs up to Fiza who was so quick in assisting me. She looked at me and suggested items that she thought I used and in fact, I did. I spent more money than I planned and I dont even regret it. It was the quickest I was in and out of any store period. And I got what I needed. What a great salesperson too!

I went to this store because I had to return foundation that I did horrible job color matching online. When I got to the store I was assisted by Priscilla. She made the return process easy. I then asked about getting the correct foundation for my complexion. Because of COVID you’re not allowed to try on the products but she did a great job finding a foundation that matched my complexion. She explained the different foundations and which would be better for me. She then helped me pick a concealer. Priscilla didn’t rush me or make me feel pressured into buying any unnecessary extras. It was my first time buying MAC and I was happy with the experience.

Carrie at Mac made my day!! I had a lipstick that I loved which was discontinued, she took the time to create a combination of colors and liners that made up my color!! She was patient and sweet and so knowledgeable of the makeup... I can’t thank her enough for making my shopping experience at the MAC store. I would go back to that store before going to any other MAC counter in a department store or Ulta every time.

Ive been using MAC cosmetics for about ten years now. I decided to go back yesterday because I had just about reached the bottom of my blushes. On the way over I thought about asking if they have a foundation that would cover the sun spots that have been popping up the last few years (my present foundation was just not covering them). When I arrived Andrea approached me to see if she could help. She was AWESOME.----When I first started using MAC I was intimidated that I would be pushed to purchase things I didnt want, but thankfully that never happened. Andrea was no different. She got my blush refills (I actually named the three different blushes and asked her to let me know if these shades were still good for my skin. She said Oh, I know those shades and they absolutely are still good for your coloring!) I then discussed my sun spot issue; she listened, looked carefully at my skin (after asking me if it was normal, dry, oily, or combination) and applied a foundation with a brush that was a PERFECT color match and covered my sun spots. At no time did she push me to buy anything extra. Thank you, MAC and special thanks to Andrea!

OK. A lot is about the person you will get to help. Some of the staff members are great. Some made me wonder why the cam to work today. Overall a store I like, got some better days than others.

I went to the store yesterday, April 6, 2019. I would give triple 000 for N0 G00D. I was waiting for service for a long time and then other customers came in with a little lighter skin than mine. I see a female staff, wearing what appeared to be nothing but black stockings and a black sweater covering the back, walked over to the other customer, that I was standing right next to, and asked her if she needs help, the customer said no, she is with someone else, so I tried to get that staffs attention by saying hello, excuse me while waving my hand. She totally ignored me. I waited a couple more minutes and another female staff came to me to help me I assumed she heard me trying to reach out for help. She was helpful and she signed me up with their reward program.I feel that some of the staff at this store needs customer service training and to treat all people equally.

Karla was patient she showed me numerous of time how to do perfect eyebrows without getting annoyed. She didnt focus on selling me just anything. She was knowledgeable in skin care as well as makeup and whats good for my skin. Shes now my new go to Mac Artist. Everyone in the store was very kind especially the male makeup artist, I m mad I dont remember his name his makeup was gorgeous it matched his personality. If youre ever in Roosevelt fields. Check out Karla. Shes great.

I generally shop at MAC in Huntington, but the selection and salespeople are far more superior at this location. I had the fortunate pleasure of dealing with Anna who was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me. I would highly recommend this location!

They help you with whatever you need. They will do your make up for you if you purchase more than $50 and if you have 5 used containers and bring them back, you get a free item. They are very clean. They are nice too!

Horrible customer service! Took my empty foundation compact in to assure sales associate provide me with with the correct shade. Associate rushed and gave me the wrong shade! Two trips back to store, two different associates, provideded with the wrong shade twice, a quarter of a tank of gas and half my day gone! I will not return to this location.

One of the girls named Anna that works there is terrible and has so much attitude. Went to get my complimentary 30min makeup done. She rushed me, finished my natural makeup in 24 min. Kept saying that she cant do anything more than a natural look since that is there policy. Made me feel like she is doing me a favor by doing my makeup. I spend hundreds of dollars in Mac after which I recieve complimentary make overs. Sephora is so good with there complimentary makeovers and has extremely friendly employees. No more spending money on mac products!

What a horrible store! My wife received a gift card which we found out is not accepted at MACYs. Since I work nearby, I stopped in to pick up an item for her. I waited on line for 20 mins while the cashier helped a single customer. What was most annoying about this, is the other girl who worked there was sitting in a folding chair watching the line. The girl at the register clearly needed help and had to keep asking the other worker questions. When it was finally my turn, I was told they do not have the shade that I wanted and I have to go to MACYs to get it. Well, as stated above MACYs wont accept MAC giftcards. So now we either pay for shipping online or the giftcard is useless. Stay away from this store where they clearly dont care about customer service.

I purchased a concealer at a mac store near me( MAC Roosevelt Field Mall) to realize they had actually given me the wrong color!!!! About two weeks after I finally had time to go back and explained the situation they gave me a hard time without the receipt. To travel all they way there because of a workers MISTAKE for them to tell me they cant change the color!! The product is brand new and I also had the gift card I paid with. Now Im stuck with a color thats too dark with money wasted. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS MAC STORE AGAIN!

Pleasant staff and quick service!

So July 14 2017 I got my makeup done by Gabriella Glacken and she did a superb job. So I decided to book with her to do my face for for my wedding Aug 25 2017 to which she said was viable for her. I have reached out to Ms. Glacken via text 3 times and 1 time via voice leaving a message no response over the course of a month. I am now one week away and still no contact. After I left a truthful review on the Macys website I now begin to receive text messages from Ms. Glacken stating she was told I have been trying to reach her ?! I chose not to respond. It would have been decent to at least to reach out and say if she was not interested in going forward or some explanation. This is very unprofessional and discourteous. Because this location is so close to the venue I decided to return and try to set an appointment and they are all booked for that evening which was expected because of the type of business. I would never recommend anyone to book any type of appointment with Ms. Glacken

Currently getting my make up done. My criticism isnt for the skill of the artists but if youre understaffed then you shouldnt take make up appointments. Thats poor management.

Why do you have to spend $30 plus $18 if you want lashes put on! Why cant I buy lashes and pay to have them put on!? I think that is crazy for ONE DAY LASHES!!!! WHY WOULDNT I GO GET SEMI PERMANENT ONES PUT ON FOR $80????

I will never go there again ! I was the first person In the store this morning, I was told to have a seat and someone would help me find my foundation and powder . The girl that was told to help me kept giving me dirty looks and helped everyone else that came after me ! I sat there for 25mins being ignored . I left, MAC needs to start hiring better ppl or eventually no ones gonna go there !!
