I would 100% recommend Backyard Oasis for your spa purchase. We purchased a spa from a different dealer to begin with and it was an absolute horrific experience. They were no help and would take over a month just to show up to fix anything!! We returned our spa and went straight to Deb. She is so helpful, answers your questions, and will go above and beyond to help if you have trouble. Tom is also very knowledgeable and always shows up in a timely manner to do any adjustments or repairs. Thank you Back Yard Oasis, Garden City Kansas for getting our spa experience JUST RIGHT!!!
