I want to start off first and foremost my dealings with Allan Marsh Travel Center in the past years of knowing them, they was always fair and understanding! Mr Rick the salesman has always went above and beyond! I remember buying a jet ski in the past and it was good product but didn’t live up to my expectations or I just didn’t know how to handle it! But Rick and the team came through and refunded me all my money back, every red cent! That is un heard of on a As Is relationship, so they retained a customer for life! Years later I didn’t forget the exceptional customer service I had in the past at Allan Marsh! So now this month 2021 I chose to start my journey in the hotshot business and I chose to get my first truck from Allan Marsh. Rick, Kurt, Jeremy, and the whole team went above and beyond and put hard earned money into seeing my truck being road ready, they never left me hanging and for that I appreciate them! Highly recommended. I drove 750 miles out of my way to check out a used truck here, and was not disappointed. It was 21 years old but in near-perfect condition. I returned a few weeks later from California to buy it and take it home. Dealing with salespeople Rick and Kurt was great. Helpful, friendly, and willing to work toward a good deal. Excellent selection of vehicles. Excellent employees. Easy process.They gave me a very fair trade in value for my rig and no pressure about what truck to pick. Even when I started having second thoughts. Helped me move my lumber rack onto the new truck. Great guys. We bought a used pontoon boat from Allan Marsh RV and were treated very well! I have a detailed eye and noticed a few imperfections on the boat when I saw it the first time. They just took it in and hadnt completed their trade in. They took care of everything I addressed plus some! We are very happy with our purchase and very grateful for a full team that went above and beyond the norm in customer service! I want to give an extra thank you to Brian and to Roger for prepping our boat for our specific altitude (we drove from Coeur d Alene, Idaho to buy it) and making everything perfect before we took a 15 hour trip to pick it up! Came across a used boat at Allan Marsh and gave them a call. My questions were easily answered and Brian was very knowledgeable. When visiting Allan Marsh we had nothing but great service from sales to financing, no pressure and a super easy process. I recently purchased a motor home from Allen Marsh Auto Sales. Brian the salesman who helped me was the best to work with. He made me feel very comfortable during the entire process. He did his best to answer my questions and if he didnt know the answer he found someone who did. After the sale there were a couple things that needed to be fix, so they sent the motor home to their service center. There Roger and Joel made the repairs and bent over backwards to satisfy me. I felt they went way beyond what I had expected.I highly recommend the people at Allen Marsh. And Ill tell you if they treat you half as good as they treated me you will recommend them to.

Buyer Beware: We engaged with Allan Marsh to buy a used boat. We had gone so far as to write the check when our insurance agent called to tell us the boat had a salvaged title. In the purchase paperwork we received from Allan Marsh, salvage title was not checked. It was our mistake to not have gathered this info prior to writing the check, but I dont believe that Allan Marsh didnt know or had no way to find out that the title was salvaged. They had the VIN number and ability to look up the information just as our insurance agent did. This is their core business, so their failure to communicate this crucial piece of information was either negligence or purposeful, but neither is excusable from my perspective. We were able to get out of the deal, but we will definitely not buy from this company in the future.

My girlfriend and I were in the process of selling our Travel Trailer and tho most of the dealers in the valley would only give us two options of consignment or use our trailer as a trade, neither of which were options for us, so we walked in and was greeted by justin and was pleasantly surprised by his friendly demeanor and professionalism and his willingness to help us with our objective. We agreed on a fair amount for our trailer and was issued a check and was on our way in no time at all! Thanks again to the whole staff at Allen Marsh RV & Marine!

If i could give more than 5 stars I would. Our sales person Jestin went way above and beyond to ensure we had the right vehicle for our business. Jestin, Bob and others are the most reputable and fair guys we have EVER encountered. They could have easily and legally not helped us after we signed a as-is contract, but they care about their customers and their reputation, something that is very rare in the used vehicle industry. We will buy all our commercial and personal vehicles from them from now on.

Bought our first boat from here. Rick was our no pressure boat guru. The staff was great. They gave us an on the water demo intruct and were true to their word. Their shop is great as well and very fast when it came time to winterize. Would highly recommend Allen Marsh to anyone.

I bought my first boat from them 20 years ago. There are bigger dealers with more lipstick and glitz..... but I trust Allen Marsh (4 boats and 1 truck total )...both now and 20 years ago.

We traded in our 14 foot fishing boat for a fishing pontoon. They were so nice and helpful!! We cant wait to get out on the water!

Dont buy a car here. Youll have problem after problem after problem after you purchase the car which could happen to any used car except the fact that They said they fixed the radiator but instead put blue devil on it and I ended up having to get a whole new radiator put in. They are liars and cheats. I dont want anyone else to buy a car from here. Go to an actual dealership where you wont get screwed over.
