Very dirty.. inventory in isles..very cluttered.. just remodeed..l just as bad..

Always enjoy going here, always have new things to look at. Was able to pickup Dish Soap, Dryer Sheets, Toilet Paper. Will be back to pick up more. If you get a chance check it out. 🆗👀😀🆒

Employees walking around while there is a long line. One employee always working the cash register alone when asked for someone to assist they say that they’re putting shipment out. Waited 20 minutes just for 3 items pitiful service

This store usually has everything you need the staff who work here are really nice

The store is good has a lot of things Im looking for but its always messy the isles are blocked and the isles are also messy but the employees are nice but the manager is scary its an great place to shop though.

With not enough employees in the store the wait time to cash out is ridiculous. Those employees also do not give him enough time to put their stock away so a lot of times you cant get up and down the aisles because the stock which cant be put away is still on a pallet. I feel very sorry for the employees there Im sure the stress that theyre under seeing how many people are in line is affecting them. Please feel free to contact me for any additional feedback.

It needs to have its card reader and chip readers check. Poor store clerk was having a tough day with it.

This kinda store is a good concept for in the middle income community. There are many things a person can buy for less than half the price.

I wish i got the cashiers name, because she was so nice and helpful. She just had one of them personalities that was so welcoming. But I cant get the date which is October 12th and it was about 6:30 p.m. thank you for being so helpful and cheerful.

This store is a joke! Employees have no clue how to operate a store without the help of a manager. I bought a skateboard before christmas and needed to return it, cashier Marshay had to call the manager to see if this fit the category of Christmas toys and refused to give me a refund! They seem to think I should get a clearance refund!! I have the receipt and I will get a full refund! I am waiting word back from Corporate office.Shop at a different store if you expect service! This location seems to hire the unwanted from the bowels of Detroit.

Staff was friendly. Building looks like it needs maintenance and the stock is all over the place. I fell really sorry for anyone even attempting to do inventory control here.

This store is always messy looking, but its HUGE. Its the biggest Family Dollar Ive ever been to. And they have everything you want and need.

If I could I would rate it a 0! The employees are rude! It was 5 minutes to closing time and the man that was working asked us to hurry up so we could leave so I got my stuff and went to cash register. The cashier had an attitude with me when asking for a picture ID then got even more mad when I told her I only had my school ID (I was only buying chips).

Dirtiest Family Dollar Ive ever been to. Very unfriendly staff. An unfortunate visit overall.
