JC Penney Garden City. Another not so good customer service experience. Our gal checking us out her name was Ebony was extremely rude. First she asked if we wanted to apply for Penney CC. Answer no. Then I said we have Penney Reward card. She rang us up and my husband gave her 2 Chamber of Commerce gift. 50.00 each. Pur purchase was $98.04. We knew we couldnt get any.cash back and stated that we dont want any cash back. I asked if this was purchase was applied to our Rewards points. She snapped right back at me and said NO! There was problem with what wS rang in i guess and just walked away from us and talked to a manager. My husband asked what the issue was and she snapped at him and asked WHAT?? I asked what the problem was and she said she needed the manager. So we waited. The manager was very nice and helped us to resolve our issue. Not sure you rude employees like Ebony taking care of your customers.

Sadly closing soon. Going to be left with little choice for clothes shopping in the city. Im not a fan of online shopping.

I hadnt been here in years but went school shopping here today with my Mom. The store is in terrible condition. Very run down and dirty. They didnt have hardly anything in the sizes I was looking for and hardly any shoes at all to choose from. Im really disappointed they used to be a lot better.

The store does a really good job of stocking the small space theyve been given, but the store is so outdated, dark, and dirty, which reflects poorly on corporate. There is only so much the employees can do when they have to work with 30 year old carpet and flooring.

Old run down store that has seen better days. We looked for a variety of things and left without purchasing anything.

This store needs to get its shot together. They put wrong clothes on the half off rack leaving customers paying full price after thinking they get half off

Couldnt find anything this trip. Store has added impulse purchase items near register and this gives it a less than desirable appearance, need to get the junk food out of the stores.
