Poor customer service, I had about 5 items in my hand and no one offered me a shopping bag. There was about 3 people in the lingerie area & no one ask me if needed help with my items or If I needed another size. Also the fittings rooms are closed, so be ready to return items. Its better to shop at the city locations, you save on sales tax & the customer service is better.

Good selection with your usual uniqlo prices. Staff were courteous and welcoming.

I like Uniqlo but hate Roosevelt Field. Then again, I hate all shopping malls.I much prefer Uniqlo on 5th Avenue or Soho in Manhattan.

Found absolutely nothing at macys.Dressy dresses were either very small or you have to be tall in order to wear.

Staff was nice. They lose a star for not opening their dressing room. Staff suggested to buy and take the clothes to another store to try on. And then come back to return anything you dont want. Not good.

It’s a smaller location than others, but all of the essential items one would be looking for were there and in stock in a variety of sizes. The fitting rooms are currently closed due to Covid, but I was able to take home and try on what I bought then easily return it to this location. The staff was efficient and helpful.

Was here yesterday and manager by the name of Darrell(?) went out of the way to help me figure out an exchange. Just wanted to shout him out. Really made a trip to the mall more human.

Staff is polite despite the story being so busy! They do not rush you. Peckelle was the one who helped us with our exchange and transaction.

Sections are easily distinguishable from each other. Help was readily available. Sale prices made sense ( though most sale items were XXL or XS. Sucks). Overall, pleasant shopping experience

I love Uniqlo, its a very modern-day young-adult Japanese aesthetic at a very reasonable price. They offer nice graphic t-shirts usually partnering with artists with very interesting aesthetic and artistic choices. They also offer nice Jeans, joggers, hoodies, bathing suits. I love when they do special promos like their Shonen anniversary collection that featured anime/manga intellectual properties. I also love the material of their shirts.Pricing I think is very fair compared to most clothing brands. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating as well.

L place this store. they always have deals, very organized, things are clearly labeled. material of the clothes are great. the checkout is fast. they dont scan anything but some how your items get charged. its a good place

One of my favorite stores in the mall! Its never too packed, the staff are great, and the store is organized and well stocked.

I had to exchange a gift, and the process went great. They had someone stationed at the entrance for Covid safety, and I was in and out the store with ease.

Another shop with a dumb line just to get inside, the store however is quite large and a lot of clothing at affordable pricing, I like the Uniqlo collaboration t-shirts that have limited time graphics from games and media.

This is a usual stop whenever Im at the hall. Very comfortable clothing. Down load the app for a few $$ off your purchase.

Great selection of well made basics. Its a good alternative to cheap fast fashion brands. They offer complimentary alterations on pants purchased in store and discounts that you can access through the app. You can also check stock of items online before you go in store! I see myself shopping here more and more.

We drive 7.5 hours from Pennsylvania to visit our daughter, and this store is a MUST every trip! They have a different style, and very comfortable clothing! Their Airism and Heat Tech type of shirts work great for underneath my scrub uniforms, or just underneath anything really! Staff have been friendly and helpful. I recommend that you stop in and give them a try. ☺

Great store. We bought thermal underwear, which keeps us warm in the winter. When buying womens sizes, bear in mind that I believe they fit the average Asian, not the average American - bought a coat for my mother (Medium) but actually she needed Large.

They were very careless and inattentive. They left the security tag on one of the items and had to drive back to mall with all the traffic. Very not happy!

Employees are friendly and helpful. Store has plentiful of stock even though its not as big as the Uniqlos in Manhattan. If you dont see your size, ask because there is usually more inventory in the back. This Uniqlo is not that different from their NYC stores except tax is applicable on clothes in Long Island. Expect great value for the price from their clothes. Its the reason why Uniqlo is high on the list of the fast fashion industry.

For the holidays they were fully staffed and made the purchase experience much easier. That said I went in for childrens clothing and not a full arrange of sizes available.

Prise is affordable and reasonable.

I wish I hadnt ended my experience with Shieen. Everyone of the staff members helped me and were also very polite and welcoming. However, Shieen seemed to be miserable or particularly unhappy with me or with her job. The store itself is super awesome, just needs to make sure everyone on staff is as positive and welcoming as everyone else is on the team. Best of luck guys!

If you like simple design clothing, this is a great store to visit. It has a lot of different styles to pick from for both male and female. Affordable prices as well.

I honestly only purchased thermals from this store, so cant comment on how the sizes run or how clothing fits. I saw this store but never was interested in going in to look until my family members began to wear their products. They looked so nice in their clothing that it made me go in the view the store at Roosevelt Field Mall. Its a store where you can find mens, womens, and childrens clothing.

Good collection of clothing for men, women and children. A Japanese store reasonably priced but ensuring durability.

I love their light weight thin jackets. Very comfortable.

Clean but very tight spacing.

I got my winter coat that I love here but the sizes run small since it is a Japanese brand so be aware and don’t feel bad if you have to go a size or two up.

Dont ask me how they fit SO MUCH inventory into there stores with out making it feel crowded. Prices are so cheap for such high quality clothing, plus they are always releasing new collaborations with established and up and coming artists. Only gripe is that some things sell out way too fast.

Uniqlo offers high quality clothing. I have not experienced clothes fade or shrink after washing. The mens department at Roosevelt is an afterthought, I prefer their Midtown location.

Clothes quality dropped significantly! If you used to buy before you can definitely tell the difference in quality. And the prices are higher... so disappointed this used to be my favorite brand. Now its trash.
