Coffee was fine. Food was terrible. Ordered 2 breakfast burritos. Didn’t realize until I got home that they were cold. Not just cold, but still frozen in the middle! How difficult is it to use a microwave? And why were they frozen in the first place? Also way overpriced for the amount of food. Even after hearing them up at home they did not taste good.

We used to stop here often after a nice bike ride on the nearby Greenbelt. Last time we went in, we were greeted by a young barista not wearing a mask. We asked her if she was vaccinated and why she wasnt wearing a mask. She said she didnt think Covid was real or a problem. Well at our age, it could be a problem for us (we are vaccinated). We wont be going in there again until after Covid is past. Weve found another coffee shop where the staff wears masks.

I can tell the difficult everyone is having with hiring is effecting them as well. The gentlemen who served us were inexperienced but put forth their best efforts. Was a little shaky, but got out drinks right in the end. My compliments and Im sure improvement will happen with some time.

Shame on the manager who left a brand new employee to run this establishment on his own on a Saturday afternoon! I understand that the world is understaffed right now...so bravo to him for showing up and doing his best in an overwhelming situation. Do better Moxie!

Their coffee is good if you like it sweet. But DO NOT order the food. I ordered quiche bites because the picture looked enticing. Its normally a food I love no matter how it’s made. But I received half-cooked scrambled eggs with only one of the portrayed ingredients, bacon (also partially cooked), haphazardly thrown into a microwave container with a soggy muffin paper in between. I ordered a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese as well, to find out that was also microwaved. It left it chewy and hardly warm as soon as it entered my possession. I called to have some attention called to it, only to be told that’s simply how they have to make it. An apology was given but I would have appreciated a refund or another product considering I informed them I was still in my car right next to the store. Their food is a little too pricey for that. I probably won’t go back if a coffee shop can’t even toast a bagel.

Ordered a latte, Americano, and burrito. It was all very underwhelming.

I love this place and have always loved the egg wraps, however the past few times I have gotten the wrap its still frozen on the inside, Id rather wait an extra minute instead of having food thats still frozen, I just gave it to my dog, what a waste. Hope they fix it soon so I can come back!

Its weird enough that the menu doesnt have prices for the small or large sizes (Are we just supposed to guess what they are??) but getting a 3/4 filled cup when youre paying almost six dollars for a large cup of coffee is just too much. Ill drive the extra distance to the one on Chinden.

Normally these are guys are great. I come here for cold brew and nitro brew, they have the best. Today (8/13/20) they were out of nitro. No problem Ill take the cold brew, heavy cream. I ordered a 32 oz. but received a 24 oz and had to clarify. Then I brought it to my car and sipped on it realizing it tastes like almond milk with vanilla extract. Im extremely intolerant to nuts hence the heavy cream ordered. So I took it back and told them I ordered it with heavy cream and it tasted like almonds and vanilla. They fixed it no problem. Just be aware of your customers dietary needs and ask for clarification if you need it. I dont mind repeating myself at the register but mind having to come back to fix the order.

Breakfast burrito was alright. A little overpriced for the size of it, in my opinion. Very little, if any, vegetarian options.

Good experiences. Its a good sit-down place. They have a distinct coffee flavor that isnt bad if you dont mind your sweet espresso drinks. The employees are often polite and make sure you get exactly what you want.

I was cordially greeted by two very hospitable baristas at the front counter. I asked what they recommended to drink, and they ended up getting me paired with a delicious cold brew coffee (iced and blended with vanilla and caramel). Great customer service and really tasty coffee are a match made in heaven. I will definitely come back next time Im in the area 😃 props to Hayley & Dana 💛

Small area for sitting. Loud environment not ideal for talking. The whole atmosphere seems designed to encourage you to leave. Tables were dirty and it wasnt particularly busy. I would advise just hitting the drive through somewhere else.

Ordered a black Americano in drive thru. Discovered after too late. They added milk, which I am highly allergic to. I was clear about no milk. Called to inform them. Phone rang incessantly. No answer ever. I’m thru!

My drink has been messed up 4 times now in a week. Kept giving them a chance but I’ll just go to Oliver’s right around the corner from now on. Also spoke with a manager, the staff forgot to put me on hold and I heard the whole conversation about me complaining and then the manager gets on the phone doesn’t introduce herself or anything. They didn’t really care they had messed up multiple times. She was very unprofessional. Every morning seems like they’re to busy to care for the customers and just interested in talking with each other. Super disappointed because I loved the other moxi’s.

Very unprofessional, has messed up my order and a friends multiple times. The employees do not seem to care for what they do or their customers. Very disappointed. I ordered a pomegranate peach Red Bull, and i believe it was not made correctly due to the taste of cherry within, which would be fine if I wasn’t allergic to artificial cherry flavoring.

I love the coffee. The pumpkin latte is not the best but still good. I always order an extra shot so that might be why it lacks the taste. I really like the Mexican mocha.

I visit here regularly. They arent too busy and the peach-pear-apricot smoothie is to die for. Cookies are OK, but i dont like their sticky buns out danishes, too bready. Not too cheap but not too expensive. Theyre usually pretty quick with service too.

Haven’t been to MJ in a long time. Not impressed. My $5 coffee 1.5 inches short of even close to being full. Very disappointed. I guess there’s a reason I usually go somewhere else.

If they spent as much money on employees and products as they do decorations they might actually be good.Ladies working the morning shift were sitting on the counter top looking at their cell phones. When I walked in they gave me a look like I destroyed their life for interrupting their Facebook time. Then they sluggishly slid off the counter and one walked up to me to take my order. With zero enthusiasm or any concern for customer service.Then, after I ordered and handed cash to one of them, she dropped some of the money because she was fumbling around with 1-inch long glamor nails glued to her fingers.Ridiculous...

This place is awesome. Amazing coffee with free refills, genuine and friendly staff, casual and perfect lounging environment, oh and theres a patio too!

Well-designed coffee shop but the coffee is bland and the atmosphere a bit cool, almost suburban. It could be just the location.

Was really disappointed in the service . Out of alot of flavors also out of orange juice so I had to pay for a Separate orange juice plus the prices of the two drinks they make with orange juice,and then they messed up my drink order . Also they have fruit Flys all over because the drive thru isnt cleaned . Just absolutely a horrible experience . Would like to talk to the manager about this .

Dont order almond milk they burn it every time. Its insane. You would think by now they would know the heat difference. Something with this business changed about 5-7 years ago, and it hasnt been for the better.
