Kiana offered supreme customer service and knowledge, answered all my question and helped me fixed my Surface, overall Im impressed with the level of experience and professionalism of the 2 representatives that I interacted with!Update, second time here, staff is very helpful and dedicated to solve your concerns and fix or find a solution to your computers problems, the associate S. aka Janet is a genius problem solver, very empathetic and a good conversationalist, she dedicated a good amount of time to help me and gave a few tips on top, I really appreciated the advice and time she took with me, thank you!
I visited the store with my out of town cousin. He is searching for a new surface pro. I was the company along for the ride, and what a ride. I thought the service and experience was wonderful. I was elated at the staff, and the fact that I could pass the time with some time in front of a video game I enjoyed made it a more enjoyable time. Glad to hear my cousin walked away with the device after an hour in store which did not seem that long.
Yesterday evening, I walked in to the Microsoft store with a question that would take many hours to troubleshoot. My representative Jordan provided me outstanding customer service. Not only did Jordan offer to help me without a scheduled appointment, Jordan went above and beyond his job requirements. This is definitely an example of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Employees who actually know what they’re doing. They’re friendly and will go the extra mile to help you find what you need. Highly recommend making any purchase here. If you’re looking for video game tournaments as well, this place has it all. From Fortnite to League of Legends, this place is a great host of competition and fun combined with expertise and information.
Very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff nestled in the mall. Employees were very helpful in explaining all the available accessories for Microsoft and Xbox products. They also have a photo shop for updating LinkedIn photos. Worth the visit even if you are just window shopping

Employees are nice. Management is obnoxious. Im pretty shocked that they happen to be so rude. Unfortunately, this was my first time buying anything from Microsoft. It might as well be my last. Ive been hung up on twice by two different associates, kept on hold for 28 minutes and hung up on, sent an empty box, charged twice for an order that they cancelled.The sad thing is that their products are really good.
I was there today. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I uploaded the update to Windows 10. All my apps disappeared. I went there for help to get my apps back. All the tech would talk about was buying a plan for $150.00. He kept saying I had viruses. I know nothing about computers and I went home and solved the problem myself. I drove 40 miles waited 30 minutes even though I had an appointment and accomplished nothing.
Eventhough I purchased my MS Surface Laptop from another online retailer I had to go to the store for service on my battery charger that stopped working. After verifying I did purchase the laptop the clerk swapped out the chargerThe reason behind the four stars is if your a minority you will get double,triple or sometimes quadruple checked......Its all good The Surface is a great product
Microsoft Store is definitely a place youll want to go if you want to meet other people over events like game nights, and browse what the Surface lineup has to offer. Never truly the same every day, the Microsoft Store at Roosevelt Field is one store youll come back for again and again.
It was awesome being able to test all the new gadgets, especially the VR! The staff was so kind and accommodating as well.

As soon as you walk in, staff members are quick to welcome you and offer assistance with whatever you need. Great variety of products and the design of the store is really cool. Also a fun place to bring kids, especially if theyre doing VR demonstrations or other educational classes.
If it would have been an option for negative rating, i would gladly choose that. Service at the outlet is very poor. Online website says they close at 1 o clock but they were closes already at 12.15 when i reached there. Plus the staff was not ready even to listen to you.
Your average typical Microsoft store. They have computers and Xboxes that you can try out in the store and the staff was very friendly in sharing their vast knowledge in each product. However the store was quiet empty compared to the Apple store in the mall. However unlike Apple they dont only show some products but other products as well. Thank you Microsoft.

Love this store. They have all rhe latest computers and tech here. They also have a gaming section with plenty of consoles and huge screen to try games on including virtual reality gaming. On Saturdays they host live game playing with multiple players. I took my 3 sons there 2 weeks ago for and Minecraft extravaganza and they loved it!
So much easier to get help than at the Apple Store, besides having a great product with a much more reasonable price, getting their sevice will keep me a Microsoft customer for a long time
I came here after the windows 10 launch because my laptop stopped working after the FORCED update, when I got my laptop back it still didnt work and the staff lied to my face about the S.M.A.R.T status of my hard drive saying that I have a bunch of bad sectors that cause the update to fail. I will never trust Microsoft ever again. P.s. Im the electronic tech for my entire family and every HDD and SSD in my home gets a health check (S.M.A.R.T status check) and a defragment/trimming monthly.
If i could give 0 stars I would. I got a pre order surface book 2 from online and they said I could return it in store which I could. The shipped surface book didn’t come with a receipt inside so they could not pull the order. I was just gonna return it online but have never gotten an email from Microsoft. No shipping label on email. Return process started so they can’t return it in store. Like wt*?! We’ve come back 4 times. The people in the store don’t know what they’re doing. Everything takes forever. No manager to help. Seriously considering a Mac than to deal with this, and I am a regular Windows user. I even printed out an online copy of the transaction and number and they can’t find it in the system. This is ridiculous. People who work here are rude, stupid, and don’t care about their customers. As long as they make day in sales. This is the worst experience I have ever had in any store. No customer service at all.
Replaced my laptop with a brand new one. Exceptional service from Charles! Left with peace of mind. Became a loyal Microsoft customer today :)
Be aware that even walk-ins must make an appointment to get service, regardless of whether theres someone available. So that was a bit picky, but the service itself was very pleasant and well done.

I purchased a Dell XPS 15 from this store, a couple months later I had an issue where the trackpad wasnt clicking properly anymore. I took it in for the staff to review, they determined the battery was swollen! The manager was very helpful in getting me a replacement laptop and the staff also helped with migrating my upgraded memory to the new laptop. I am thankful for purchasing the Microsoft complete warranty. Great staff and management at this store.

Honestly I can tell why this store is always empty!! theres always employees standing around talking to each other never hardly walking up to assist. Why is the VR section always closed especially on the weekends?? makes no sense dont you want to attract new customers? sadly I give 2-3 more years and it will end up gone like the Sony store...
Definitely one of the standouts of the Mall, it brings the Apple style of sales and applies it well to Microsoft products. Theres a lot to love here, and you have the opportunity to try out Microsofts latest and greatest products.
Help me with my son xbox one 2 machine.. I had 2 well knowledgeable reps and the female who helped was mad cool that was 3 reps.. I was able to swap out with a tiny fee but got a free HDMI wire.. not bad after all.. oh yea thanks alot for the gaming info.. I could pay 10 a month and my lil man gets to play all the games he wants nice old and new...

Things are generally more expensive here compares to other stores like bestbuy, target, and Walmart.

I have been to this store several times and the employees were always pleasant and very helpful.
Tried to purchase an item but got given a run around and ultimately wasnt able to purchase my computer due to an authorization issue. I called both the store and the bank and when the restock day came instead of a tracking number i received an order cancellation. Authorization was never approved because the representative apparently couldnt manual authorize a card which is insane. TERRIBLE experience and disappointing for such a large company, Microsoft needs to revamp their system because its clearly broken. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.
Best place to check out computers, software, attend lessons etc. Staff is very very pleasant, patient and courteous to all customers from kids to adults. Will always be back!
I was concerned about going in to purchase a laptop because of reviews Ive read online; I was transparent with the staff about this and they were professional, receptive, and helpful. I dealt with incredible staff members, namely Floyd, Anthony, Brett, William, Selena, Chris, and Atoosa, over the course of a couple days of me going in and trying different devices. They were all extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and Atoosa even helped me set up my new laptop over a friendly chat.Please disregard the negative reviews. This is a professional store, that is clearly receptive to them, because there was never a moment where I was left waiting for someone to approach me. I was consistently asked if I needed help or wanted a demonstration. I left not only satisfied, but educated on video cards, RAM, and other essential things one should know about computers. As for comments saying the store only cares about profits, I was able to find a cheaper Xbox controller at GameStop & they price-matched it without any hesitation. Thanks for the great experience, Ill definitely be back soon!

Got a laptop here that I ordered online. Staff is helpful and accommodating with things like price adjustments. Plenty of models left out for demos, including fortnite games in the back. Just be prepared to wait for a pickup because it usually takes a while to get things out of the back for them.

Went in to get a repair on a product purchased directly from this store. Employee said I had to have a reservation, which he then made for me. I wait around for 45 minutes only to be told my reservation didnt go through and Ill have to wait another half hour for another person to see me. Wasnt too happy, especially as a windows insider and software developer
I had placed an order online Jun20 my Xbox1S console came into the store jun 27 when I went to pick my order up on jun29 they told me they sold my console and I will have to wait another week because they don’t hold 1T im wondering why would they sell my console they haven’t notify me to inform me that my game console had arrived but THEY SOLD MY CONSOLE!!!!!!! Unprofessional !!

I happened to be in the mall so I went into the store and asked someone if I have an issue with an xbox controller what should I do? He told me to call and make an appointment to come back in and have it checked out. So i call and make an appointment for 6. I show up at 5:59 and tell them im there. then i sit at a desk for about 10 minutes before anyone even says a word to me. if you are busy at least greet a customer and say i will be right with you anything would be better than ignoring me. then he finally comes over and says oh you have to go online to get those replaced. well than why did the guy the other day tell me to make an appointment and come back in here. so i asked him to show me how to do it online and he gets out a laptop puts it in front of me and then walks away. okay i guess ill do it alone. so no one in the store knows what to do now because the serial number for the controller doesnt fit in the space online. MICROSOFT doesnt know what to do when a MICROSOFT product and the MICROSOFT website are having an issue. so then i leave disappointed i wasted an hour and a half of my day and go home to call up their customer service and see if i can get anything done. thats a 45 minute wait on the phone just to talk to someone. okay its the weekend they r busy, ill play some xbox while i wait for them to help me. now i cant even sign in to xbox. i feel like going to buy a playstation and an apple computer. horrible experience

I will never set foot in there again. I brought my kids in with the intention of buying a $300 xbox racing wheel. The guy told me my boy couldnt use the wheel while I operated the pedals..he said they have had broken ones before and he wasnt even nice. What a loser. Guess that store which is always empty will be even more empty now.

No acknowledgement. Just hangout there for a while and no one will come ask you if you need help or anything. I had questions about some of the devices but ended up just walking out.
