Very rude and disrespectful, your night/ morning (6:45am) worker was very disrespectful to my 12 years old because she couldnt remember the pin her state bridge card ( i was in the car with my new born) and she was getting frustrated and started crying because he was yelling at her.... You really need better workers because let me tell you and I dont care, if my baby wasnt in the car... Lord would have to help him

Young man on afternoons with light hair curses people out. Hollars and screams at people. Chooses who he wants to wait on. Turns paying customers away. Did like this gas station and they use to have good business now people dont want to go there. In a minute police will be there because of this low life and they will be shut down. I came in the other day and was turned away for gas and change for air for my tire.

They cheat on price and dont give the cash discount on mid grade and premium... Typical Detroit style run gas station. After asking manager started speaking in Arabic and wouldnt answer. Also tried to call custo service, one number wasnt working and the other seemed like it was either the owners wife or mom. Did the same thing as the manager and spoke so much, said you could ask a question, then spoke so much you couldnt speak.... Learn how to run a reputable gas station.

I like this gas station because the prices are usually lower than others. The pumping area is large. Not small and cramped. The store is large also. They have lots of snacks and drinks. There is even a Subway shop inside.

They changed their pumps. You used to be able to put your debit card in and get the cash price. Now you put it in and it forces you to use your debit as credit so they can charge you the higher credit pump. VERY SHADY.

CHECK EXPIRATION DATES ON EVERYTHING YOU BUY FROM HERE! I go here on a daily basis almost and I cannot even begin to count how many times I have bought something that was expired. Today, I noticed a snack I purchased expired in November 2018.

Cashier working midnight shift killed me. I was pointing at a product i wanted, while I was explaining the product, he yelled at me and said don’t point, I have a hard time hearing. If one has a hard time hearing, isn’t it helpful if I point at it. This older man working night shift is extremely unprofessional and rude.

Typical Thursday morning, gas was a good price at 1.99 for cash and 2.09 for credit. Go inside and pre-pay cash normal- normal for any gas station around here. Proceed to fill up my tank, there is no trigger stop so you have to hold the handle while you fill up in the cold. As I go to leave I notice the price decreased from 1.99 to 1.89 per gallon. The price decreased while I was filling my tank. Of course it is not reflected in the price at my pump. I go back inside to talk to the man at the register asking them for my dollar back because I got 10 gallons of gas and they refused to refund my dollar. He told me the manager told him to decrease the price and they can’t help it if the lot is full. I then asked to speak to manager and he said he was the manager. What!? It’s kind of ridiculous, I’m all for lowering the prices but maybe do it before the parking lot is full of cars at seven thirty in the morning and people are in the middle of filling up their tanks. I understand it’s only a dollar but the fact that would not give me this minimal refund nor tell me “just wait a second while we change the price” when I pre-paid is poor customer service.

The workers are so nice. However, the owner is horrible and has no respect for women. Seems he cant keep any workers that are women in subway. His ego and superiority complex is not acceptable.

While filling up my gas tank I began throwing away a couple McDonalds bags in the trash can near my pump. And the gas station attendant walked up and told me that I cant throw away more than 1 cup full of trash and that he just emptied the can. He then suggested that I not come back to the gas station. Never heard of such a thing. I would stay away from this gas station if you plan to throw anything in the trash can near the pump. They frown upon that type of behavior. I would use one of the other 3 BP gas stations in the area. The gas is cheaper at the other stations anyway and they welcome you to use their public trash cans.

Had to many bad experiences to not leave a review at this point. I won’t spend my money here any longer and I’ll go that extra .5 of a mile to go to the Bp on Wayne over this sh**hole of a gas station.

To start with I dont even wanna leave any stars but apparently to leave a review you have to.....SO ON THE 4TH I WAS ABLE TO GET GAS FROM THIS STATION FOR $2.13/GALLON. NOW JUST 5 DAYS LATER THEY WANNA CHARGE YOU $2.45/GALLON. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT CATASTROPHIC EVENT HAS OCCURRED IN THE LAST 5 DAYS THAT GAS HAS TO GO UP THAT MUCH????CANT BELIEVE THERE ISNT SOME KIND OF LAW AGAINST THIS....WHAT HAS THE WORLD COME TO THAT WE AS CITIZENS ALLOW THIS KIND OF ACTION TO OCCUR. JUST SICKENING

I swear this place is the worst gas station, the number one thing is WHY do you not have the trigger on the pump to keep it going smh, no lottery after like 9pm or something, they even deactivate the self machine, for what? And besides the thing they legally can’t upcharge on they do on everything else, even cigarettes and I know this because I used to deliver them their tobacco from Martin and Snyder, and the worst of all the way a few of these guys creep on my gf is crazy she don’t even like going there alone, I will say the place is always clean and the guy who’s always at subway is very polite, other than that I go down to Sunoco on ford and venoy

Worst gas station I have ever been to- Horrible experience. I went in there about a week ago to grab cigarettes and a snack, The old creep with the mustache and glasses wouldnt stop staring at me the moment I walked in there. Upon arriving to get cashed out he started flirting with me and telling me dirty jokes. He carried on and nearly begged for my phone number when he is nearly 3× my age. TOTAL HARRISMENT.

Its a gas station with good service. The cashier rep was nice and thanked me for coming in.
