Douglas made my experience at Rituals such an ease, his knowledge about all the lines helped me pick amazing pieces that too under the budget. They have some of the best scented candles around. My current fav is the Sweet Jasmine. Nice and light. A little pricey though.

The sales reps are super polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the products they are selling. And the fragrances smell AMAZING
