Their estimated price and time of project completion was spot on, and I would recommend them without hesitation. Small issues that arose: Harware (decorative handles and arrows) didnt make it on the truck for the job, so they had to come back. When they came back, they only had the arrows and not the handles, so another trip was needed. Small stuff, and it was corrected quickly. The guys were great and worked quickly. They gave me the best price out of four companies.

I called on Friday afternoon of the 4th of July weekend because my rental houses garage door was stuck open and the garage door spring had broke. Kevin, the owner, said they didnt have any technicians left working that day since they had left for the long weekend. I explained that my tenants had just moved in and the garage was full of all their belongings. He said he would make some calls and call me back. In a very short period of time, he said he had a mechanic that could come and get the garage door shut safely so my tenants belongings would be secure over the long weekend and that he would have a technician come Tuesday to fix it. In less than 1 hour the mechanic was at my rental property and had the garage door shut safely. On Tuesday morning the technician was there and repaired the spring and the strut on the door.I have used the Garage Door Store many times of the past years for both my personal property and my rental properties. They have always come out quickly, been very professional and they have an incredible 10 year warranty on their springs. I highly recommend this company!! Outstanding. I had Garage Door Store repair my old garage door. They were wonderful and HONEST. So, of course I called them for my new install. It was like the door magically appeared. Outside of the initial arrival acknowledgement, I would of never known they were here. Quiet, respectful and professional. And the actual garage door? Solid and strong with absolutely no gaps anywhere. Beautiful and oh, soo quiet.

I wasnt sure what was wrong with my door. I tried to get it fixed before with another company but they just put WD-40 on the wheels. I thought I needed a brand new door. Rob came in and explained different things that could be wrong with it. He troubleshooted it then worked on all the components. My door has never worked this well. I appreciate the time and effort he put in to fix it and just didnt try to sell me a new door when I didnt need one. I definitely recommend this place and will not go anywhere else.

I was needing a jack shaft garage door opener. I first contacted Lee at Sears Garage doors who has been my go-to guy for garage and garage door opener gentleman. Who I highly recommend. However he does not do the jack shaft type and recommended me to these guys who are also first rate. They arrived on time, and explained this new system to me. (I had to change secondary to a spa installation). Both are great-polite, timely, - great service at a great price.
