I used to love going to this store but because of the incident that happen today I won’t be going back there again. I had been standing in line fore about 5 minutes, there was merchandise on the counter so I assumed that someone had gone to get another item. The manager comes over and opens the other register. In the meantime another customer comes up and puts her items down on the counter in front of me. Then the manager tells her to come over to the other register and he starts to ring her items up. As I stated earlier I had already been standing in line for about 5 minutes, so instead of causing a scene I kindly laid the items I was going to purchase on the counter and told the cashier to replace the items back where they belong because I didn’t want them anymore. Of course im sure anyone that is reading this can surely read between the lines.

Good people, lots of Merch. Fabric, wedding and party supplies, food, arts and crafts, and much more!

Wow! This place is pretty awesome, they have everything! I finally checked this place out and I’m impressed. They have way better quality gift bags for $1! They also have things that are cheaper then dollar tree and more well made stuff. Clean and nice Employees. Check this place out, I know you’ll find something here! Lady I just talked to on the phone was completely rude and unprofessional. I said “hi how are you” and she says “good what’s up” like excuse me? And her attitude is the worst she kept yelling like I’m her little niece or something. Completely unprofessional.

Very nice store, has many varieties of items! Most items did not have price tag labels on them, and some of the signs that are labeled above the aisles are not correct, according to where the item was located. But overall, I had a very pleasant visit and it reminds me of a mini hobby lobby!

I went into Dollar Castle today and they told me that they couldnt help me unless I wear a mask the next time I came in masks are not mandatory to do anything its recommended and you cant tell me that I have to wear a maskIn light of this new evidence, CDC RECOMMENDS face coverings in public settings where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain (e.g., grocery stores and pharmacies) especially in areas of significant community-based AS LONG AS AS LONG AS I KEEP MY DISTANCE FROM OTHER PATRONS IN THE STORE WHICH IS THE 6 FT THEN THERE SHOULD BE NO PROBLEMtransmission

These dollar stores have different and more variety on thedollar store level. The stuff you cant find at Lowes and Home Depot easily, are here and cheaper. Its stilldollar store level but how much should a sink stopper cost versus what you need now? Some food items show you how much they mark up prices at the more familiar stores (a lot!).

Werent accepting credit or debit cards. Shopped the store but didnt buy for that reason.

Good store and wide variety of items at low price and I like the fidget spinners but the reason Im only giving 3 stars is because you dont sell skerple markers after I bought them all out and I need to buy more also there used to be a dollar castle next to my house in Livonia but it closed five years ago and now I have to go drive 20 minutes to here so I can buy your merchandise but otherwise good store and there is food soda and electronics and fidget spinners and other cool stuff here you can buy but if you can please reopen the dollar tree at Livonia next to Books Connections again so I dont have to drive so far away

It is a Saturday night at 8:52 and we are sitting out in the parking lot of dollar castle because they have locked the doors and closed the store early. It says the hours are closing at 9 pm. But at 8:45 when we went to the doors they were already locked and no one came to unlock the doors either and their was still 3 cars in the parking lot.. what the hell dollar castle?? I guess the employees dont care what time the store is supposed to close. Lost a bunch of business because of this. I had to get 1 thing and would of been out before closing myself. I wish I could make my own hours and close up whenever I want to because I feel like it even though its early.. unbelievable

RACIST BUSINESS!!! EVERYONE IS NOT TREATED THE SAME HERE!!! BLACKS BEWARE!!So yesterday I went into this store, which I have been going to this store since they opened. The cashier was very nice and helpful upon ringing me but I was paying with a card this time instead of cash. She proceeded to check me out and realized that the card reader was down and it said Connection Lost which means exactly what it says...the Internet connection is lost! She asked the white older rude male with glasses for help only for him to suggest that it was my card...the customer...its the customers fault and gave her attitude! Side note: I am a mid twenties African American woman so that we have that point clear... So I have been patiently waiting for her to disconnect and try over and over again for about an half hour now and I only had 6 items but these were items I needed. A white woman with kids comes along and he immediately opened another register for her and she also had a credit card...I watched to see how differently he would handle the situation... Behold it was not her card nor her fault instead he called Comcast now because it just in no way could be her card and gave her all of her items For Free after she had not even had to wait for more than 2 minutes in line and I had been standing here for 40 minutes now with my fiance and he has not even offered me even a discount. The whole time it was 2 younger black girls that were just waiting to get balloons over there for more than 10 minutes and watched everything and as I confronted him about treating the situations unfair because of race I then told my fiance we would never be returning and the young women immediately followed me out seeing that he did not treat people of color the same instead blamed my card and gave this other woman free items and blamed it on her being a regular when I asked him which I could tell by their vibes he was lying smh racism is everywhere black people be conscious

This place has everything!! Only giving 4 whats cuz some of the stuff they have that I can find at dollar tree is marked up 25¢ more or so.. But its a one stop shop.. Having a party, stop here first

Garden City lost Kmart and Kroger here you can buy things like furniture, baby shower and birthday supplies. Theres just so much to find.
