Best customer service. Young employee carried my bag to the counter, got someone to the cash register, and carried it to my car. He was also very polite.

Hi Management of Orschelns,I just want to say I used to love going into your store until what I seen today, which was completely disappointing. I seen this cashier being as polite as can be to this customer, who was buying toys and simply asked her to move the toy slightly, so that he can reach the bigger toys barcode underneath the other toys. The customer then proceeds to complain to the manager (Tera) who was by the carts and yells at the cashier across the store saying how lazy this cashier was for something as simple as a toy. I find this to be extremely unprofessional and is this the way management in your store treats employees?Olivia Taylor

I love this place I get all my chickens feed and calf feed and my horse feed here and my dry dog food... the staff is always smiling and helpful and the prices are not too high!

I like to go to Orscheln for great prices on dog, cat food to hardware to hunting and everything that goes with each of those areas.

Staff was not very knowledgeable. And the cashier kept answering the phone instead of putting them on hold to help the line of people that actually bothered to physically come to the store. But our chickens we got there are doing very well.

Been in store 2 times...ITS just fine...GREAT if you farm...

I LOVE shopping at Orshelnz... Theres lots to see, n lots of things u dnt see at other stores. But the employees there r NOT very WECOMING. They pass by u, totally IGNORE ur presence there. Or they will literally give u these lookx. No, Im not there to STEAL, but I am there to BUY something in ur store, regardless of how u look at me. 🤔I just might start shopping at TS, or WL, or my mostest favorite place in town.... LA KASA LOKA!!!!!

Best place to find clothing, foot wear, tools, dog, cat food. And ranch supplies.

They treat you good if they dont have it they will try and get it, the staff goes above and beyond to help you.
