I now know to why these friendly folks have a 4.8 Google rating! The day I went (twice) they were slammed busy. They were still kind and jovial ready to help me out with my sprinkler delima. I needed some additional parts later in the day and they even told me they were glad to see me back again. Super nice folks and VERY knowledgeable - they know sprinklers! My lawn and I both are green with envy! Oh... and BTW, are those bedrooms upstairs? ha ha

You could go to Home Depot and stand in front of the irrigation supplies for an hour trying to figure out what you need with no help showing up, or spend fifteen minutes at Evergreen, hand them a list and be on your way. And at competitive prices. This is a family-run business. They know what theyre doing. They will recommend additional items you may need because they want to save you an additional trip. I cant say enough good things about this shop. Ive literally read off a long list of parts to the daughter, she asks a few questions and brings back all the parts. I dont know how she does it. Or any of the other family.

All I have to say is WOW...Screw Home Depot! Ive been to many great local stores in boise but this one tops it. They are so honest, knowledgable and helpful its incredible. Ive been in twice now and can say that I wont go anywhere else for irrigation supplies. Adam especially is an amazing employee and helped me so much both in store and over the phone probably saving me thousands of dollars from having a technician come out. He helped me troubleshoot my issue and find the right parts to repair my sprinkler system myself. Honestly the guy deserves a raise and cant recommend the store enough. I used to be a sprinkler installer working for a local landscape company. Eventually I started my own business in landscaping with a heavy emphasis on landscape irrigation. I used various suppliers for my parts but once I found Evergreen they became my first and only choice. They have very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They will help you design your irrigation system and give you instructions on how to install it yourself. They are contractor friendly and have quick service. They have a good selection of the right parts that are high quality and they are very knowledgeable about their inventory. They are patient and you feel like part of the family in here. They offer good discounts to contractors who are frequent customers. The prices for the public are competitive, but theyre is something important that you need to understand. The parts you get here are are much higher quality than what is sold at hardware stores like home depot or lowes or ace hardware. You will pay about the same, but I cant stress enough that the quality is much better and will last longer. In addition these people know what they are taking about and are willing to share their knowledge. Ask questions if you arent sure. I highly recommend evergreen sprinkler supply to everyone from experienced contractors to do it yourself home owners.

I had a problem with one of my sprinkler zones. Nothing I tried worked, until I stopped into Evergreen. After explaining the problem they had the solution. They took time to explain what to do and how to do it. It was inexpensive and now I have no worries, just perfect green healthy grass.

Went in to support a local business but was treated poorly... My questions were met with attitude and the gentleman that was helping me seemed like I was bothering him with my business. I guess Im off to another local company to buy my supplies. Good luck with your business if this is the way you treat your customers.

I was having trouble with my water pressure dropping on two of my six stations so I emailed Nick at Evergreen and gave him the details. The same day, after hours, Nick emailed me back with a possible solution and said if I would bring him the part he thought was causing the problem he would show me how to fix it without purchasing any new equipment or parts. The next day I met with Nick and he did exactly what he said he was going to do and it fixed my problem. I re-installed the parts and I caused another problem so I emailed Nick and again, the same day, he responded and sent me information on how to fix the problem I caused. I am so impressed with the responsiveness and honesty of this company I wish I could give them a ten star rating!!

Everyone in the shop is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! I thought I had to replace my entire sprinkler valve manifold due to a leak, but everyone at Evergreen showed my the correct repair parts to fix just one leaking valve, explained how to do every step, sold me the correct slower drying adhesive, etc. Plus, they really cared to know that the repair worked. They sold me only what I needed, and saved me a lot of money and many days of hard work and frustration. They also have many parts available for older sprinkler systems such as mine. And their prices are extremely reasonable. A friend of mine also had very similar experiences at Evergreen. They told him exactly how to install his sprinkler system correctly. This is definitely a very honest business that wants to help you at a reasonable price, and to make sure that your problem is fixed.They are not arrogant in any way, and will explain things to you in a way that will minimize your frustration with your sprinkler repair. When I find great businesses like this with superior service, I like to make sure that other people know about it, too! I wish that all of the businesses that I deal with are this competent!

I went down to Evergreen to see if they could fix my RP backflow device. They spent over 45 minutes working on it and tried to only charge me $2.12! They thoroughly cleaned the whole thing and replaced 2 O-rings and now my 10 year old device works like new. To replace the whole thing was going to cost me $440.00! I gave Nick and Greg a few bucks extra to buy them both lunch for all of their efforts. What a bunch of great people down there. I strongly recommend going there for all of your irrigation needs! Tried to call ahead today to find a sprinkler part during business hours. No one answered the first two tries. The third try, a gal answered and was not knowledgeable, spoke to me in a tone as if I was inconveniencing her, and put me on hold without asking me and lost the call. I tried to call back but no answer so I took my business elsewhere.

I went in the money to buy the parts for an entire new system for an acre and a half of lawn and shrubs. Was talked down to by a smug expert who claims any move to new Hunter PRS40s (with MP 3000 or 3500 Rotator heads) wont solve brown spot problems for folks with existing Hunter I-20 sprinkler system. The expert says he wouldnt make any comment without a drawing that shows the criss cross of heads and measurements, etc. etc. I tried to interrupt and show him those very scale drawings, but couldnt get a word in edgewise. I am very angry. No wonder the big box stores are putting such a bite on the professional suppliers. I Told my sprinkler installer to go ahead and buy the parts, but to get them anywhere but Evergreen. A polite counterman who was less interested in hearing himself talk would have made a nice sale and good repeat customer. Instead, he ignorantly put off someone who is doing several properties and has friends. So sad.
