This service center will bend over backward to be sure that everything is done right. I was having quite a lot of trouble with my new Volt and they went to bat in my troubles with General Motors. After my experience with GM customer support I would never recommend a General Motors product, but if you are in the unfortunate position of owning one I would highly recommend this service center.

I have been to this dealership for a couple years for service. Overall they are professional. On 7/10/2018 I brought in a car for service and after approximately 1.5hours received my multipoint inspection sheet. The multipoint inspection sheet stated that I needed a new filter. I then shared with the service advisor that I had just replaced the air filter. He then asked the mechanic who stated that he had marked it dirty as a mistake as he was working on two cars simultaneously. It then occurred to me to compare this multipoint inspection sheet with the one from the previous time and hey had complete different markings regarding my brakes etc. seems like the mechanic didnt complete the inspection and just checked everything off.

Service department deplorable. I brought my car in for service, my main concern was not addressed, but some minor service was recommended. The major problem with my car still happening but to get it diagnosed-even though I came in a few days ago -they want to charge me the full price to read diagnose my car. Oh and they cant tell the difference between a belt and a chain...

By appointment and I still had to wait 2 hours for my vehicle to be delivered, and there are no hundreds to wait even a bottle of water so bring your bottle.
