They did exactly what they said they would, no hassle, done within the same day. The price was fair, Id come back if I had any other problems.

I made a reservation online for an oil change and tire rotation, I received an email that a confirmation email would soon follow, but I never received that. I showed up at the store 15 minutes before my appointment time and the man at the counter said it would be a two and a half hour wait. I stated had made a reservation online. He told me the reservation may puts me in line, but it depends on how many people get on line ahead of me the wait time gets larger. If course I did not stay. He seemed aggravated and said that it was Just a place in line I signed up for and there was nothing he could do. I told him it was no big deal but if it had been made clear online or in the email when I made the appointment, I would have not bothered driving to the store, or would have called. The online reservation system clearly showed the first 4 slots of the day unavailable, so I had assigned up for slot 8... I do wonder if I had signed for the 1030 slot and showed up at 1145 if the wait would have been less. So from there I went straight to an instant valvoline. I called while in the way and they said the wait could be 20 minutes. I got there, drive in the bay, stayed in the car and work oil change and tire rotation was out in 20 minutes!!!!

My engine light was on & when I got to tire choice the regular mechanic was out sick but the supervisor ran the engine diagnostics himself, found the problem, replaced the defective sensor & I had my car back within a few hrs. The service & customer care was great.

Went here a few month ago for a flat tire patch job. It was beyond an easy smooth fix. Tire has been holding up like a brand new tire! Was in n out in no time & had a great conversation W Mark while I waited on the inside. Couldnt reccomend this place enough!

I have been going to this location for over 15 years through all the company and management changes. I love the work that the team does. They recently went under a remodel, upon being bought out as Tire Choice. However, as of today, there is only one technician in the shop. This has turned a simple oil change into a 3-4 hour process. This lack of help is not just bad for business it is detrimental to the staff. It causes staff to be overwhelmed, overworked and under appreciated. It causes stress and guilt about taking a day off, which ultimately causes burn out. More staff is needed ASAP to make this location thrive. If not, business will go elsewhere to not have to give up so much of their day for service.

This was my first time visiting the shop since it underwent new management and I was blown away by the impeccable customer service. Henry took care of my car service needs all while providing his professional recommendations in a positive light. I highly recommend this shop for its expert personnel, cleanliness, and willingness to go above and beyond.

Henry is not your typical automotive shop manager. Right from the first phone call, I found Henry to be warm, approachable, and professional. At the shop, Henry went out of his way to help me understand my bill even though he was clear the first time (!) and he also went out of his way to help find out why my TPMS light remains on all the time. I have been going to Tire Choice (formerly Certified Tire) in Garden Grove for several years now. The manager, Dan Wright, is, by far, the most honest service tech weve EVER had...great personality too...always friendly and greets you with a smile. All 3 of my kids have taken their cars there for service with Dan as well. He has always ensured to give us helpful advise and does not try to up sell you into something you dont really need. I would highly recommend Dan and his team for all your auto maintenance and repair needs. You will not be disappointed. :)

For over 25 years Ive taken my cars to this shop. Been through four different owners and at least six different store managers/service writers. There has been only a handful of bumpy experiences here and minor ones at that. Theyve always done good work at a fair price. This morning, Henry was no different. I came for oil change and rotate tires, its good year tires pleace, they search for more issues and l said how long is going to take for oil change and rotate tired,, they start checking with the air filter and cabinet air filter and breaks but they didnt do oil change for 1:1/2 waiting, l have 2017 traverse of course they said signature here and here and you are in.youre free to disade where to go, l hope these can help some one ..

Came here with a fleet vehicle from my company, Henry took care of me. Dude was the manager and i took it in around noon, and wasnt sure if I could get it back same day as i needed new brakes, rotors, oil change, and a new battery. Do not waste your time or money here. Went to get a quote for 4 new tires. An employee rung me on the computer and wanted to charge me $530 dollars looking at the paper( I own a 2000 Tacoma) the model he marked on the paper was a 2013 Lexus(How do you mess that up). Found tires at a better shop for 370 dollars including labor. He either made a stupid mistake or did it on purpose to get more money either way maybe your employees should stop scamming your customers. Independent mechanics are much more reliable at this point
