Came here for an oil change. They seemed honest. They were accurate to price and availability as discussed on phone. No surprises. They also automatically checked tire pressure for us. I’d recommend them.

One of the best place to fixed your car. Everytime I go there they never failed to amazed me. The owner he is really straight forward and will tell you what need to fixed and how much its gonna cost. Great service an the young man who took care of my vehicle was very polite an professional.

We brought our car to Change brake pads. Viet was very honest and checked the pad before if they were indeed needed to be changed. Turned out we didnt need to change them yet despite what the previous mechanic told us. He also showed us the brake pads and why they are not needed to be changed yet. We are thankful that we were not cheated to do something we didnt have to. This just shows that Viet has great work ethic and is a trusted mechanic. This is our first time visiting his shop and we will come back again and again.

All other places were booked and couldnt take walk ins. Viet auto was the only one that took me in when I badly needed Freon for my ac and an oil change. They told me that they wouldnt be able to attend me until an hour later. But an hour later my oil change was done and my freon was installed! So I was very happy. I just wish they would have charged me a little less for the mobile oil-oil change. But Im happy they made my day considering how hot it was that day!!

**MUST READ**.. my car had a leak and needed to be repaired in 3 different areas. Tony showed us and we felt that we trusted him. He said the job would be about $500, but it really urgently needed to be done so we went through with it. It was going to stay overnight and be done the following day. Ok, so at this point we are picking it up the next day and the work is complete. We thought nothing of it - paid Tony $500 plus tax. Now, a week later I get an email for a survey from Simpson Chevrolet in Garden Grove regarding my recent visit. So I contacted Simpon Chevrolet and sure enough, my car had been worked on THERE. And IT WAS COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY. I didnt even know the work that needed to be done would have been covered. But of course at 32,000 miles it still had warranty.. So now today I called Tony, very upset because Im out $541 when HE took it to CHEVY for free work. All Tony did was pay $157 for THEM to fix a part. I went and picked up the invoice right away from Chevy. Tony admitted his mistake (with a few obvious I didnt know at first lies) sorry, but at the point where I paid $541 he never once said anything about taking it to Simpson, it being covered under warranty or anything like that. I am really surprised by all the positive reviews. This guy was so UNTRUSTWORTHY. No excuses for not letting his client know about the warranty or taking it somewhere else to be worked on. I paid $541 for most of what my warranty covered. He stole and cheated me out of my money. Thankfully I managed to get it back and he admitted his mistake. But he would have never told me he did this if he didnt get caught. Thats horrible. He even told my dad and I Im not all about making money Yeah right... Next time Ill be much more cautious of this happening, but Ill never be back here. Be very careful going here.

Ive been going to Viet Auto Service for 4 years now for all my major repairs and general maintenance on both my vehicles. Of all the mechanics that I have tried that are close to my home in the inland empire this shop always has me coming back even though its far. Viet auto has the best prices, honest service, friendly staff and top notch customer care. I STRONGLY believe this is the best auto shop and that the other auto shops that I have gone to have always been a terrible experience.

I am a first time customer and by the service I received will be a long time customer. I wish I knew Viet along time ago I would have saved a lot of MONEY and TIME. Viet came in on a Sunday by special appointment and installed my water pump in two hours for less then half of what two other mechanics wanted to charge. If you want a great auto mechanic who conducts himself with integrity and professionalism then I would highly recommend Viet for all of your auto repairs.

Best service by far! My 2005 Sienna is getting up in years and mileage and I wouldnt take her anywhere else. Pricing, service and quality are excellent! Tony is upfront about options and parts, as well as urgency of repairs and explaining what is wrong.
