From the start Nick/ customer service rep started with trying hard for me not to do business here. No greeting just how can I help you. Then letting him know I had blown a tire and needed a new one. He then stated we are busy with 2 customers one for tires and the other for brakes and it would be minimum of a 1.5 to 2.5hrs. I shouldve of walked out went somewhere else. 3hrs later still here waiting no communication for Nick. I sat here hearing Nick misleading customer after customer with false statements. Probably wont come back again. Nick cant be trusted.

The manager here is useless. I needed to get a patch and he spends a fraction of a second looking at it saying we can’t repair it due to tread depth. I took it home and measured 4/32” at the lowest point. The tire started at 7/32”. Costco fixed it with no hassle. Take your business to Costco because these guys are rookies.

So I have been to quite a few mechanic shops (pep boys, dealerships, other firestone complete shops). During my time here with Ming, Andy, Long and Justin these guys took the time to explain to me everything that was going on with my car and helped me to save as much money as I could (even after qouting me they took the time to help me and were close to their predicted quoted as well so there was no hidden fees). They took pictures for me and explained all the details and issues and although my car needed a big fix they were helpful and professional every step of the way. The founder of Firestone Harvey Firestone who is quoted in every store I believe fundamental honesty is the keystone of business. And these guys here model that and I couldnt be more happy with the results and work done on my car.

Came in with flat tire right before closing and they still helped me out. Great customer service.

Brought my car here after my 2yr old battery was showing replace on the meter. They didn’t have the correct battery in stock so it would be at least three days before they could do it.My battery has a 60mo warranty and when checking in the system the clerk told me it would still be about 130.00 or so that I would have to cover. The job initially done by Firestone was only about 114.00 in the first place.What a joke. I also caught the guy who was going to test the battery rummaging around in the rear cargo area of my vehicle. Battery isn’t located back there. I went out and confronted him and showed him where the terminals were in the engine compartment (shouldn’t have to show the tech where but ok) then he kept saying he needed to see the actual battery....I had to argue with him and show him where to test the battery at the terminals in the compartment.Firestone as a whole is a joke. Ignorant techs, shady practices (when I initially had the battery installed the HB location tried to charge me more after the job was done) I had to inform them about CA law that prohibits them from upping the agreed upon cost after the job is done.I will never use Firestone again and plan on filing a complaint with the BBB and BAR. I suggest every consumer educate themselves about auto repair law before using this or any repair shop.I ended up buying a better battery at another auto parts store and will be installing it myself.

Very bad about service they broke my wheel cover but they didn’t tell me they told me to change tyre I didn’t change there after 4 hours I got my car and they recommended me to do many things it was about $1500. One week before I took my car for servicing in automation Toyota they did inspection but they didn’t tell me to do anything like that I took my car n went to another tyre shop they told me that my tyre is good I can drive more 20000 miles. I have free alignment service so I went there but now never.........

I have been meaning to write this review and it is been long overdue, this business treated customer like me with the utmost professionalism and offered flexibility. The manager quoted me a fair price for a set of tires on my GS300 and explained to me in details the process of the alignment work. They was nice enough to give me a ride to my home and picked me up . To accommodate for my tight schedule they rushed to get my car done in just less than 2 hours. What a great experience and great customer service from Andy and his team.

Had alignment done on my 07 Camry Le yesterday. Noticed steering wheel was off to the left. Took vehicle back and spoke to Andy, the manager. He did not own to their mistakes and blamed it on my cambers being off. My cambers was .2 degrees different from manufacturers specification. Any tech can tell you that is in the acceptance deviation. He tries to up sell camber kits service to me but I refused and informed him that I used to have my own shop and he is giving false information. He laughed and referred me to another Firestone.I went to Firestone at Brookhurst and Chapman. Tam, the Manager, greeted me and understood my concerns. Had his tech jumped on it and finished in 1 hour. The spec sheet showed front toes were completely off from the alignment the day before.I happily returned to Andy to show him the specs. He said he guess his machine was not calibrated and laughed. Apparently, this guy knows nothing and tries to pass off like he knows everything. Through all this, an apology was never given.For those who may plan to come here in the future.....beware! If he can not resolve wrong doings for a small problem, what do you think going to happen when a big problem arise?Your only choice is call the Bureau of Auto Repair or take Andy and Firestone to Small Claims Court.

Extremely lousy customer service as I was amongst four customers waiting for 15-20 minutes to be served, but absolutely no one came to the service front office - while there were a couple of technicians working in the vehicle bays. I ended up leaving without being able to talk to any service personnel. I will definitely not return to this business in the future and will recommend my friends and relatives to take their business elsewhere.

Great service I came in at the end of the day desperately in need of oil change the service advisor Ming was able to take care of me very nice guy I used to be a service advisor at pep boys but this Firestone runs their shop much more efficiently with limited staff the Techs there dont waste anytime great shop I definitely will go there again 5 🌟 all the way

Be careful of the guy name Minh, I believe hes a manager there. I went in for a tire change and he told me my alignment was bad and they cant align it right and I needed some aftermarket axle to fix my Infiniti G37 otherwise the tires will have uneven wear. He said the toe cant be zeroed because theres no manufacturer specifications. I took my car to Orange Coast Infiniti and they said theres nothing wrong with my axle or alignment. Watch out for this crook. I might just comeback and give him a piece of my mind.

Over price and bad service.They have me bring my Ford Expediton to change plugs and two hrs later I get a call to come and pick my car, because the bad mechanic had no experience on changing plugs. They were going to charge me 500 plus.I got my car out of there got them change with a real mechanic for 80.00. Now you diced where you want to take your car next time.?

I would give this place a zero star if possible. Just like the other reviewers said, they are dishonest. I also paid for lifetime alignment. Went back because they did not do it right the first time. But told I would have to wait all day. So left with understanding. Went back a third time in the morning when they just opened and immediately the manager told me the same thing. I would have to wait until afternoon before their technicians can get to my car. Seems like it is their usual ploy. I will never go to another Firestone again, not sure if just this one is a bad apple. Not going to bother with them anymore. There are plenty of local honest Vietnamese auto repair shops. This VN location is not one of them.

**Did not honors corporate coupon in a not-obvious way**.I was there to do an oil change with a Firestone coupon. After the service person wrote up the order agreeing to do an on special oil change and not any other work, I wandering the area about 30m while waiting. When I came back, the manager tell me the oil plug is impossible for them remove. He thinks its broken inside and suggest I bring back last oil changes location. I left for home wondering the possibility of over tighten the oil plug since it is done manually and not by a machine gun like on wheels. Anyway, I had my car done afterward at a (different) reputable tire store with not even a hint of a problem what-so-ever. I suppose that Firestone manager could have tell me in advance that they/he doesnt make enough money from me for this service and save me my half hour. But thats a perfect world. BTW, I have done other car related services there before and have a hunch that its a privately own with franchise named. My displease is to this location only and not Firestone in general.

Andy was great to work with, he kept up informed on our tire order and called us as soon as It came in. He even waited for us after closing time, because he knew that it was urgent to get our tire replaced.

They are very honest about what needs to be done with your car, and they do not work on your car until they give you their quote AND you specifically approve of it!

Went in for an oil change but they couldnt get it done because the bolt was damaged and they forgot to but my oil cap back on and I had oil spill every where inside my engine bay. I called them up about that issue and they said they never touched it. Now I have to pay an additional $60 to fix there mistake. They were no help, never again!!

This place is Dishonest. They rip off your money. Do not bring the car there to fix. Last year, I went the for alignment. I paid almost $200 for life time. They told me if any thing happened, They will do it for free since this is lifetime warranty. This year I brought my car back for alignment. They check it out and told they could not do it unless I have to replace the camber kit (a small bolt next to the spring). it cost about $120. I hesitate to do it and went to ask the honda dealer. The dealer told me it nothing wrong. What I need to do is just adjust the bolt next to the tire. THAT WAS IT. Finally I brought to the Vietnamese shop and they did the alignment for $30. The car run straight. I call back the firestone manager and complaint. He said may be the alignment machine broke and bla... bla...all BS.I did learn a lesson So please do not bring your car there. Since I still have warranty, Next time I will bring the car to them and hope they are not playing BS game the innocent people like us.

Sitting here now came in for oil change and they say brake fluid needs replaced. They find something to do here for sure. Maybe high overhead. Women and disabled beware.

Worst place ever my wife drove in with a noise which they never fixed but they did replace the front and back brakes for almost 700$ nice job Firestone this is how you foul female drivers
