Very unprofessional and rude. Kept giving me the run around and even hung up on me when I was only trying to get the paperwork for my car that was a total loss. Be careful when purchasing and makes sure you go over your contract thoroughly.
Thanks to God for people like this at Russell Westbrook Hyundai Car dealership in Garden Grove. I am thankful for the opportunity to be able to acquire my desired car. And the Young Man that helped me was Brandon, a Giant, humble, and very courteous person. He made sure that my wife and I were comfortable and well informed of the process. And because of his due diligence, coupled with staff support, I drove off the lot with my car.
Originally told me 24 hrs. Then received a text saying I can pick up car 6pm (dropped off 7am). Came to Dealership and Service Dept. closed @ 6pm. Called the next day 9am (Sat open at 9am) was told should be done by 10am. Called back at 10am to make sure and was told would be ready at 11:30am.These lies have ruined my plans for the weekend. Not happy at all
Sales men are so patient and willing to show you everything, and help you decide which car would be best for you.Place is okay, clean and neat, but they dont provide coffee. Restroom is quite small with respect to the place and number of people.I would give this place 5 stars if the prices are suitable for me, they went too far with their mark-up which added a lot to my payment (20% more to the MSRP!).I would recommend it to anyone, but in other time when prices go down.
Mr. Kevin Molina in the Service Department deserves a raise! This guy was able to finish in ONE DAY what a neighboring Hyundai service center wasn’t willing to look at over the course of 2 weeks. Got to hand it to the guy for a job well done and great customer service. He won’t waste a minute of your time.
Customer service here is greatly improving and my advisor Christian is very friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and caring. I trust them with all my car maintenance and my advisor always exceeds my expectations. They get me a lift so I dont have to wait at the dealership and they send one to pick me up when my car is ready. They always wash it no matter what I come in for. Better service than Mercedes Benz.

This dealership is misleading people on advertise pricing. They offered a 2015 car on carfax and their website for $16900. When I spoke to the sales person Zara she said the car is $23k after dealership package. That is an insane for a 2015 car . $6k mark up is terrible. There is no 2015 23k. I would stay away from this dealership. It is a shame our new Laker is ripping people off this way.

Ive used RWHyundai for the past 2 1/2 years after less than favorable experiences at Westbrook HuntingtonBch. I find the service dept. to be courteous and knowledgeable. In particular, one of their representatives, Norma is exceptional. She is not afraid to ask if you need help and on my last two trips, took care of my payment and delivered my car in exceptionally fast time. She is particular is a credit to the Dealership.
Came to this dealership and I was taken care of by one of the salesman Carlos. He met all my demands, made sure I got what I wanted and worked his but off to make sure my demands are met. The staff here is cool and Carlos was very helpful and by far best salesman and recommend him to anyone who is looking for a car.. I promise you wont be disappointed 👍👍
I would love to give this dealership a negative review if possible. Ever since they changed it to Russel Westbrook Hyundai its terrible. I came to check out a car that was advertised as around $200 a month online for a lease. I gave them my information and they had us wait for an hour+ for no good reason, then come back saying it would be $500 a month. Are you serious, that makes zero sense at all. These are Hyundais not BMWs or Audis. This dealership loves to add on useless markups such as nitrogen filled tires and market adjustments. I would definitely recommend saving your time and money by going to a different Hyundai dealership.

If you’re going here to look for a car I hope Yahia is your salesman. He was the best, so accommodating and friendly. We went in on a Sunday and left because we weren’t happy with the deal the manager gave us. Came back on Wednesday and worked with a manager named Russ and Yahia again and we walked out with a better deal than I was expecting. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because I wish they would’ve disclosed the dealer mark ups on the online price listed, but again Yahia and Russ worked it out and we got a great deal!! I would give those two guys 5 stars!
I dropped off my friends car for repairs and recall items. The side view mirrors need replacing (only the mirror and not the whole assembly). The guy at first said the whole thing had to get replaced and I said they should be able to just replace the mirror. He called someone on the inside and they said yes but didnt have the price. Without getting the price from whomever he called, he said it was going to cost $750 just replace the mirrors. I also told him that engine alert said its time for service and without checking the code, he said that was going to cost $1000. I told him Ill take it to an authorized mechanic and he said not wise because they dont always do a good job. This guy was a jerk doing everything he can to gouge the customer. I DONT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE!!!!
BUYER BEWARE: They lie.They said I didnt need to pay for GPS (1500) but now theyre saying it is mandatory to pay and have it.They said there were no recalls on my newly 2021 Elantra but there are.I expected a car that would be drivable out of the dealership, but I havent gotten to drive it even after a week after I bought it. Terrible. Had a terrible experience and I cant wait to pay off my car so I wont have to deal with these liars again. I expected a car that would be drivable right out of the gate, but repairs are needed ALREADY. Will not recommend Hyundai or this dealer to anyone else again FOREVER. Very frustrated.UPDATE: I taken my NEW Elantra for a recall THAT THEY SAID THERE WASNT ONE. I brought my car in at 6/3 and said they will have the repair done on 6/8. Said they will have it done on 6/9 now. It is 6/10 now they said they dont know when they would be done with the repair. I get it, they ordered the part from Hyundai, but I havent been able to drive my new car and it has been 2 weeks since I bought it. I really liked that Elantra but its testing my patience.
Got here with the idea of a car being a set price when arrived the car was marked up over $4,000.when I went to test drive the car it was literally on empty and they said it was enough gas for a test drive. Brandon my associate was actually really cool and genuine nice so I’ll give him a 5 star. But screw this place and then the account manager or whatever with his oversized sleezy cheap suit and beat up wingtips walked away from me while I was talking. Avoid this place like corona. False advertising

Saw the car we wanted online listed at 22k, went in to test drive it and afterwards we made an offer. They then RAISED the price to 26k! BS.
Rip off, and scam. Came to get a 2018 wrangler jk. Was advertised for 24k. I asked for the stock number to match what Im looking for and the lady on the phone confirmed that. When I got in I was showed the car with the exact stock number. A few minutes the guy who brought the car said, oh it might be a different one. I asked if they have the same color, And they said no. The price they have it on the car is 24k, and they have options on it, saying it is lifted. They wanted $38000. I asked them it only has big wheels and there is no lifting kit, well, we can talk details. I left and will never go back and will never recommend them to any one.
Carlos was helpful, did not pressure me to buy anything. The best part is he was able to get me into a newer car with the terms that I asked!!! Awesome service!!!

What can I say, I had such a good experience with RW hyundais finance officer Adam Qudah that I want to send him business in the future. He was transparent and had no games or gimmicks like other dealerships. Unfortunately we went a different direction but because of him I am left with much gratitude with his honesty. Since I bought my car, my maintenance light has continually been coming on and on again. It has been less than 2 years. It seems to never get fixed.I came in to get my service maintenance light fixed today again. It is a different issue than before. Turns out that they are missing the part and so that I would have to come back again once the part has been ordered and shipped to their location so that requires another 2 hours of waiting at a dealership. I can understand that I guess. What I cannot understand is that when I got back home there was a dent on my car caused from someone at the dealership. One of the workers even had the audacity to ask for a 5 star review after denting my car and NOT telling me about it. I talked to the manager of the dealership one the phone and he asked me to come in to get this resolved. Usually it is impossible to prove this but the service advisor actually took pictures of my car BEFORE service with his Ipad. Hopefully those pictures dont magically disappear. I dont know if it was the service advisor or the mechanic but someone from here definitely dented my car and I will update this review after I have spoken to management and have this issue hopefully resolved.I will never buy a car from this dealership again and I advice all others as well.
Went in for a scheduled Hyundai $50 promo test drive and ended up purchasing a new Elantra for my parent. The sale associate, the sale manager and also the finance guy were all promised to submit the promo paperwork to Hyundai for my $50 test drive credit. It never happened. Called the dealer a few weeks later to follow up and was told theyll call me back but never did. Its not a big deal but it shows they dont really care about their customers after the initial purchase. I dont trust them with maintenance and when its time for me to pickup a Palisade, for sure not at this location.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Finance dept doesnt know how to handle cash deals. Purchased gps tracking system with lifetime service, after one year service disconnected, called dealer numerous times. Was never called back. Called General Manager.... Was told he would handle personally. He never called back. This place just sucks in general.... Avoid at all cost!!!

We saw a great deal online for a used Kia Sorento listed at 19,400. We drove an hour and a half in hopes of purchasing and leaving with the Sorento. We sat down to run the numbers with the Carlos and the salesman and they come back with 31,000. How do you increase from 19,400 to 31,000. (My husband and I have a 795 credit score). After telling Carlos and his sales buddy absolutely not he comes back with 27,595. Please avoid this lot, especially if you are a first time buyer (you will probably end up being ripped off). After we left we realized they never handed my husband back his ID, it took 3 days to get ahold of a manager to see if they could mail out my husbands ID (that they never gave us back). (A common tactic used at shady dealerships). Anyways found a great Sorento with less miles, and upgrades at Kia of Valencia.
Wow. Now I do not feel so bad about writing this review. Seems like this place is run by crooked people and unprofessional staff. I went there a few weeks a good looking for a car for my fiance. The sales guys. They were so unhelpful and basically didnt care and did not know there inventory or what they had in the lot. Seems like the place is being run down by the people that work there. Giving Hyundai a bad name. Went to another Hyundai dealer such a difference professionalism and knowledge or there in hand stock.

My wife and I purchased a vehicle recently from here. We had lots of success in purchasing vehicles from the same dealership in Anaheim and we always had a great experience. However, this place was different. Although the cpo vehicles were deceptively priced, we left feeling like we got an ok deal. I could spend all day writing out the exact details of our experience but I will keep it simple:Benji was absolutely wonderful. He was attentive, understanding, clear and direct, and accommodating. When we ran into issues during the negotiating process, he worked diligently to give us more options and to work with us to get us and the dealership the best possible deal. He often had to work in unfortunate circumstances because he had to clear up what a sales manager named Sean had to say and had to endure Sean scolding him publicly for things that werent Benjis fault. Sean was absolutely terrible to work with. He was confusing, rambling, and condescending. He made the process so much more difficult than it had to be and the way he spoke to me and my wife was atrocious and unprofessional. If we were only dealing with him, we would have walked away without the purchase and given this place a 1 star rating (because 0 isnt an option). But had we only dealt with Benji, we would have left a 5 star review and been proud to give Benji the sale and recommended this place to everyone. Unfortunately, the only way for Benji to get the sale was for Sean to as well, hence the 3 star review. Basically, Id recommend approaching this place with caution, and when you arrive, ask for Benji! If you deal with someone named Sean, kindly request someone else. My recommendation to the dealership and general manager Dale Young is to commend / reward Benji, and demote Sean.

John said he didnt have them in stock so he gave me used mats and he ask me to come back for the new mats in a week or so. Now I came back and he says he never ordered or has them.Then finally after waiting they brought the mats out. Why couldnt that be done in the first place. Its very unprofessional to agree and promise the customer only to get the sale and after they get the sale, they dont go thru with was agreed and promised! If I were you take your business else!

Jay has been the guy i go to for service. but just this last time I went in for my light and the work was shoty ...ended up messing up my bumper witch i wouldnt mind but tell me dont lie to my face...so I take it to my insurance where i just had it fixed from an accident and saw pics and Im pissed off even more my guy says they ducked up even more things... Finally, my long car buying journey is over with Russell Westbrook Hyundai of Garden Grove. I have been to many car dealers and realized many car sales person is not fit to actually sell the car. All they care about is sale when they dont even have professionalism of prepping the car for test drive before my appointment time or even prepping the car properly before selling it as certified car. They always pressure you to buy the car when the car isnt even working properly and should have failed the certification. I heard so many times that the car is under warranty so I should just buy a broken certified car!That wasnt the experience with Hyundai of Garden Grove, or at least not with John Zarghami. He was very courteous and almost no pressure to buy the car. He is bit older than most of sales person I was faced with, but he felt like one of those neighborhood uncle who takes care of you in your need.He went through 5 different testdrive cars without a frown. As I was buying a used car and they had multiple car with same model, same price, with bit of different miles. It was my first car and I wanted to pick out the best one from what was available. Overall, he and I spent 3 hours trying checking and picking out the best one, he didnt rush me to choose any one of them, even though they were mostly about the same. In similar situations, most of sales person start injecting their idea like blah blah car you tried would be best for you and just go with it.Luckily for me, Hyundai of Garden Grove didnt have any concerning issues with any one of their certified vehicle I test drove. They were all on their working condition as it should be certified vehicle. I ended up choosing the one that was practically new with just 1100 miles with $7000 off the MSRP due to it being a 2019 year vehicle with 3 month of being their service loaner. It even still had those new car smell to it.
We went to buy out my lease and they tried to charge me for miles. If I buying the car why would I pay for the miles on my lease and buy the car.I understand if I was turning it back in. Oh and my contract on line 9 states that I do not pay for milia he if I am buying the car. That makes no sense. In fact there were a lot of fees that did not make sense. Like over a thousand dollar charge for paper work to be filed. Are you kidding me. Just go through the finance department and skip the bs at this dealership. They are way to gingery for money and ripping you off.
Great customer Service by Justice and Moe! Expect for some add ons but its not a deal breaker especially if youre buying a used car. 5/5 overall very pleasant with the experience.
Hyundai Garden Grove has been super helpful in all of my purchases here. Ive been coming here since 2010 and been thru 3 cars with David Tang. He is the best here and service everytime is always top notch. Dont look anywhere else if you are looking to get a great deal on your Hyundai and great service. Also, always ask for David Tang. Hes great!!!!!

If you’re planning to get from this Russell Westbrook Hyundai Garden Grove dealership, stop and read this review!!!I got the car (2017 Hybrid Ford Fusion) on August 15, 2020. The car had a check engine light 12 days after! I was in the middle of I-22 when the scary red triangular warning “Stop Safely Now” appeared and the speed dropped to 40 miles per hour. In the middle of the freeway! Took the car back to them, all they said is “it happens, the car is a used one” and they advised us to take the car to Ford since it is still covered by a warranty. I got the car back one week after (September 3) and drove it again. But then it broke down again 8 days after!! The same warning came out but this time it was so much scarier – on the I-5; it happened at 10:30 pm and I was 50 miles away from home! Cops came to protect me from a possible sideswipe as I was on the breakdown lane, placed reflectorized triangles and stayed with me until Triple A arrived to tow the car and my boyfriend came to pick me up. The day after, I tried to communicate this to Hyundai Garden Grove, and all I heard from Sales Manager Robert (they won’t give me the last name) was “well, you bought the car as is.” I HAVE NOT EVEN MADE MY FIRST PAYMENT YET. He said he was not even apologetic. Yes, I was a bit emotional (I was crying, all things considered), but if I heard the word sorry I might have been pacified.I talked to a Consumer Rights Law Firm and they said we can file a case. It could be a long, strenuous one, but we can. I just need to get the name of the person I talked to. I called again, talked to a Javier and he would not give me Robert’s last name, and just calmly told me to let my lawyer talk to theirs. That was when I figured that these guys are so used to a lawsuit. I checked their reviews and saw that they do have hundreds of bad reviews.Even the sales process was horrendously stressful with these people. After we looked at the car the first time and gave them our offer, they texted us to come back because they agreed to the amount. When we got there, they tried all kinds of schemes to get you to pay more…up until the signing of the contract (which happened almost 4 hours after we arrived), they continuously attempted to put all kinds of add-ons.I do understand the process, though, because I guess that is part of car sales training – do everything you can to squeeze more from your customer. I can understand that. But to sell a car that would break down within days of the actual sale and not be sympathetic to your customer’s cause is INEXCUSABLE, INHUMAN, IMMORAL and a downright insult to U.S. BUSINESS ETHICS, HYUNDAI business ethics, HYUNDAI MOTOR FINANCE business ethics, RUSSELL WESTBROOK business ethics.So please do not even think about dealing with these people.

Terrible price change! $3,300 over what is actually on there. This is not a car dealership. Its an accessories dealership. I drove over 500 miles for the deal of my dreams... or so I thought. I drove because the person on the phone told me that the price I saw was the purchase price plus accessories but that I could negotiate the price lower than what it was! Well when I got there there was no negotiating the accessories or price. They said I have to buy it with the accessories. And its a $3,300 extra charge on top of whatever their lowest price was. So if the accessories arent negotiable, then why is the lowest price even shown if it would never be attainable/true??! Lol. To me, this is false advertising. I shouldve read everyone elses review before heading out. Also, Sean was very unhelpful and he was even fighting me to keep a piece of paper I wanted to share with the nice attendant that had been helping us. Very unprofessional. I will be speaking to the better business bureau about this matter.
So I made an appointment for a service maintenance for 8:30 am on a Saturday morning. I was one of the first cars to arrive. They told me it would take 1 to 1.5 hours. Okay cool. I got a lyft ride home and then got dropped back off when it got closer to 1.5 hours. Its now 12:00 pm. 3.5 hours! I have my receipt but theyre charging me for the tire rotation which should have been included in the maintence fee. Luckily the guy is going back and updating the invoice..Overall, it shouldnt take this long for a scheduled maintence check and replacement of cabin air filters and engine air filters... 😥

This place is so shady. We found a car listed on their website for 12,500. One of the best deals we found. We drove all the way from the San Fernando Valley. We got there and they said oh the car isn’t 12,500, it’s 14,500 because we add accessories to the car, without the option to remove them.The sales guy kept talking about how it’s an 8,000 dollar discount, which it actually wasn’t. It was really only 6,000 which was still a decent deal but not what was promised and listed on their website.When we were there, people kept leaving and walking out angry.We called Russell Westbrook of Anaheim and they told us they could sell us the same car on their lot of the price of 12,500. We left garden grove and went there instead.As we were talking to the Anaheim location, the manager came out screaming at us about how they can’t sell that car to us. And so on. We left so unhappy, but we got a much better deal on the same car at the Anaheim location.
We spoke to the manager, Jim, twice before driving an hour and a half to pick up our car. We were told we had a deal, that they weren’t going to mess around with us, and that there wouldn’t be any hidden fees.We show up, Jim is suddenly “super busy” and hands us off to someone else. We get in the car to take it for a spin, car is on empty. Guy drives us to a gas station, the company gas card doesn’t work. we sit and wait while he’s trying to call someone to find out why the card was declined. End up leaving, we have 15 miles left to drive, so we were fine to test drive.Get back to the dealership, ready to hand over the cash we had available. They say oh, we have some added protections- some GPS, paint protection, etc. raises the price 2500 (10%) off of the “deal” we had. We go back and forth, say we will go up $500 over the promised price, they say no and we walk.They called us, saying sorry, even though the general manager said we had a deal at 20,500 out the door, someone “higher up” changed their mind & they can’t do under 22k cash.We drove a total of 3 hours. Spent an hour and a half haggling, even though we had a verbal promise (which we confirmed TWICE) from the general manager.Terrible experience!
Takes for ever for an oil change. 2 hours+ waiting is too much. Use to provide drinks and popcorn, no more and might be the pandemic or economy, need to inprove car services time lap!. Your car still get washed.
Terrible dealership to deal with. Ive been trying for months to get a refund on canceled warranties after trading in a car I bought from them for another. They DO NOT want to give me my money back. Go to a Hyundai owned by someone else!
I was very pleased with the service. When arriving the customer service I received was very friendly and fast. They told me it was going to be a while so they accommodate me with a lift home while my car was being worked on. .They where very knowledgeable and my car was up and running with no problems. I highly recommend I will definitely take it there for future service Thank you so much 😁
Id give it a zero if I could. Arrived looking for a new Hyundai. They have maybe 3 or 4 Elantras and one of everything else except the car my sister was looking for. The man who helped us approached when we arrived and asked what we were looking for we said new cars. He points us the direction of the new vehicles and we start walking over, he without letting us know starts following us at least 10 feet the entire time. It was so creepy. Never kept his mask on over his nose. Told us that the majority of the cars are in the warehouse. This is obviously not helpful at all. Russel Westbrook you should be so embarrassed to have your name on this dealership. TLDR; Dont come here, its almost all used vehicles and none of them look like they have taken well care of.
Bought my 2019 Hyundai Tucson and could not be happier. Carlos my sales rep went above and beyond to help me out and did not pressure me while being professional and respectful. I will buy my next car here thanks again Garden Grove Hyundai and Carlos!!!!!!
I bought a 2018 Chrysler 300 from this place 2 weeks later the side mirrors fell off after I went and washed the car and now they dont want to replace them I would never buy a car from them again👎
Went in for a car they only care about getting a commitment from you nothing else. was per approved from my bank deed to see numbers and rates from them. And asked 5 or 6 times if the car was certified used. They just kept saying they would let me know never did. Never got me numbers or any info the sales guy couldn’t answer any of my Qustions about the car. I’m a very straight forward person. And they are not. So I don’t know what the OTD price was couldn’t get any info I wanted. Seems very shady if it was certified preowned they would’ve told me instead of saying that they would let me know over and over again.

Went there to check out a used SUV. The vehicle looked really good until you look at the added charges the dealer has added to the purchase. 1295 dollars for ELO gps tracking( read the reviews, they are awful). 595 for paint protection and 180.00 for the nitrogen they inflate the tires with. Tell me that is not total gouging. Asked the salesman about and he justified the 3000 in extra costs because their average price is 6000 lower than their competitors. That itself is an absolute lie. Would not go near this place based on what I saw. Before I went any further, I left and will not return. Beware potential buyers, this dealership is not doing business in a honest fashion.
What a great experience leasing a new Hyundai Ionic electric! After inquiring online Jonathon immediately reached out to me and I felt comfortable as he patiently answered my questions and facilitated finding the right car for my needs. They didn’t have the exact make and model on location but he was able to get one delivered from another dealership that afternoon. Overall very bad experience. I went to see what SUVs were available. They had Tucson, Santa Fe, and Palisade. I know Hyundai vehicles are good but the sales person and the finance guy were horrible. They generally treated us with a very intimidating and disrespectful attitude. When I told them I needed time to think about buying, they continued to almost threaten me and my wife with whats wrong? attitude. It was late and chilly. Their threatening attitude left only unpleasant experiences. I experienced that the role of salesmen affects the image of the brand. When I pass the dealershop I always tell my wife look, there is the rude and intimidating dealership. I will never revisit them and definitely not recommended store.
Well see how how the follow up service goes next week. A little worried after the Sales Closer now doesnt remember commitments he made to my wife and I. Salesman Brandon was awesome. Great guy.
Norma has been of service to me on 2 occasions. Both visits she was attentive, addressed all my needs and answered all my questions.I appreciate the most the level of communication. I was able to plan my day accordingly and run my errands without worry.Great customer services and close to home, so of course Ill be returning.

Don’t shop here. Javier Estrada was basically begging me for my business. Told him I will be buying a car this day but it’s a 4 hour drive round trip, I’d only be going if I was going to buy the car. He said yes here are the terms we are good to go and invited me to his calendar appointment. I emailed him the morning of and we were good to go. Show up and am told Javier isn’t there and the car was sold yesterday. Why would you not tell someone that? Do you think I can afford to take off a day of work for no reason? Total waste of my time, total joke of a business.
Came to this dealership yesterday to look at a Jeep I saw on AutoTrader and left a happy a camper! Worked with quite a few of the staff that made sure I left satisfied and now Im the owner of a 2018 Jeep Wrangler! Thank you to the friendly staff - I will definitely recommend.

They called me a few weeks ago to tell me I needed to replace a recalled part in my engine. Made the appt @ 8 a.m. on a Saturday. Got there on time and they told me there was no recalled part in stock! Talk about frustration!! Unbelievable!! The manager was very nice and told me when the part does come in they will compensate for my time... We will see!
Customer service was great! I felt very comfortable and welcomed. They really care about giving you the best. I would recommend this place to everybody. The waiting area was a nice place to get some work done while I waited for my car to get fixed. Thank you!
I leased a 2020 Santa Fe from Garden Grove Hyundai. A sales rep named Sangjae You who later transferred to Russell Westbrook Hyundai of Anaheim, told me at that time, if I lease a new Hyundai I can return my 2017 Santa Fe earlier than my lease end date without having to pay off the last payment because Hyundai forgives up to 3 months payments.But I found out later Im in delinquency and my credit score dropped by 120 because the last months payment was not properly processed by the dealership. I contacted the sales rep and he promised to look into this issue. But he never returned or answered my call after this phone conversation for months until I threaten to take legal action against him. When I met him eventually, he promised to contact Experian and other credit bureaus to resolve the issue. He even promised to send me the photo of the letters that he would send to the credit bureaus.But it turned out to be another lie and he didnt respond to my messages any more. I even sent a letter to the sales manager at GG Hyundai by certified mail explaining the issue and demanding action. But they completely ignored my plea and no one from the dealership ever contacted me. I consider this as serious deceit and insult against a customer who purchased three Hyundais from the same dealership in the last 10 years.
Well, i got a good price on a good enough used car; however, they sold me the car knowing that there were three or four chipped defects in the windshield; i feel they made sure it night when i signed the contract so i wouldnt notice; i noticed the very next day and tried to get them to either fix or replace the windshield...all of a sudden, theyre TOO BUSY to service me! i tried three times, calling and driving back to garden grove, they finally told me that they would contact me an appointment to handle this repair...that call NEVER CAME...i finally had to pay nearly $500 out of pocket to buy a new windshield...im locked into paying for this car but ill NEVER return to buy another car, nor i ever refer a customer to them😒
I purchased a Hyundai Palisade limited 2020 and Elantra GT 2019 from them. I was told by my salesperson and floor manager that they would offer a one time complimentary gas refill on each car. I came back for a recall on my Palisade and requested my free refill. I got the run around from the manager Mike. He was asking if I have proof or if I got that in writing. No Mike I didn’t. I didn’t think that I would need PROOF.Mike ended up agreeing to give me a refill yesterday. Now that I came to pick up my vehicle he tells me that the offer was only good for yesterday. I said “wow really, all this trouble for $40 worth of gas. I was planning on coming back to purchase another vehicle when my lease is up, but now I most definitely won’t. I’m very disappointed with the customer service. I won’t be recommending this dealership to anyone.
I have a contract that says I should get a loan car when I bring my car in for warranty work. This time I had to go with out a car for 5 days over Memorial Day weekend to wait for an accelerator. Its just lucky that I made a decision not to be mad about it when I dropped off the car. But really I shouldnt have to do that. You should have rented me a car from somewhere else . I am in Real Estate. If I cant drive I cant earn. Next time I will insist on a vehicle.But I still come to your dealership for servicing. After buying 3 vehicles there Im just used to coming there.
Terrible dealer. I contacted them through their website asking if a used Kona was still available, they said it was and set me up with an appointment to visit that same day. Before making the hour long drive to the dealership, I called to confirm the car was still available, and they assured me it was.Drove an hour through traffic because the price was great. Arrived at the dealer and they told me the car wasn’t ready, it was going through inspection and I wouldn’t be able to see it. The manager said he would call me Thursday morning as soon as the car was ready, but never called. Wasted almost 3 hours driving there and back, and they weren’t even apologetic about any of it. Still haven’t heard from anyone there.
