Worst customer service. They are just out to scam people. They use bad quality products. Phone screen cracked internally 2 days after being repaired. The lady that works there has a nasty attitude and is very rude. Avoid this location, these people are useless scammers.

Very bad experience on this cheap- trying hard cellphone repair shop, servicing people only around that area, That lady is soo rude..My phone has cracked screen so i need a repair shop for my business and work contacts..to make the story short, phone repaired with glowy white screen, so after 3 days totally peach black no display, when i pressed top screen thinking a loose connection..it cracked...went back, that lady charged me 65 for replacement again from previously 80 bucks...Dont go on this repair shop...BEWAre..I should go to at&t rigth away...i loss 80 bucks plus gas...anyway thats life goes...win some, loss some!! beware people!!!!

They Claim in their Store 30Days Warranty & said (Older Asian/Philippine Guy: Sorry, you dropped it & smiled good luck... BAD Business! when I had it @ home charging in my work desk. They would charge me $70 extra to fix again 😡 Being Cheap Stuff they install, decided to go else where with Close to Stock Original Screen. Business Cash only = No proof & illegal. Business Shall Accept CASH, Debit/ Credit, Optional Not most places receive Checks. Took my iPhone else where & they dont know how to SEAL THEM BACK TO WATTERPROOF, LOCKED WET INSIDE & PARTS WHERE LOOSE & MISSING! End of moral dont go there, CHEAP & a WASTE of TIME & MONEY!

She was very rude over priced gave us a different price than other customers. Sold us a defective lcd with no receipt and tried to charge us again and wouldnt exchange it. I would not recommend this place. Stay clear worst exsperiance ever.

I had a problem charging my phone through usb-c. I brought my phone to this shop to replace usb-c, but a woman refused to repair.

I dropped my iPhone 7 plus on the street, brought to Apple to get the estimate. I was told around $350 to get it fixed. After calling some repair places, I decided bring to this store, she only charged me $85 to get the whole screen and LCD replacement in 30 minutes. My phone is so far so good now. Thank you.

Super fast service with good price, I have a Crack screen iPhone 7, call around with high quote, my friend prefer this place, wait 20 minutes got the phone back, I paid $55 only

Walked in with one issue (which they did fix) on my phone and walked out with 2 that my phone did not have before. Also they kept my phone WAY too long than told it would take. Pointed out the 1st issue and they couldnt fix it, and days later now I have discovered a 2nd one, But at this point I dont want to waste more time or gas. I will accept my losses.

Great prices, but be careful here. Ask her to test every function before dropping off, and at pickup. Arrived with a broken screen, left with a new screen and no GPS. Called the next day to hear yelling that the two issues are unrelated and I should Google the antenna location, It mustve been already broken before...ect. (I used GPS to drive there in the first place). Came in to hear more arguing, then paid to replace the antenna at a steep discount. In the end was ok, but a lot of stress involved.

Hello SirI texted you and called your store several times to wait for me and no reply and it just went to voicemail. Your ad says you close at 6:30pm and you closed at 6pm. I was there at 6:10pm because I was stuck in traffic. Please at least text me back or return my call that you can not wait for a customer so they are not stuck in traffic and wasting time and gas. Plus thank you for charging me $65 when your ad says $60 for ipad air screen repair.
