Friendly and helpful staff, but its difficult wearing a mask indoors when they dont have the air running. Their shelves dont seem well stocked. I didnt find what I needed.

Office Depot in Garden Grove, you saved me a wait on the USPS bringing me my drive from Amazon.I had went to two other stores, no luck to get my Western Digital 5TB USB C drive.Office Depot saved my bacon, great location pass by it in my way to Costco.Parking spots aplenty and parking lot looks well kept and safe. Staff very helpful and no problems in gaining my order.Thank You Office Depot

Unprofessional staffs and manager at the print center. Did not greet customers. I came in to drop off some boxes for shipping. Got questions by 3 employees working in the center. The first word out of their mouth is Whats in the box instead of Hi, how can I help you? They need to be train to approach customers better. The worst part is that they ask me and walk away. Came back minutes later and ask the same question. This is a joke. No communications, Unprofessional. When I call back to ask for the manager just to find out hes one of the 3 in the printing centers.

Nothing more than a clown show!!! Ordered 3 photo prints online. Went the next day and was informed that there was no record, even though I showed them the confirmation email. The lady said she would print them and it would be a few minutes. While I waited, I noticed a collection of their sale items. A large pack of paper towels was $25!!! The same item is 1/2 the price at Costco! 30 minutes later (and NO photos) I asked that the order be cancelled. Dont waste your time / money with this piece of S%#T company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

By far way better cutter for important occasions!! Amisphere is calm not to crowed. Way better than Staples on Katella and knott!🤬Definitely will be coming back and makimg the drive, rather than Staples whuch is 5/10min from my home!!🙌🏽

They “sold” me something online they didn’t have in stock and kept the money. The associate and “Anthony” the manager were not able to help saying the transaction did not appear on their end. I told him if he would like me to go in person and show him my statement and he said to “work it out with my bank” . It was only 11 dollars for stamps. But you know, it’s the principle not the amount. What they did was steal money. They take your money in exchange for nothing. Do not purchase from OD.

I went there to have my laptop diagnosed and repaired. The man filled put and endless form with info about me, and made me sign, He also told me they would give me a call in two hours. They didnt. I called after 4 hours it took forever to get them on the phone and finally told me it wasnt ready yet. I called the next day, same story. I went to pick up my laptop and another man told me there wasnt any data about me in their computer and there wasnt any trace about my laptop. I had my laptop back the way it was. Never again at this place!!

I came here to do a lots of print. The Lady that helped me did a fabulous job. She was also really nice and caring and she packaged my copies like NOBODY has ever done before! ABSOLUTELY amazing job.She even remember that I was going to Disneyland yesterday and today she remembered and asked me how was Disney.Thank you!!!!

Terrible store. Made a purchase of headphones on May 4th and went to return it on May 10th and I was told no returns accepted. I asked why didnt you guys post any sign or give any notice when I made the purchase. Manager and staff keep saying they got signs posted, I asked them to point me to one, they couldnt. This was May 10th and their policy is still in place, but no sign posted anywhere and they expect you to just know it. Whats more insulting is they kept saying they got signs posted in the store and at the cash register while im standing there talking to them and I ask them where are the signs? What I got is a blank face and a few seconds of pause then repeat the same claim, we had signs posted. Also, nothing about a no returns policy is printed on the receipt by the way. Store manager and staff refused to address the question if someone walks into the store now and buy a something, you got no sign posted about no return, nothing printed out to hand to the customer, and staff dont even tell them.... how do you expect them to know about the policy? Again, blank face, a long pause, then repeat the mantra, we got signs posted... when you cant see a sign anywhere. I even took pictures of the store! Office Depot must have new products called invisible paper and ink. The headsets I purchased was locked on the shelf, so I had to have a staff come by, unlock it for me, then I take it to the cash register and paid.... So, I had interactions with 2 staff and none of them ever told me the no returns policy. Ive been a long time customer, even got a reward account with them. Im now an ex-customer.

I love coming To this Location I drive 10 miles to come to this store why? All of the stuff are amazing! Super Nice! Know what they are doing and friendly! Always Great every time i come!

Highly recommend for good quality and reasonable price. Just hope for better shipping and handling charges since it goes up if adding more furniture. Definitely going back for buying more.

The employee who helped me was Justin. He was extremely patient and helpful. They were admittedly understaffed but he was such a good sport about it. Rorie, the interim manager (possibly?), was also very helpful. He went above and beyond. I was satisfied with my visit!

We got 2 office chairs on a very good discount. Saved $160 on Black Friday. I liked how staff was very helpful. Our chairs were assembled by Rorie who even helped us loading them in the car.

I have been a satisfied customer of this store since it opened, except for today. I spent 45 minutes in there as I watched other customers come and go. Why? Because I needed tech help, only to find after 35 minutes of no help from one employee that THERE WAS NOT A TECH THERE UNTIL 2!!! A simple acknowledment by an employee would have helped. I was told we are so busy which is the last thing I wanted to hear. This is the last time I patronize this store.

Just used FedEx drop-off this time, and would rate higher if they were faster and computer didnt restart.

Never going back the 1st thing I saw when I walked in were the backpacks for 75% off all backpacks I grabbed one and the cashier asked me if I wanted to see the price I said OK he check for me and the backpack was the same price I asked him why if there was at least 10 Others in that section he said that it was 75% off retail I asked him to show me the price and it was the same price he was giving me he didnt know what to say and he walked awayThen when I was About to pay I asked the prices on other items that were on clearance and guess what none of them Where discount and to top it off I asked for my receipt printed and the guy just grabbed it and threw it in the trash right in front of me I ask him to give it to me and I took it out and gave me a lookI dont think Ive ever Go back to such a store with lies and Disrespectful employees.

Trash employees. Person at register tells me they have one in stock but after talking a team member on the phone for over a minute they tell me they no longer have it? If they want to hide product for themselves maybe buy it first instead of lying to customers.

Great help by stafworker finding things, but at check out cashier, the memory stick 128g 3.0 was out of stock and he show me 3 different of 64g 2.0 And scanning one so fast an at same time telling me it was what I wanted.
