I went to buy korean masks sanitizing wipes and met rude ladies. One lady kept staring at me like I am gonna steal smth, and the other lady tried to hurry me when there is no other customer than me. I should’ve done online shopping but I just really needed sanitizing wipes so I just bought it… but I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN. Overpriced(like 3times more expensive), customer service is terrible, nothing to buy, no credit card under $20, products are dusty… hope everyone can read this before they go!

Good advices, great skin care, nice and patient sales reps

Ive been a customer with Rodeo Cosmotics for over 10 years. Love their Sales rep, their products and great offers as always. Especially Sales rep Jenny. Shes very helpful, explains all questions about products, all best offers to customers and put a smile on us when were leaving the store.

I’ve never felt victimized or profiled in a store before this. I came here because I thought the face shop was located here but seeing it got replaced by this establishment I thought I would browse around.The second I walked in no one said hello to me or greeted me. Instead, a woman with a ponytail stood next to me with a firm stare. I felt uncomfortable and told her I was browsing around. Another coworker was also eyeing me from the side and the youngest coworker was on her phone behind the counter.They kept staring at me and even gave disapproving faces when I opened sample products (I did not try any on). No coworker offered to me any product recommendations or ask what I was looking for.When I looked at the last counter the second older women only asked me, “You okay?”. I felt as though they were urging me to leave. When we were walking out to leave and my partner asked the worker on her phone for the managers number. She said the manager doesn’t come until tomorrow and when he asked for the number she reluctantly gave him the business card. As we were leaving the store the two older workers rushed to the other worker and began to speak to her impatiently and concerned.Hopefully the manager find employers who do not profile their customers
