I came to Ignacio and mentioned to him I needed these patches specifically for a Charity event and he promised to have them done by that date. I made it known that I was on a strict deadline with these patches and he assured me they would be done so I placed my order. I was told I would receive an artwork image to approve by the first Friday after I had paid. Friday came and nothing. Not until late the following week. After that, I tried contacting them through emails and phone calls but my emails were ignored and my calls went straight to voicemail for days. Finally, I emailed stating I have been trying to contact them for days and that my calls were being forwarded (blocked) and it was very unprofessional. Soon after that I received a reply and my phone call finally went through. It was very difficult to work with them as they kept making drastic changes to the artwork then telling me I’d get it by end of day to approve but that never happened. I would get it days later and that was after I had to keep reaching out to them myself. Finally, I got fed up with it and asked to cancel and get my refund. Diego then started saying about policy and blaming me for their mistakes and inability to meet their deadlines. They did not want to refund and not willing to work with me even though this was all their fault. I asked to get a refund since they couldn’t meet the promised deadline or at least give me a discounted price since I won’t have use for the patches after this event. No response yet…I wouldn’t recommend going through them. I know I will not be doing business with them again.

I came in with a last min order and they were very helpful and persistent with my project. I would highly recommend to anyone. Quality is on top too.
