I LOVE 7 leaves cafe! It’s fair to say that it’s my favorite tea shop around. 7 leaves has a unique collection of coffees and teas that are so consistent in their flavor, sweetness, and proportions. It’s because of their consistently high quality product and friendly customer service that I always make an effort to stop by one of their cafes when I’m in the area. Yesterday was my first time going to this Garden Grove (Westminster) location and I was exited to discover that this is THE original 7 leaves cafe location and now this cafe is spreading all across the US! I had the pleasure of meeting Donald who has been working here since 2012 or so and he really knew the company and its beverages well! He made a special mung bean/Assam tea combo which was delicious! It was so fun to meet him and he provided me an exceptional experience at 7 leaves cafe which went above and beyond the already high level that I usually experience! Give Donald a raise and a promotion! This guy is critical to the culture and success of the company.
Amazing place you have to checkout. The flavor of the drinks is just so rich compared to other places. They also have a mobile app with an amazing rewards program, if you download feel free to use code 90494 in the app. Ive seen drinks get finished in less than a minute at 7 leaves so the branch is very good.
Fast and very good service 👍👍👍
My coffee was fantastic and kept me going all day. I’m not a fan of the foam but that is totally your own choice. The croissant was really good too
Good customer service, they are very fast at serving. One only think that I hate is the parking. The parking lot is way too small and always busy.
Great drinks and friendly staffs
Please dont lie to your uber drivers saying the order just came in. Maybe you should pay attention to the uber orders and you wont make us waste our time.
Bomb tea here. The coffee is good too.
They are very fast! Just a little pricey
Great flavor but its pretty much a lb of ice, theres more ice in cup than there is coffee. If i have to tell you easy ice, I will not return.
This is a good spot to have a tea for two and chill for a few hours. Service was friendly and ambiance was good. They also do light snacks and sweet things. Ive sampled some but not all. Its a bit of expensive but money worth it.
My sea cream Jasmine Tea was good. They even accommodated my request to brew it light and easy sugar. The staff was very nice too. I wasnt feeling that they dont have a bathroom for customers however. The suggestion for the nearest restroom was McDonalds. Why would I have to go there if my friend and I are customers? Please reconsider your policy.
Love 7 leaves! Ive been to every single one in orange county and all are friendly, serve fast, and never mess up my order. I recommend the house coffee, the jasmine milk tea w/egg pudding!! 😍 And the strawberry hibiscus. If you are a tea or boba person. You will Love this place.
The staff was super friendly. Gave me a sample and tried to accomidate me. I asked for a cold brew they did not have cold brew but, I had an iced coffee with sea cream. The cold brew was just explained to me and its a process definitely, not an iced coffee. Anyway, I was pleased with the iced coffee with sea cream and enjoyed the friendly staff. I will definitely go back. Thank you morning crew.😉
Not often go there
I started coming a few months after they opened and Ive been in love ever since. Ive tried EVERYTHING on the menu and I have to say, everything is pretty good. Their most popular drinks are probably the mung bean milk tea, the jasmine milk tea and their spectacular coffees. Their drinks are mostly consistent, sometimes my jasmine milk tea is a bit on the sweeter side, but its all good. Everything is fast and efficient because their drinks are premade, but I dont mind because it still tastes great. I love 7leaves and look forward to new creations!
This is a great place for a decent drink. I love the House coffee, not too sweet & smell really good. Fast deliver, friendly staff. Get 1 free drink after 10 punched. Gotta try other recommendation! They accept card!
Best place for tea lovers
If you order 5 or more drinks they take phone orders. Ive tried to ask them to take phone orders for less than 5 drinks and they refused. The parking here sucks. People are randomly stopping and finding a parking space can take more than 5 minutes. Its best to park in the neighborhood parking spots right next to it.
Very tiny place in a small plaza. I think they started putting more ice n their drinks. Good variety of teas and coffees. Not cheap.
Drinks are water down taste nothing close to the one I had in vegas
I have only tried their Sea Foam Jasmine tea and its super good. Its not too sweet, but if you are willing to wait an extra 5 minutes they can make it unsweetened. Service is fast as they are nice.
Staff is friendly and has a kind of diverse menu. Small though, but staff can speak multiple languages if needed.
A great spacious place that offers plenty of seating and great variety of drinks. They have a nice selection of coffee, tea, and juice. It was our first time and we can see why this place gets pack. We ordered their signature herbal tea with boba and you can definitely taste the tea but was not bitter at all. Their iced coffee is strong and not super sweet. We wish we could have stayed in the area longer since the place is in a great location that offers lots of delicious spots for food and hangouts.Tip: be sure to try their popular sunset passion and sea cream jasmine tea. Place only accepts cash.
Was a good place to grab a quick bite
Been going here for a while for the 7th Heaven drink. They no longer make that drink. Ive tried more of their drink and its sub par too much sweet for my taste. Parking and the long waits (10min) during at night visits.
Over priced vietnamese/mocha coffee. Too much ice added to minimize the expensive coffee they give you along with the sea salt cream to top it off. They are very frugal with the amount of coffee they give you... their explanation is their ingredients are very expensive. Im sorry, its not like you imported the ingredients from France or wherever you got the coffee/mocha mixture idea from. For that price Id rather go to Coffe Bean or Starbucks... still as good.
All of the employees greeted me and my boyfriend, had non-stop smiles, and you can tell they were all genuine because of the kind tone of voice they had. And if youre not a fan of coffee at all (like me), TRY THE HOUSE SPECIAL COFFEE. That sounds weird but even non-coffee lovers will get addicted. Thats how good their drinks are.
Just visiting the area with the family. My wife and I liked the drink we had better than ones from other local boba places. The parking lot is a bit small though so either bring someone or maybe wait a bit.
The drinks are made quickly and the staff are nice.
Love 7 Leaves. Only complaints is that this is the smallest location and the parking is terrible (Westminster/Bolsa area is terrible anyways - best to park in the back or next door in the next plaza and walk). No space for really staying and enjoying your drink. Despite that, service is great and consistent as all their other locations. Just to note, this location is the original 7 Leaves.
Its got all the sugary boba drinks to satisfy your thirst and cravings. Unfortunately the parking is very tight during weekends, Fridays and public holidays so plan accordingly
This place is amazing. Got their seacream jasmine milk tea and its so delicious and refreshing! Ive been craving it since the day I got it. I wish they had told me about the card stamp after I ordered 4 drinks. But they never told me and I found out on my next visit. So annoying. But love everything (except the Mungbean drink bleh) on their menu
Great quality teas with quick and courteous service. However, depending on what time you come, parking can be a hassle as the shop is in a tiny shopping plaza.
Great place! here is some short story for you!One time in my chemistry class, while the teacher was talking, this guy asked loudly, “Does anyone have any lotion?” The teacher stopped talking as some girl gave him some hand lotion. The guy proceeds to slowly rub the lotion on his face as the whole class watches him in confusion. The teacher asks him what he’s doing, and he responds with “I forgot to moisturize this morning” and puts even more on his face. The teacher asks him to go to the hall to finish his moisturizing because he’s being a distraction, and after about 10 minutes he still hasn’t come back in, so someone opens the door to check and he’s still smearing lotion all over his face. He finally comes back in and hands the girl her lotion, and he’s used up half of it. Now people call him lotion boy.
I love their Thai tea and hibiscus tea 😋
The mung bean milk tea was a very pleasant surprise. I would definitely order this again and probably also try the other flavors available.
Parking sucks a bit in this Plaza, but that isnt the ships fault. They have a basic menu with some baked goods as well. They offer less sweet milk tea, but only in the jasmine and oolong varieties. I also like the matcha tea because it isnt too sweet. Small chain so youll see these around the garden Grove and Santa Ana area.
The original 7 leaves! Their house coffee is my go to which is their take on the traditional Vietnamese iced coffee. The flavor is not too sweet and they dont overdo it with the ice like some places do. Be sure to ask for a punch card!
Their secret menu tea is really good but I would not recommend it to anyone who doesn’t like a lot of sugar.
Everything is so good. And cheap. And fast. And a cool hangout. Whats not to like?Taro milk tea with boba is my fave.
Nothing to complain about this place except sometimes its hard to find a parking. Staffs are always friendly.
Love the coffee but the parking lot is extremely small and always busy
Such a good bubble tea place. Nice sweetness and their tea is really good
Very fast and nice service😊. Great taste. Small space though; its just for a quick pick-up. Theres no space for staying in😟.
Quality is consistent. Loyalty cards makes me come back and buy more!
Extremely good when we are really thirsty.
Very good store
When Im in town. This is my first and only stop for their house special ice coffee
Pretty good tea spot. Parking is tough since it is such a small parking lot.
Different Tea Different Flavor ... you just have to like it
Excellent tea, smoothy and many difference flavors to choose, they are all good and refreshing
Loves they drink : Mung Bean Milk Tea and Jasmine Tea With Seasalt
Some of the best boba in the area. When ever I am in town this is the first place I go in the morning, and afternoon. I usually get the Thai Tea with boba, but the other teas are great. If youre a little hungry there food is great also. Very friendly staff and service.
Cash only. Awkward way to request a Green Tea since its not really called... green tea? Otherwise their drinks are always nice. A shame that I feel their Green Milk Tea is realy weird and tastes like chocolate. Spoke to a variety of friends and they recognized they actually mix drinks, so... Id ding a star off for not cleanliness, but their green tea is always a favorite for me.
Pretty much love every 7 Leaves. The oolong milk tea, house special coffee, and matcha teas are great.
Clean and excellent service ..❤ the staff
Recommend any of the milk tea variations! Mung bean is one of my favorites.
Service was extremely good and drinks come out FAST,unlike some other nearby boba places... I love their mung bean milk tea!
Yum drinks! Secret item menu black and tan- solo GOOD!
My go to place for coffee. Get the House Special. I get the large every time.
Always quick and delicious. Great prices, too!
Not a fan of 7leaves. When you ask for less sugar on their milk tea, instead of adding more tea, they add more half and half and so the overall flavor of the tea is diluted.
Good not great. They have medium, large, and 1/2 galloon options. The half galloon option is a rip off, significantly more expensive than just buying large drinks (0.20 per oz compared to 0.16 pr oz).
Cheap!! And the House coffee is amazing $3.00 out the doorWay better than Starbucks, well in my opinion anyway
Always fast service, never seem to fail me 🤩
Love the drinks.. for coffee lovers. Try the iced house coffee w boba
Best Boba in SoCal! I always get the Black & Tan (half black milk tea and half house coffee) with sea salt foam! Super creamy and strong.Really generous in terms of samples, you can try pretty much anything on the menu! There hasn’t been anything that I’ve tried that I haven’t liked. Their selection is smaller than your average boba shop but they’ve perfected every flavor that they offer. They also sell their teas/coffees by the half liter for the obsessed out-of-towners like myself.
Great taste and quick service. Parking could be better.
7 Leaves is the best boba cofee Ive ever had. I highly suggest the house special with sea cream and boba. So good! :)
Ok, very expensive, nice iced coffee, Starbucks is better with price though. And the ice is not put into the drink efficiently.
Everything was well done from the drinks to customer service 👌
I only go to this place for to go milk tea because they have charbroiled BBQ pork roll next door, whenever I go here I just stop by for the milk tea drink. Very quick and good customer service!
Creamy and delicious coffee. Good jasmine milk tea.
Drinks were great, parking was a bit hard to find though.
My two favorite, house coffee and sea salt Jasmin tea
House coffee with boba and sea cream is amazing.
I expected to be blown away by how amazing their teas are supposed to taste, but I was incredibly disappointed. After hearing all the hype about how 7 Leaves has the best and most authentic drinks, I had really high expectations.Like what many other reviewers have said - the parking is pretty bad at this location of 7 Leaves. Theyre located in a pretty small plaza where there are very few parking spots. With the high number of customers that do come to 7 Leaves, its almost guaranteed that youre going to have difficulty parking here. You can park on the street or do what many other people seem to do and park in the plaza next to 7 Leaves and walk over. The storefront is very tiny with maybe a few small tables. When I came, the line was out the door, so most of the people at the tables were there waiting for their orders before leaving. The menu is quite simple. They serve a variety of teas including a strawberry hibiscus tea, sea cream jasmine tea, Japanese matcha tea, taro milk tea, sunset passion tea, lime tea cooler, thai tea, mung bean milk tea, and an herbal tea. They also have a variety of different coffee drinks including a sea cream black coffee and a house special coffee. The drinks are not too expensive considering the fact that 7 Leaves claims to use quality and real ingredients to make the drink tasty.Sea cream jasmine tea: Saw many people saying very good things about in. In essence, this is pretty much 85s sea salt jasmine green tea. I added boba for an additional $0.50 or so and requested the drink to have light ice. Upon first sip, I was disappointed at how bland the drink tasted. No tea flavor whatsoever. The jasmine tea tasted watered down, which was a huge disappointment since 85s jasmine green tea has such a strong flavor. The sea cream on top was okay. Boba was cooked well, but the tea was pretty bad.Strawberry hibiscus tea: Supposed to have strawberry slices, apples, hibiscus flowers and some passion fruit essence - I thought it was okay. A bit too sweet and too floral-y for my liking, but it is a pretty cool and refreshing drink on a hot day. I wouldnt order it again though.Sea cream black coffee: This was probably the best drink that we ordered. Very rich coffee taste, and the addition of the sea cream gave it a bit of sweetness that complimented the coffee very well. Because its such a rich drink, I could only drink it in sips. I do recommend giving this one a try though if youre a fan of coffee.I tried a salted caramel macaron as well. I believe the price was under $2, which I thought was pretty cheap. Overall the macaron was quite tasty. The shell was crispy, the filling was soft - upon biting, it had a very nice chewy texture which I am really fond of. The salted caramel filling was on point as well.Apparently you can request samples of the drinks if youre interested in trying them. After seeing one man walk out of 7 Leaves with 6 cups of their mung bean milk tea, we were really curious as to what that was! We tried it - and I can see why people like it so much. Very similar to the Vietnamese desserts; its rich in taste and very flavorful. Its not something I would normally order, but I would come back and order that drink again if I was ever in the area. The line actually moves quite fast, and the workers are pretty nice in answering any questions you might have. I do wish they didnt write each order all over the cup, but its not a big deal.tl;dr - Overall, a bit disappointed at the 7 Leaves tea experience. I expected more from their sea cream jasmine tea and the strawberry hibiscus tea. Their coffees seem to be on point, and their mung bean milk tea is a favorite. I would probably recommend ordering those drinks instead if youre looking for something to order. I dont think Id ever make the trip out specifically for 7 Leaves, but if I was in the area, Id be willing to give them another try.I saw a bunch of reviews that mentioned cash only, but I believe they now accept credit cards without a minimum purchase.
Milk tea tastes exactly like all of the other 7 leaves... So great!😁 But the parking here is a pain and the intersection it is on can be a pain.
Awesome teas, taste test available, friendly staff, quick service!
Own by a local. Go get a mung bean drink and support local businesses!
I hate to even mention this because I love their iced coffee here so much I can say its the best in the County by far, perhaps even in Socal, but their parking lots sucks. I had to admit that it may not detract a star, but its something to consider.Cash only, unlike the other locations. There is an ATM in the liquor store bodega next door, but it charges a fee, usually has rif raf around it and the entire shopping center is generally greasy and dirty. Wth, karate school, restaurants and like 25 spaces. I think this was as poor a planning job from 7 leaves ownership as it is from city management having so few spaces. Just check out the dinged curbs, traffic island, lines are barely visible, dare I say even missing handicapped spots... Anyhow besides that I usually get a iced coffee and a taro or mung drink because they are fresh, refreshing and have actual chunks in them instead of that fake powder some places use. Service is very fast and prices are reasonable.Since its so small there is no real lounge, just walk up counter, and within minutes your out the door. Décor is pretty contemporary and basic, no warmth like the other locations, but they have wood at those. Its a stop through location you really would prefer to drive thru if they had one. Please see reviews for other locations for items on menu, this is the least favorite due to logistics, location and inconvenience
Great service. Great coffee.
Delicious house coffee and the strawberry croissants are divine!
Good drinks but parking is a hassle and there are very few tables to sit at. Still service is consistent between stores and this store finally takes card.
Interesting location but 7 leaves is always good.
They have very good Vietnamese coffee
They have some great exotic teas.
Vietnamese mung bean soy
Love their matcha soy tea
Horrible parking and often rude staff but drinks are ok
Great drinks. Not so great parking situation.
The associate very pleasant.
