I am so happy with premier fitness. Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and professional. I was contacted quickly and once my parts were available the job was scheduled and completed in a timely manner. The service technician was so nice, profession, and went the extra mile. I’m very happy with my experience and would recommend them!

Finally a company who know what theyre doing! I called in for service and the woman I spoke with was very nice and helpful in letting me know their process. I really appreciate their communication as they kept me updated with calls and emails to let me know when the technician would be on site and, after his visit, the technician explain what he did and what he found to be causing the problem with one of my units. I will definitely continue to use Premier Fitness Service!

Ive been a customer for Premier Fitness for a about 5 years now. I like their service because they check my equipment, and I have peace of mind that everything in my gym is good. They are very professional and courteous I will highly recommend their service.
Very impressed with this company, we called them for a repair on one of our ellipticals. Their tech came out and did a quick and timely repair and also helped us with a few other repairs he spotted. We ended up signing up for their maintenance and we couldnt be more pleased. Our equipment is pristine and running properly at all times.
I received a complaint from one of our users that our treadmill was not working. After researching and calling all the local maintenance companies they were all a few weeks booked out. I got recommended to call Premier and decided to give it one last shot, glad I did. The young lady over the phone was very welcoming and helpful and the next day their technician Mark came out and managed to fix our treadmill and never broke a smile. The same trip out he also took the extra time to take a look at a few other pieces of equipment I was having issues with. Thanks Mark and Team Premier, I will definitely be using them from now on.
We signed on with Premier for Quarterly maintenance around a year ago and they always exceed our expectations. Theyve always worked with our budget and when we need parts ordered they seem to be the quickest to get the job done. Highly recommend this company.

Fantastic Company! Our Company has used them for several years to keep up the equipment in our small gym quarterly. When we need something replaced or fixed, they always give us all options.
Ive used Premier several times in the past but this time they really helped me out. One of my treadmills went out of order right before I had a walk through with my management. Premier was quick to send someone out and they were able to fix the treadmill during their visit.
Very reasonably priced. I have 3 treadmills in an apartment community that needed running belt replacements. I was able to get a quote over the phone, they just needed the model and serial number and they emailed me a sales estimate that same day. I approved it right away. The only reason I am giving it 4/5 stars is because how long it took. It took almost a week and a half to get the running belts repaired because they had to be ordered from the East Coast. Other than that the repair went smoothly and I havent had a problem at all.
The reviews Im seeing for Premier are extremely surprising as we have had nothing but a great experience with them. Before working with Premier we vetted them thoroughly by contacting existing clients which include luxury hotels, apartments and corporations. All of these locations had nothing but great things to say and our experience has certainly mirrored the same. what i gather from these reviews is it seems that these are largely non-business reviews and people receiving service for their equipment at? I believe that may be a mistake Premier is making in servicing both commercial and consumer clients however I dont want to tell anyone how to run their business. Regardless we are a high capacity hotel which has had an outstanding experience with Premier and at this junction we would not consider making a change. I hope this information is helpful in making an informed decision.

Unprofessional - do not use them. I made an appointment by phone with Premier Fitness Service on a Tuesday - I spoke with Meg. I received a confirmation voicemail from Meg later the same day saying You are scheduled for Thursday in the morning between 10 and 12. If that doesnt work for you please let us know..I took time off work Thursday for the appointment - expecting to receive a call from the technicians that morning when they were en route. When I called asking about the appointment, I again spoke with Meg who said that since they did not have my exact address, the appointment slot was taken and that we would have to set up a new time.I told Meg, calmly, that I was not happy with having missed work and having my time wasted like that, and rather than apologizing she was defensive and rude. Im a pretty understanding person - mistakes happen, and I think that good customer service requires you to acknowledge the mistake and do your best to address the customers concern.I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
Theyre so unprofessional in every way, beginning with their customer service some angry woman yelling at the customers over the phone and not providing answers. They always seem to hire new Techs every two months for the same reason that Perry does not pay them or they only get pay a percentage of their bi-weekly check. So every two months they send out new techs to perform the service with no training whatsoever. They just hire any random guy that knows how to use a screw driver and a vacuum.I would recommend to watch what theyre doing when they do any type of service at your facility and make sure you look at any repair or new parts that they claim to make, most of the time theyre just bogus and they will bill you for something that you never needed in the first place.Bottom line, I will never use their service again, not even to wash my cars. Theyre just not a company you can trust with your needs. You will be taken advantage of.

To whom it may concern,This will be my first review given to any business on Google; however, I did not feel after reading the first review about PFS, that they must have been talking about a different company, because i could not disagree more with their statements. As Im sure most of you know who are reading this understand that when writing a review about a complaint without explanation or examples would not be considered as significant.Before I continue please understand that I am in no way affiliated with PFS other than using their service for my property. I manage an apartment complex with roughly 130 units and have received many, compliments about our small fitness center. We have roughly 4 machines and a home gym. PFS has repaired, installed, and maintained our equipment for the last 2 years. Perry has been my point of contact for all our service issues. He is kind, respectful, and prompt to return my calls if on rare occasion i must leave a message. The technician who comes is also very respectful to us here in the office and our residents. If I had anything negative about PFS I would say that the pricing is a little high for our taste; however, when it comes to comparing price and customer service, I will pay extra for customer service any day. Having that said I hope this review will counter act the fairness of the review before me. If you are interested in going with PFS, please dont hesitate to contact them ask them for a reference sheet as im sure my property will be listed on it somewhere.
