I have tried other CBD oils with melatonin for sleep. These by far have worked superior. If you take two soft gels about an hour before bedtime, it helps you relax and get into that sleep mode. I like them because they are a broad spectrum CBD and the cannabinoids and terpenes are there to help you chill and the bonus is I get to drift off to sleep in a nice relaxed state. I like that you dont wake up in a drug-induced funk like pharmaceuticals have a tendency to do.
