This location seemed a little bit busy, maybe it’s because it’s off the freeway. Very convenient with a gas station across the street, and a Starbucks next-door. Customer service was very very good. They have great selection of moving of moving equipment. I recommend this location.

I ordered some boxes with my truck rental. I come to pick up my order and Im standing around waiting for this one employee who appears to give zero fu&k$ about helping all the customers in the store waiting.

Shout out to Brian! I’ve lived in the area for about 3 years now. I have used this location’s services probably 6 times between moving, needing a trailer to pull my motorcycles, and other needs. Every time service is great, even in last minute needs. This morning I was having a mini crisis, not much for others but it’s been quite the week and my tire popped on Sunday which didn’t allow me time to get it fixed before work. I changed to the spare tire which was a little flat and went to 4 gas stations to pump air which lead to it letting all the pressure out. I was panicking and the tire place wasn’t open, so I pulled up to the good ol trusty Uhaul and was greeted by Brian. He listened to my problem and said he would help. He pumped air into the flat spare and I was on my was to get new tires 30 miles away. The day has been turned around to the bright side ☺️

I rent trailers from this location on a regular basis. Customer service is always on point. Highly recommend this location! Well done guys!

Place only has 1 person running the whole store. Waiting in line for a box for over 20 minutes with just 2 people ahead of me the whole time. You’d think with 1 worker he’d be more efficient and not the slowest one

Employees where awesome, uhaul the company was not, credit card system down in feb of 2020... 0_0 uhaul be making them use pre windows xp equipment or something. Go home depot. #homedepot for the diyers

Larry is awesome. Helped us with returning our rental, with damage. Assured we were covered, since we had purchased insurance. Great customer service and would definitely rent from them again.

Unfortunately I will never be using the service again. My experience walking in has always been great but the answering service which is also UHaul run is the worst. I spoke to some kid there that not only wasted my time after receiving my card information pretending to look for information but when I asked to speak to his manager he put the phone down and began having a conversation with his coworker.The problem with this, the call center is you are not assured getting the actual location or going to the call center because when the location is busy dealing with walk ins the call center picks up.Im truly sad, we had a long history but I wont be dealing with u haul any time soon.If I could give less than one star I would.

We needed a small truck to move stuff and they offered us 3 options for the same price. Rental was easy and fast and the next day the return was faster than that. Good experience.

On July 31st I rented a very nice clean can brand new had great air conditioning people in the morning very helpful and took the time to listen and explain clearly evening person was ok price I payed was fair

Normally my experience with u haul is pleasant buy not this morning. I feel these guys here are concussed about what theybr doing cause every1 seems to be doing nothing whilr the line just gotnlonger . anyways it was frustratingIt tool me 1 hr and 21 min to return my rental ...
