I was really picky about how my car was to be fixed, I had relatives and friends that worked on cars before and would have gone to them to have work on my truck. Now I live in LA and dont know anyone who does this type of work and does a good job. One of my biggest issue was inside the panel, I voiced my concerns to the team at AAW about the inside to have it done because in the past Ive seen cars that developed rust years down the road. They took great care to work on the inside and out. You cannot tell that there were any damages at all to the Panel. Plus they got rid of a scratch that was caused by a branch. People are professional and worked with me. If you need your car fixed, this is the place.

Last month Advance Auto Works purchased used auto parts from our company on two different occasions and paid us with two different checks. Both checks bounced the next day for NOT SUFFICIENT FUNDS. We have not been able to collect our money from this place. They keep giving us a runaround, and now they blocked our phone number.Advance Auto Works Collison Inc. is the most unprofessional establishment that anyone can deal with. Please be very careful when dealing with this type of place and people. Please see attached copies of the bounced checks.

OMG, a fantastic experience! Im seriously so thrilled with how smooth the process went. My car got backed into by a truck, who then fled the scene... so needless to say I was livid. After dealing unsuccessfully with the police (no personal injury, so they werent too concerned with finding the guy) I was even more upset. But after contacting insurance and getting linked with AAW Collision, my whole attitude changed. Sure, I was out my deductible, but Geo was so nice and helpful. He kept me up to date with the status of my car throughout the lengthy process. I had to have AC fixed, the front camera/sensor thing needed to be replaced by Honda-specific people, hood and fender were replaced and repainted (perfect match!) and other under-the-hood work. He and my insurance arranged for a rental car to be brought to me. And when my cars work was complete, Geo handled the car rental return; I literally just handed him the keys. It was just such a truly pleasant experience! I cant speak for anyone else, but Ive never had such nice car-repair experience!

My car paint came out terrible.. then it broke down shortly after and I had it towed to a shop and found there was a missing transmission bolt and the others were loose and this caused a bad shutter while driving on the freeway and put it into limp mode as they called it, so i had to pull over and be stuck 2 hours away from home on the side of the freeway for almost 2 hours. And when I called them, and they basically blew me off and that they wouldnt tow my car to them since it was over 100 miles away. Would not recommend ever!

I tried AAW because I work in Gardena and had heard about the great job they do and their professionalism. Getting work done on the car is not something I have ever had to do but I am very glad I chose them. They called me ever other day for a week while my car was in the shop to give me a status update and keep me involved. When I got my car back it literally looked exactly like it did new - even the parts that werent in need of repair because they detailed out my car before giving it back! Can you spell above and beyond? These guys are great and I have no second thoughts about giving my recommendation to a company that has earned it!

I was sent there by my insurance company geico (its labeled a geico auto repair express i was told i would my car would repaired and returned before Christmas that date being 12/20 -23 approximately and after no update for 3weeks then they assured me my car would be done and returned by Thursday 12/31 for sure i was told that my car would be ready if they had to stay late but i was assured id be getting my car that day and of course again i was lied to I havent rushed them ive only anticipated the return of my car on the dates that they provided i never one rushed them they consistently provided me with dates they couldnt or choose not to meet ive never felt so taken advantage of or lied to by a establishment let alone one making thousands of dollars and they get the check first what more motivation could one need but this is and was my experience best of luck and wishes to any considering utilizing this business....

This place did a phenomenal job with my Mazda 3 that was hit in a parking lot. They completed my vehicle way faster than expected and the vehicle looks brand new again! It even came with back to me with a very good wash and a detail. I would highly recommend this place, especially if you have Geico, they work with them flawlessly!

This people are GREAT! The BEST i have ever seen. I drive a hand controlled car and when I turned in my car, i told them i couldnt drive just any car. They gave me the best accommodation I have ever received as a disabled person. They applied SPEED to the job and got my car ready faster than I thought. I was recommended to this place by Geico Insurance. Took my sienna on Wednesday July 8th by 5pm and Thursday by 2pm the adjuster calls me to say it will take 3 days to complete the job. Friday Morning July 10th (like 19hrs later) I get a call saying my car will be ready that afternoon. I got there at 4pm and my repair was incomplete. When I got there Friday by 5pm after returning a rental car, the repairs on my car were not completed. The bumper was not screwed in (missing screws/clips), a dent was not repaired (they just painted over it). Also, that morning when they called me, I inquired about a detail on my car and paid them $200 for a detail, where they scratched one of my seats cloth which ended up needing to be replaced. When they told the manager (or at least I think he was/kept saying well address the issue), he wanted to send me back to get another rental, but they were already closed. I was very upset at the fact that they had estimated 3 days of work to fix my car properly, but rushed it instead just to get my deductible. Their final paper stated they worked 20.2 hrs on my car. Now, if my math is correct, they went from Thursday at 1pm (inspection) to Friday at 330pm (when they said my car was done). Thats a period of 26.3hrs. If they worked on my car 20.2hrs, they worked on my car nonstop and were closed for the other 6hrs. What really upsets me about all of it is that instead of getting a new Toyota bumper cover for $350 (checked w/Toyota) and painting it, they just repainted the same old bumper and didnt even re-secure it! I left with the managers promise to call me as soon as the new seat cover arrives to replace that and rework the bumper. The following week on 7/14 a guy named Gio calls me to confirm they ordered the seat part and to expect their call by Friday, which didnt happen. Then, the following week, a guy named Rigo from Advance calls me, only because I had already spoken to the Geico and another shop about my problem. He then, claimed he knew nothing about the part they needed for my seat and said he would check with his parts manager to get me an estimated time of arrival for that part if they ordered the next day! Thats after Gio confirmed they had ordered it the week before! That was it! I didnt want to take my car back to this shady shop. They lied about the whole thing. Now, I still needed to get my car fixed, and it only took longer because Advance kept insisting I take my car back to them for rework! I ended up taking my car to another shop on 7/27 and didnt get it until 8/5. What a shady place this is! If it was up to me, Id have Geico take them out of their preferred shop list. Stay away from this place!Update: Oct 12, 2020Ive posted additional pictures showing the after repair status, which show the dent, bump, missing screws, clip (which was broken, later replaced by second shop). And its sad to see, that instead of just accepting your inability to complete the repair the dent, which you can see on the picture you posted, your shop, states its sad I didnt post the after repair pictures. This is my true experience with your shop. Also, my damage was due to a car backing up into my van in a parking lot. But, I will contact Geico regarding your statement, since that would change the whole story in my claim. As far as your intense quality check SOP, you may need to do an that check on your rep in charge of that. Another thing I failed to mention before is the fact that a customer satisfaction survey was the first thing I was handed by the lady working there, before completing any of the vehicle delivery paperwork. Once she found out there were issues with the repair, she took it out of the packet, so I never got a chance to fill that out there. I understand this review may not change the way you run your shop, its for the public, to see and decide for themselves what they want when it comes to this part of the process in a vehicle damage claim.

Just got the car, everything looked great at delivery but as soon I drove off I noticed rear view from the glass was not clear, it was refracting light and everything looked crooked in rear view.Went back to shop and after back and forth one of their employee agreed the windshield was defective and was not OEM. Now I have wait again till it get replaced with OEM and tinted.I am glad they are honest and realized their mistake and hoping this time they do outstanding job and replace it with OEM rear window glass with good quality tint. For now I have to wait and will update the review once I get my car back.I had very high expectations and was happy with work until I discovered this bummer. It was also a safety issue I could not see anything clearly in my rear window.Facility is nice and clean. Employees are welcoming overall nice people.Update: Got the OEM glass and the visibility issue is resolved.Updating review to 4 to reflect quality of work but taking point away for back and forth and the hassle.

At first I was nervous about getting work repaired on my vehicle,,,, BUT, after I seen their before and after work, I was convinced that I was making the right decision. After the work was done on my vehicle, I was truly amazed and extremely happy. Thanks for the Great job done!!!!!! Only!!!!!!!??!! Soon afterwards, I noticed some spots on the hood of my vehicle, I went back and informed them I noticed this,,,, these spots were not their when brought into their shop, I showed the manager, and he convinced me that they were sand spots from driving,,,, I believed him,, then come to realize later, that my vehicle was New straight from the dealer, my vehicle only had 2400 miles on it and i dont drive it long distance, the same spots are also on my lower bumper grill area... BUT, I still say they do excellent repair work, its just the after parts you have to look at...

I had my 94 Silverado restored here and it was by far the best choice I ever made.Their staff was friendly and helpful all throughout the process.Allan was always there for me as well,updating me with pictures and status of where the truck was.Chris and Juan were more than willing to even let me see the truck myself while it was dismantled to show me how much work they were putting into it.These guys work hard and their efforts showed when the truck was completed.They even use the manufacturers paint!I will definitely recommend this place to anyone.5 stars guys
