It’s so hard to find a good body shop with people that perfect their job and truly care about customers service. I took my car to multiple body shops and just wasn’t convinced about them. Thankfully, I brought in my Tesla model 3 to Aramex and my car was barely drivable. I met Jimmy and he instantly inspected the whole car and gave me the exact details of what needs to be done. He showed me the Types of paints they use and explained to me the whole process. I felt really comfortable leaving my car at Aramex. Throughout the process, Jimmy kept me posted almost everyday by sending me messages and pictures of the car status. At the end, I received my car looking absolutely perfect. Jimmy also gave me copies of the Tesla parts receipts and the paint job. The whole staff was very professional and they followed up with me days after I got my car. I have no words, but gratitude for such a professional and honest work. Went there to get an estimate for painting this massive scratch that I had for a while now, and immediatly they polished and cleaned the area showing me that the actual damage wasnt even close to what I expected. Any other place could have easily just looked at the car and given me a price that I would have believed, but they made sure to verify the damage before giving any values and did not charge me a single cent for that.

My experience with Aramex Body Shop was very positive. The staff were very nice. Jimmy was very informative and answered any and every question that I had. He handled everything very professionally. My car had minor damage done to the front fender. Once the work was complete you couldnt tell that anything had been done. They also washed and polished my car. Jimmy’s body shop is by far the best auto body I’ve ever used. Having 2 teen drivers means that for the first few months (perhaps longer 🙂) you’ll have to deal with a ton of auto body needs. Jimmy is extremely responsive. He always calls me within minutes. He’s very honest and trustworthy. I’ve checked his prices against others and he’s always few hundred dollars cheaper. Having said that, the quality of his work is bar none. As much as I hope that I won’t need any further car body work, I know if I ever need it, I will only use Jimmy. 5 stars service

This was the Best experience I have had dealing with auto body repair in my life!!! I have worked as a auto detailer and with many auto companies and also sold and had cars painted myself. There’s a lot of shady people and over pricing and Aramex is not that!!!! They were honest and bent over backwards to make sure I was happy!
