Dealers beware. Last 3 vehicles I purchased have been a nightmare with undisclosed issues. Pictures are not accurate. Vehicles run in poor condition and management doesnt care.

As a transport driver dropping vehicles this place is awesome 24/7 drop makes things a lot easier for us

I LOVE working here on auction day. The employees here are fantastic, very helpful, friendly and fun.

Won a bid twice and they gave the car to someone they know, i was new there so they end up letting someone their familiar with take car after I won.

Better prices than I’d say Manheim at times and definitely better than small auctions like Norwalk. Cars run thru the lane quicker and in result sometimes have a higher likely chance of selling for cheap. Only bad thing is half of their vehicles are out of state, and they remove the license plates from them so half the cars there have no tags/plates. Customer service & Employees there are very nice and helpful, can’t complain.

This Auction is probably one of the best out there when it comes to customer service, car selection and a very helpful staff.

Do not come here, they sold a car to a dealer and used my business name, the dealer then wrecked the car and police came asking questions about a car I never paid for, shady business do not come here!!! Those type of mistakes can’t be look past do your job and handle YOUR paperwork!

Great prices but slow on getting pink slips meed to be more faster on receiving pink slips

Horrible customer service. Appeared to be main manager or owner. Employee was helping me with my complaint & I was almost satisfied when older guy interrupted, raised his voice, & was very rude with me. Without knowing the issues, he just kept making excuses for a seller instead of just saying he would look into it & get back to me. Continued to talk down to me like I was an idiot. This is not the way to treat a customer.

Sometimes the cars are good and sometimes not. the prices are a little high, its a matter of luck

Could not agree more with Joey, same thing happens to me now I am using another car auction, repokar they treat me as king I understand that this may be not the main criteria for a deal but guys its really pleasant and important when you dont have to get nervous, you get answers to all your questions and requests.Thx and good luck!
