Close and locked the door a whole 15min before closing. Sad service, and not the way to do business. I could have made to another store but wasted my time trying to spend my money here, now two auto zones missed my business….

This place has employees that are below average on customer support they left me on the phone waiting they could of told me that they did not have an answer or to call back, I hanged up and called back they did not pick up my call

I went in today because I was told by my mechanic I need a new battery. Juan helped me pick out a good battery for my car, and also explained to me the warranty process. The store was pretty busy he apologized for the short wait, and made the time to install my new battery for me. I also work In the service industry and recognize great customer service when I see it. If you want great service go to Juan he was great, my car is running great!!!

It was a pleasure to have this company as a local auto store.

I was having trouble with my battery and my car wouldn’t start. My brother cleaned theCorrosion and gave me a jump. I drove over to Auto Zone. A very nice person named Paul helped me by checking it and letting me know that it wasn’t good any more. I bought s new one and he put it in for for. And I have to mention I very big on Customer Service. Paul has Excellent Customer Service. Thank You Paul. 👏

I was confused with so much parts wise etc..., but the store manager Kathleen was very understanding, & gave me great advise, she also took care of everything that was needed for me, in which it relieved me from so much stress. thank you very much! 😊 I’ll definitely be referring people to that store location

This location depends on the time of day, Early mornings are the best time because some days, around noon or so, it can get really busy with a long line at the parts counter . There are times when they wont have my part in stock but another location will . If I had a choice, I would prefer this location than the others, Its cleaner and friendlier.

The people who work there are very helpful and locating a specific item I really appreciate their knowledge on finding the right part for my car.

Normally I dont review very often, I was suppose to review yesterday. Greeted by everyone as soon as I walk in. I would highly recommend this location the manager (Kathleen) is very helpful. She went above and beyond to help me with my brake light. She has great leadership skills, the rest of the other staff is friendly and helpful as well.

Usually has everything you may need and service is typically good. I come often for parts and such. Prices arent usually too bad.

10 customers waiting in line, 2 employees which parts the first customers need...for 5 minutes.No cashier, for customers that just wanted to pay for items on their hands...took me 45 minutes to pay for a bottle of oil treatment.Its going from bad to worse.

Dont understand why they dont open a line for information and a line for parts. Most people that walk here need a tone of information. I have to wait like an hour for each customer because they ask a ton of questions. I have seen many customers walk out because there takimg long answering peoples question. Employees do what they can buy I blame this on management or the corporation. The really need to change this to attend customers faster.

They very reasonable with there prices on items and the customer service is very friendly 😊 I will be back.

I went in to get tyre rims cover and the associate one ricardo went to show me the item, left me and made me go back in line with a long queue. I paid but cos of the customer service I had, I returned the item and asked him why he made me stay in line again and he reluctantly said ‘ I don’t know’ . He needs to go back for customer care training.

Today was my family and I’s first time here and the security guard was a b**** about us coming in without her letting us in. I get we need to take caution, but there is absolutely no way we could have known we couldn’t come in without being let in first. You can simply let someone know politely instead of yelling at them. So future reference to anyone reading this during COVID-19: don’t come in unless you want to get yelled at.other than that, the other staff inside were nice. thank you

Came to this location to test my battery. Turns out its bad. I was fortunate enough to get wonderful service from an Auto Zone associate to replace my bad car battery for a new one. Extremely professional and really helpful. Come get your battery checked and replaced here. 👏

Kat (the manager) was great with customer service. Sylvania would not honor their one year warranty on a replacement bulb. Kat helped me find a headlight for my vehicle and let me know she would price match if I found it cheaper online.

Poorly staffed for the amount of clients. Which make employees frustrated and provide bad customer service.

Went to go buy windshield wipers since the news is saying rain for the next week. Did my research and saw the brand I decided on was at this Autozone. Looked through the book by the wipers and thought I got the right ones and went up to counter and Kathleen double checked on her computer for me and said I had the wrong sizes. I went back for the sizes and she checked again and I had one side wrong so then she went and got the right one for me. After purchasing, she walked out with me to my car and replaced my old wipers with the new ones.Kathleen (hope Im spelling it right) has excellent customer service skills being knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Impressive customer service!

I came into AutoZone because my car battery was low. I didnt have the tools to remove it - but they were nice to offer me a hand. So I borrowed their tool and I the battery to them they gave me a ticket and told me to come back in an hour and theyll let me know the state of the battery... Great service! Besides Ive been a loyal customer since 2011 at this locale.

Service is excellent by far the best autozone i have ever been to. Came in there the other day to get a oil change bundle for my 1989 geo metro and the manager kathleen was really nice and helpful.

Great service. I was in and out pretty quick.

It was pouring down rain and my truck needed a drivers side wiper badly. So I came here, and right before they closed. Bought my wiper blade, and took it somewhere with an overhang so I could change it. All in all good experience, and the people at AutoZone were very friendly and welcoming.

Ill give it 4 and a half it was a quick visit for something and they were helpful and friendly . What really gave them 5 stars was the fact that I hadnt noticed a special sale was over but they said since the signs were still up theyd honor it anyway . And that was after I already told them I would just pay the full price no problem, since I was in a rush . But they insisted on honoring it . Great manager .

Good to get battery and parts careful when leaving my buddy got held up by a kid in a bike with a gun pointed towards his chest. Took wallet, cellphone he went to gardena bowl.for help. Gardena pd gave him attitude like its.his fault. Victim white, thief was young black kid on beach cruiser. This thief hangs around 711 Redondo beach blvd near Gardena hospital.

It is a clean and well stocked. Staff was friendly and in general quite helpful. Beware of upselling. Just be firm with what you want. But otherwise no complaints here.

Cashier friendly and helpful. Bought a frame for my license plate & with the Autozone Rewards program, I was suppose to spend $20 (not including the tax) to qualify for the points. So now you all know!

Came to get some touch up paint. Needed to use restroom but was told no public restroom go to Jamba Juice or Vons. Jamba Juice restroom out of order. Finally, yeah it was getting uncomfortable, Vons employee gave me the code to restroom, took care of my business and by then decided to go to the other auto parts store down the street. Just my opinion, but maybe they should at least take individual situations into account rather than a blanket policy of no public/ aka customers restrooms.

Place is great never knew was open 24hrs. That is awesome no one else does that and since its one of their hub locations, a lot more parts availability.

Very straightforward and knowledgeable sales staff. If they dont have what you need, they can tell you where you can get it for a good price.

Very very helpful young man at the register even helped me put the lightbulb on my breacklight console and refused the tip I offered.

The WORST experience i had in my entire lifeThe tall heavy set female that works there has absolutely no Customer Service skills.Customers are walking in not been acknowledge She is RUDE and on top of that uses profanity to cover for what she is lacking.Very sad and disappointing and i can assure anyone that is happening more frequently but noone is saying/exposing to the public.

Worst staff to a female in need of oil at 9:25pm at nite. I was dressed in party attire, no assistance from staff, no other customers in store, staff was not willing to help, had to go back in store to ask if someone could take cap off, staff came out took cap off & went back in store to just stand around, just waiting for the clock to turn to 10pm so they could be closed. I was still in parking lot by myself when they both walked out laughing and drove off. When I was in need of assistance at the Carson store, they were very helpful. Receipt doesnt have the staffs name only possible employee #, CAR #21, my receipt # 123890. Hopefully store mtg or Division mgr will know who this staff is & retrain! Never coming to this location ever!

Really helpful whit oll my question

Came into Autozone because my car battery died on me a few blocks away. I came in and bought a new battery and this very kind young man named Patrick helped me change out the battery. He first tested the battery, learned that it was then no good. He then proceeded to remove the battery out of its casing. After I purchased the new one, he then put in the new battery and cleaned the battery posts with a lubricant and was kind enough to answer all my questions. Im so grateful for Patrick for helping me out. Ive never had an experience this good at any local Autozone. Give this man a promotion!
