Nobody wants to help. More interested in making money than fixing your car. Go somewhere else.

This shop was amazing. I had a kitten that had gotten stuck in car engine. The guys at the shop were very careful and gentle trying to rescue the kitten. They removed parts and put everything back together professionally. The shop owner didnt even charge one cent. Ill be definitely recommending this shop to everyone. Their good deed and humanity are qualities hard to find in this world.

Straight UP Awesome! This farther and son team treated me right as a new first time client. Were forward honest and did everything possible to provide me with a fair estimate. Timing of repair accurate. Clean shop, lots of experience, and go to team for my BENZ.Update Sept 1 2019, my check engine light turned on the week before my registration. I needed a star smog pass. The diagnosis for repair was spot on and improvements to the vehicle were made. The car passed! Best MB mechanics ever.

Im not the type to ever complain. I usually ONLY post about positive experiences. I have to make an exception in this case, and Ill partially blame myself for not doing my own due diligence first and trusting these guys. Its all about getting as much money out of you as possible. They are super nice guys which lures you into a false sense of trust and rapport. I feel violated and betrayed...and $1017 lighter for my car to be the same if not worse AFTER i picked it up than when i brought it in.I came because my brake service light was on and I needed Service C. I told them of my brakes have begun to squeak and I thought it was associated with the Brake Service light. I also told them about how my lower driver side rear air suspension deflates and lowers after reaching 60mph and that I avoid the highway as a result knowing thats what triggers the lowering. I regret sharing that with them. We agreed to get the part they suggested compressor replaced and to do the service C for me to return the following week to deal with the suspension issue. They told me I need the replace pressure accumulator for around $800 but suggested replaced the entire module for $1600. Thinking back on our conversation I can now see what was him licking his chops. As I was driving home feeling as good as one can feel having dropped a cool $1000, I noticed the ride was really bumpy like then the back suspension is lowered. and the brakes were still squeaking. I called Rick and Rick was like well yeah thats probably the pads... we just changed the compressor...we didnt look at the pads because you said you had that done already (I had mistakenly told him earlier in our conversation that I had already had my pads done, but I mispoke as I was referring to my wifes E500 which was done at another establishment.)Wouldnt it be logical to assume if theyre dealing with a brake issue, theyd at least look at the pads as well? Does that notion seem unreasonable to you? Well certainly not to me. I told him well the car is lowered as well...his response was well yeah that happens...we need to get you back in here tuesday or wednesday to get that taken care of...id put more urgency on that than this brake compressor....now bear in mind he didnt say that in the beginning, and Im already aware of that which is why i never take it above 60mph. My response is yeah i most certainly will....what i didnt say was it will NEVER be with him. I suspect he took the car out for a little spin beyond 60mph to trigger the lowering so he could create urgency to do the $1100 suspension job as THATS the only thing that makes it lower...also he could get the pad work that he didnt address or even bring up...I work in sales myself so I know the tactics...he got a quick and equally UN-necessary $1000 out of me and was looking to build from there...i doubt ill ever get screwed again but if so he wont do the screwing...smhWARNING!!!! STAY AWAY...STAY AWAY...STAY AWAY...or know exactly what you need done and what the going rates are...
