I came in for a power steering oil leak to fix the rack and pinion. I got a call from Them that they identified the leak and I needed to replace the radiator and that there is no other leaks. I told them that I actually came in for a power steering leak and after putting me on hold for 5 mins they came back and told me that both had leaks. I had the same radiator problem again and when I called they purposely never picked my call. I called atleast 10 times left voice mails and a message with another person. I called from another number and they immediately picked up and pretended that they didn’t know who I was. Very unprofessional. Don’t get fooled by the nice act when you give them your money. No follow through.

These guys were great!!! less expensive than other quotes i got, fixed it superfast 3 days while others said it would take a week or two... great customer service... they called and updated me without me having to chase them down... car returned clean with no damage, tire pressure adjusted without even asking for it... highly recommend! 5 stars!

BM has done quite a lot of work done on my Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van including a full engine replacement. Its rare to find a Sprinter mechanic with their depth of experience, even at a Mercedes dealership. Danny always took the time to explain every repair to me, regardless of the complexity and laid out all of my options in detail. The service, professionalism, and value is unbeatable. BM is simply the best auto mechanic Ive every worked with. Highly recommended.

Such an amazing place. Danny was SO generous and understanding. Brought my Audi a4 2012 here and he took a look at it and knew what was wrong right away. Even though I couldnt leave my car here due to financial problems...THIS is the only place I plan on letting touch my car. After I went to a bad dealership who ripped me off and lied to me, danny heard me out and helped me diagnose the problem so now Im aware of the problem. Wow! Amazing Service! Friendly Staff! Pretty much as good an experience as I have ever had repairing a car.I was really impressed with their service and knowledge. My 850Ci was having an issue where it would turn shut off after being on for a short time. I brought it in after it was checked out the diagnosis was a bad fuel pump relay. I wasnt really sure what that all meant and Lenny took the time to explain the ins and outs of the whole system and why it was causing things to fail. The repair cost was quite reasonable and my car is running perfectly. Its been difficult to find a repair service that is trustworthy and does good work as well and I think I have FINALLY found the place to stay. I highly recommend BM European Car Service!

We have 4 Sprinters. Great Vans ! Very economical for business ! But we always were looking for a good independent repair auto shop anywhere in Los Angeles to service them. Just dealerships. But a few months ago our new driver told us that the business owner he worked for before was taking his Sprinters to BM Sprinter Auto Center in Gardena. We took our chance. When I read the positive reviews online I was confident Id be getting a quality experience. I took my 2007 BMW 325i for a oil change was charged $125 and left a happy customer. 5,000 miles later I went for an oil change and had my father in law do it this time. NOT ONLY DID THEY USE CHEAP OIL BUT FORGOT TO REPLACE THE OIL FILTER! PIECES OF THE OLD FILTER HAD TO BE FISHED OUT WITH A PAIR OF TONGS. WTF!?!

Honest reliable service. i actually was looking for a place to bring my Porsche for service recently as it was due for an oil change and there were a few noises that i heard when driving. i didnt want to get raped by the ridiculous prices at the Porsche dealership and i googled Porsche Independent dealerships and came upon BM Auto Center. i decided to give them a try and from the moment i entered the shop I was happy I did it. i was met with professional and honest service. I drive Mercedes ML350. I am new to Los Angeles South Bay area just moved from San Francisco a few months ago and did not know where to take my car for service. My coworker told me that he takes his Mercedes to BM Auto for years and always was happy with them . I took his advice. Yes he was right. Excellent service knowledgeable techs clean shop. I am new to BM European Car Service, and must say I am now a customer for life!! I was referred to this shop by a few friends after I received some very disparaging, inflated quotes from a few dealerships and other European car repair shops. Needless to say, I was really concerned, because my wife’s Porsche Boxster S was having some troubling issues to include one that was causing the lights and other electrical components to act as though they were possessed (literally, sometimes they would turn on, sometimes not, and sometimes they would just randomly turn off for no reason??).From the moment we walked in the door, I felt at ease. Dani the manager and one of the owners was extremely professional and went out of his way to explain the possible causes. He went out of his away to walk me and my wife through the troubleshooting process and what to expect. As a retired Air Force officer of over 20 years and engineer, I truly appreciated the attention to detail he provided, as well as his forthright candidness regarding potential causes and possible cost. We left BM with confidence and from there it just got better!We received a phone call later that day explaining that they had diagnosed the issue as the light switch assembly and were informed that they had searched around and found a great price on a replacement component - who does that, just to save their customer a few bucks? They do! In addition, they addressed several other issues we brought up to them, basically for cost….they even took the time to buff out some scratches we had in the paint job - no charge by the way!!A couple days later we picked up the Porsche (on our schedule), and I was seriously impressed by what could only be described as genuine care and pride in the quality of work, and yes, they stated it was all guaranteed and in writing. These guys love the cars they work on and it is absolutely reflected in their product! I really don’t understand some of the other reviews on Yelp – possibly other shops bashing their competition??!! Because hands down BM Auto is a top-notch professional European Auto service shop that I would trust to repair any vehicle I owned just as much, if not more than the dealer – because you will get comparable, if not better results at a fairer price! This place is the real deal!!

I really dont ever write reviews, but the service I received and money I saved has me feel its really the least I can do for these guys. I have an 84 Mercedes 300D Turbo. It breaks down constantly. I was having lots of difficulty getting up hills so I brought it into my local shop and got a quote of $3000 to repair. Honestly, I dont know a lot about cars but that quote had me feeling uneasy. I was referred to BM European Car Service by a friend to get a second opinion. I walked in, explained my situation and they asked to check out my car only to discover the problem was a few disconnected tubes! The mechanic helping me showed me how I could repair it quickly on my own if it ever happened again. He also advised me on the hacks of my turbo- frequent problems that he sees occur with them and the cheapest solutions to repair. My experience was like I was a good friend of his and he wanted to give me the hook up and protect me from getting bad advise or screwed over.

Waisted money caused more problems that I had to fix later. I had BM replace a serpentine belt on my 2003 Sprinter. The job cost me something to the tune of $750. About 6 months later we had issues with the vehicle and came to find out from another repair shop that the belt was put on backwards and it was the wrong size. This caused us to have to have the alternator replaced which was not a cheap fix. The guys at the desk were nice but the actual mechanics are 20 somethings that obviously dont know what they are doing.

I took my BMW 328i here and it was in very bad shape from a previous mechanics mistakes. Not only did the guys at BM Euro fix my car, but they treated me with respect, dignity and were not shy about teaching me about what happened and how it got so bad. They took a video of the tests they ran and educated me about what went wrong. They made sure I had an uber to get home safely and had my car fixed in a day.I was extremely impressed.

Well I got charged 400+ for a radiator that was worth 150 becuase I trusted them when they told me that Behr was a good quality OEM alternative plus 600 for labor which is ridiculous. I blame myself for not knowing the actual price of a radiator and shouldve known that shops like these would take advantage of an ignorant kid.

Very pleased with the service and quality of repairs. We have an older Mercedes that needs a lot of work, and the owner helped us spread the costs over several months by identifying what needed to be fixed right away and what could wait. The car has almost 100,000 miles on it an runs great now.

BM European Car Service simply ROCKS. As a new BMW owner and as a woman, I felt taken care of every step of the way. I learned a lot of secrets that many service reps will use to trick people into a sale, and with having a BMW, we know how expensive service and parts can be! I have a 2008 328i and needed new breaks - they educated me on what is common maintenance, what needs to be replaced and when. I no longer go to my dealer because I get better service and prices here. The team at BM European Car Service is truly top-notch...I trust them with my car 1,000%.

Took my CLK500 here to get fixed after an accident. The insurance refused their estimate of repairs. Wonder why? $3500 for 2 roll bars, $1100 for windshield, $500 for labor. When I got my car back, there are additional scratches to my car! Of course when i confronted Lenny; Total denial of any scratches made at his shop. He says that never happens here. So how did I get those scratches? I did not make them! Two weeks my car was at his shop and my car was not repaired and now i get it back more effed up than before.

I drive Jaguar FX and have been taking it to BM Auto for a few years by now. I always like there service, nice knowlegeable people, very welcoming environment, clean and organized. Honest ! BM euro car service replaced my dsg fluid on my audi b8 s4. After a month or so the transmission started showing signs of leaks. Never leaked before they did work on it. I was told by another shop the transmission was overfilled which caused seeping from the gaskets. now all the gaskets need replacing... I would not recommend this shop. Also, they started my car when the transmission had no fluid in it, right in front of me. They assured me this wouldnt cause any damage...

Thank you so much BM. I have 2003 Mercedes C240. I brought my Mercedes to BM because it was stalling. I had tried three other places first. Each of them said they corrected the problem but none did. My co-worker advised me to take it to BM. I brought it in on a Monday morning. Two days later I was told that the problem was corrected and it would not happen again. I waited for four weeks before i wrote this review and now i can say the problem is fixed. Use them theyre great!

Finding a good mechanic is like rolling the dice and hoping for the best. One can always use a dealerships service center and know most of the time the work will be done well but the price one will pay is off the charts. I found an auto service center that charges anything like off the charts – reasonable pricing with quality 5-star service. BM Auto Service & Repair is the place to bring ones car. I have a 2001 Audi which has cost me lots and lots of money over the years and Dani (one of the owners) is keeping my car alive and well until the time comes when my car is no longer driveable. However, be sure to make an appointment and expect to wait a few days – only natural when the quality of the work meets the quantity of people wanting service. Think trust, respect and confidence in leaving your car with Dani. The man has integrity – meaning he IS his word. When Dani tells me something about my car I know Dani is telling me the truth and not some b.s. that Ive gotten from other repair shops over the years. Plus I live in West LA and Danis shop is all the way in Gardena. Yes, his shop is worth the drive.

My experience here was terrible, after I drove all the way to Los Angeles since this people place an ad here with a wrong address,( it was an attorney office!!! ) with a totaly difrent address than the real one, finaly I found the place in Gardena, bad surprice, starting with the actitude of one of the pals here, I ask for assistence and they makes me wait for about 30 minutes more for be attended, do you a favor do not bring your vehicle here.
