Brought my bmw 530i for transmission work they charged about 5k to fix something that was supposed to cost 1k. It was a solenoid 1 only need to be replaced and after they did the work my cars phone would not connect came back to ask them to fix this and now he wants more money for something that was working when I brought it in. I would never used this place again and I would never recommend to any one to use it either, unless you want to get scammed. The owner Al hides every time you come to try and talk to him about it. Not professional at all.

I have a 2005 325i bmw I brought my car in because my check engine light was on he asked me if there was anything in particular I wanted them to check I told him that to my belief one of my power steering lines were leaking and my oil service light wouldnt go off he told me that he would check my entire car and let me know what the problem was when I came back he confirmed that my power steering lines were leaking and my oil service light was broken I told him that I recently had oil change and he said that I should wait till my next Oil Change to fix the oil service sensor and that they would just fix the power steering line to save me money I was very happy after I picked up my car from being fixed 2 Days Later my engine light came back on I called him to question why my engine light came back on and he said I dont know bring you car in let me check it. I reminded him about the oil service sensor that he told me was broken and if that would cause my engine light to come on he said oh yes your car is fine you dont have to worry but that doesnt build real confidence in me when my engine light is on I want to hear a mechanic tell me he knows not a oooooh yes because I reminded him do you know or not especially after I spent 620.00 I dont have money lying around to pass out I know cars can be tricky but I would have felt a little better had he explained to me in the beginning if he didnt change the sensor right away my light would come on I really feel like I diagnose my own car and I am nowhere near a car professional. Overall the owner and the staff were ok no bad attitudes everyone seemed nice they try making you comfortable while waiting they offered bottle water and had magazines out to read they talk to you and Crack jokes. I suggest that you always learn your car so your never in a bad position I also take my car to the dealership to be checked as well I just go to cheaper places to get the work done

Please dont go to this company. They dont honor their warranty. I picked up my car on 6/6/14 and then had to take it back 4 times. My warranty says 3 months warranty only on head and bloc. Now he is holding my car and telling me I have to pay 800.00 for a blown head gasket. I spoke to another mechanic. He said there is no way it would of passed smog which was done two hours before it stopped working and I took it back. These guys are not honest
