I have not dealt with a more friendly mechanic staff. Sam and another gentleman whose name escapes me right now we’re absolutely awesome. Prices are more than fair and they service your vehicle exceptionally quick. I truly could not have asked for a better experience. By the way I was a faithful dealer service user but now I’ve found my new favorite service center.

Bought a car from them and they wouldnt even realize my title the right way hustled a bunch of money out of me telling me I would be all good to register it and when it cane down to it vehicle owed over 900 in fees do not trust them they are shady. A bunch of money hungry theives. Youd be better doing business with sumonee on Craigslist over these people. Such a shame shady people like that exist

Its always a struggle to find somewhere that can work on my BMW properly and not charge absurd rates. So once I found these guys Ive always decided to make the extra drive out ever since.If you understand cars well, you can tell they know what they are doing and being straight with you. If you dont, to the people Ive recommended them to, they were always willing to explain things in detail.

Blew my upper radiator hose and and they did a head gasket job for me. Helped me out with finaces. Sam and carlos. You guys are great

No they’re going to treat with dignity and respect. They’re honest and extremely reliable. I’m very pleased I found this place! There’s no other mechanic for my Mini Cooper! Sam is head and shoulders above the rest of the other mechanic shops. His genuiness and sincerity coupled with his customer service and honesty make this place that much more favorable for me to take my vehicle.

The first on list of auto repair shops when searching online to fix engine light problem that wasnt solved by Land rover dealer thousands of $$$ later. They diagnosed it right away and ended up being an inexpensive part but critical for fuel system efficiency.They are always able to fix my emergency engine problems immediately and always reasonable and understanding.

I live all the way in Chino and I drive out to get my car serviced here (50+ miles) because their prices are VERY competitive and their service is fast. Every other mechanic I have been to has tried to up-sell services that I did not need. These guys do not do that and it is why I continue getting my car serviced here. Ive recommended this place to all of my friends and they are all the same way. In short: Great fast service at an excellent price with friendly people.

Outstanding mechanics here. Great prices and fantastic experience overall. Theyve worked on 3 different cars of mine (BMW and Chevrolet), and done an excellent job every time.They also provide excellent new and used car purchase and modifications services.

Called to receive information on my BMW check engine Code, which was given of a code reader at Autozone. The person whom I spoke with was Carlos, he was a complete smart alec and rude! I simply told him that I would like to have my car to be seen based on the code which I received and if he would be able to give me a quote or help me with that. Carlos then said that I have 2 options here, 1 can ask Dr. Google whats wrong with my car and hell base the price of that, or 2 his guys can see the car and figure out whats wrong with it. I never said anything about going to or getting information off Google, I got the code base of Autozone code reader. He made me feel uneasy about wanting to take my car to them, I was looking forward into taking my car to him just based on the feedback from his previous customers, unfortunately hes not a professional when it comes down to customer service over the phone. I wouldnt even give him a Star if it was up to me!

These guys advertise 30% less than dealer. They make their money by playing the guessing game with your car. I have been dealing with this gang for almost a year. $7500 later my car is still not fix. When you have non mechanic people making your diagnosis, you can’t expect fair results. Carlos is a money pit, he is a good talker but sees one thing, his pockets. Take my word do not trust these guys . False promises. 11/18, update. It’s been almost two years and my car is not running. Stay away from these guys.

I purchased my car a few years back from Pro Car as well as continue to have my car serviced here. Theyre fair and the best customer service every time. As a woman, I always feel comfortable here. I would definitely purchase another car from Pro Car.

Repair not done correctly. I took my car to another repair shop to fix the problem that Pro Car was supposed to fix. In addition the odometer reading was entered into their system incorrectly. They refilled the engine with less than the required amount of oil. Big promises, poor job.

Carlos is the best at being professional and troubleshooting any problem w/ur vehicle.

Went to have them replace a serpentine belt and sat there for 3 hours before they decided to tell me they couldnt do it ! I 2ouldnt recommend that place to anybody at all.

Sam & Carlos are great guys to bring your Audi for service . They also work on other foreign vehicles like BMW, Benz, n Land Rover. Great friendly environment, honest and AAA approved.

I will never come tothier shop again. they failed to diagnose my X5. they replaced parts and still same problem... i just end up of bringing my car to different shop... Hate this place... pkease stay away withthem...

Kept the car for over 2 months, would never call with updates (we always had to call), when we called we would get no answers (call later, we will call you, or just left on hold for long periods until I hung up). When we got it, hood was misaligned, there were new scratches and there were parts underneath that were not screwed on (resulting in damage and requiring replacement - again)Stay away! This was a horrible experience!

Stay away!!! The guy is full of it uses after market parts wants to charge insane amount for storage and purposely leaves them on the lot for additional fee total insurance fraud!!!!

Had the worst experience dealing with this company. Taking a chance not worth it.
