I drove all the way from Chatsworth just to get one item that I couldnt seem to find in the valley this place has a variety of every kind of hair wig hair piece you name it they got it the customer service here is outstanding theyre very patient that go above the Call of Duty to try to keep the customers happy

They have ERRRTHANG!! I have never seen so many brands of braiding hair too! They have so many ponytail w/bang styles to choose from. I heard about LAX Beauty Supply through word-of-mouth and I am so glad I checked them out. Friendly staff too which is also so necessary.

If you need anything pertaining to hair, here it is. They have absolutely everything. Great pricing, service is always fast and respectful. And you can tell every worker had knowledge of the products they sale. Hair and products that I have bought came with no complaints.

Nice place for Los Angeles!! It’s fairly large for considering some of the beauty supply store I have visit so far.. Most of them are small, this one is decent.. But I am still in love with houston beauty supply stores lol

This place is worth the drive for anything hair!I would not recommend coming here if you only have less than $20 dollars to spend. 😔..ladies, if you’re here only to buy wig caps and they ran out of the dome black ones, walk out and head towards the Subways in the shopping center, you will find another beauty supply that always has dome wigs stocked.this is where to come for crochet hair and braiding hair!Must must!Ask me for anything :)

I can usually find what I’m looking for, their selection is big. They do watch customers- not unusual but that’s getting tired and old. Leave the neighborhood if you have to do that. They really need to do a major clean- up, brighten up and reorganize the store. The condition of the store tells you what they think about the community they serve. I have never had a negative experience and the staff is always cool but the store is very unkempt, unorganized and plain dirty. I don’t want to spend anytime in there! I just want to get in and get out solely based on the condition of the store and the way they stalk customers. I couldn’t give more than 3 stars.Review update 2 years after the one above: the guys they have working in there now 5/14/2021 are extremely disrespectful and treat everyone like a suspect except the ones that “look” like them. While the selection is great the store is still very sloppy and unkempt. I saw new floors. I have been going to this stores for over probably 10 years & Sadly I can no longer shop here solely because of what I observed of the male staff now working there. As I stated above the condition of the store says to me that they don’t care about much. The gentlemen that used to work there were respectful all the time no matter the issue and usually resolved things without calling people out their names and being unprofessional at the counter in the midst of a transaction. It’s just sad to see what is going on here.

I went to purchase a wig and the sales lady knew I had never purchased one before and neglected to advise me that all wig sales were final. Her sole goal was to make the sale. The very next morning I returned the wig and she would not even listen to me, she just stated all wig sales are final and that they can not explain that statement to every customer. Poor customer service!

Poor customer service. I bought 6 packs of hair n had to return 4 packs due to poor quality. They do not refund so I was then force to choose another poor quality hair. The difference for the exchange was 2 dollars, I ask for that to be a discount due to my lost n the cashier refuse. For your money I would recommend you go to a store that shows some consideration and appreciation for its customers

Well mgr told me item was discontinued so he could force me into making another selection. I went to another beauty supply they had it and customer service rep said its not discontinued.

They have pretty much anything you could want for black hair care. Prices are what you expect (high). The workers are friendly though.

They have everything you need. But I hate the way they make you feel like you are there to steal. Everyone DOES NOT steal. I know there are people that do and you have to watch your stuff, so sad. But everyone is an individual and until someone shows you something different; dont put everyone in the same basket....those returning customers.
