I have called multiple times to speak with whomever handles the delivery trucks. Approximately 9 months ago I called and spoke with the dispatch manager advising that their tractor trailers keep driving down our residential street to short cut to a liquor store two blocks away. This is a residential street and the policy have advised that these trucks are NOT permitted on this street.For the past four weeks, these trucks have resumed driving down our street again. I have called and called, leaving messages and no one ever returns my calls.I would like someone to contact me regarding this issue. If not, the neighbors and I will begin calling the police each time we see a truck on the street and they have advised that they will site the trucks.

First of all, I am very disappointed the way they treat customers. They never deliver drinks at the right time and its hard to stay in touch with them. I own various businesses locally, they did not deliver drinks for weeks and had to buy drinks from different location personally to manage my stores. I emailed them and called them constantly, but it was unable to communicate and get proper service. Worst place ever, I would not even give one star if it was possible.
Dear Harbor,Thank you for the friendly reminder of why I stopped doing business with you several years ago. I thought you had changed. I thought things might be different this time. Apparently you are still stuck in your dont-give-a-crap-about-customers ways.Third time I have placed an order in three months and it hasnt arrived. Called to ask for it as I was depending on it and told I had to wait until the next week. WHYYYYYYYY? I didnt make the mistake, your rep did. Make it right.Or dont. I am not buying anything from you. Im just a little restaurant owner but I hope someone higher up in the Harbor food chain is listening or is this lack of care a trickle down from the chiefs above?
They are strict about delivery but dont communicate holiday hours. Theyre not helpful with any knowledge, and come off as rude. You never speak to the same person, and theyre always out of things. I only use them bc they have beer I want. I am trying to go with another distributor asap, bc theyre a nightmare to work with. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Arrived early for unload appointment. Directed to a dock and unload started within 20minutes.Check in and departure procedures were not explained but not too difficult.Clean restroom.

Their customer service is not all that great. Told them we had a check ready for them and asked them for a delivery. They said they would only deliver after we dropped off a check at their office or sent them one to their office in the mail. If someone tells you that they have a check for you the least they could do is to make sure that a delivery goes out to their customers. They should work with their customers.
Ill call this place for work opportunities I requested to be transferred to human resources and I was declined and denied by the receptionist to transfer the phone call,.. she stated something about equal opportunity employment and whatever questions I have go to the website which I did and I still have questions to be answered, and I explained to her that I did and I had more questions from that point on I noticed that she was getting frustrated and annoying,... My opinion about this company do not work for them or do business !!!! and personally that reception needs desperately to take work ethic classes and customer service as well, ... At the end dont take my word for it look at other peoples postings
