Beware! Setting up is not an issue, however when it comes time to close your account, Ready Refresh is set up to make it very difficult. For over a month I have attempted to close my account. They have a loop where Ready Refresh written communications points you to the 800 number, then the 800 number points you to the website. Meanwhile your account remains open, Ready Refresh will not pick up the empties or the cooler. If you do not skip delivery Ready Refresh will surely charge a customer. Meanwhile the cooler rental continues to add up. I continue to call the 800 number and submit online and email requests to close the account, but Ready Refresh refuses to process. Very poorly run, do not fall into the same trap as I did.
We bought a cooler. We noticed that it was leaking the day after it was installed and weve had to take it out of operation. It has been impossible to get any support. No one answers the phone and there is not even a way to leave a voicemail.
They are the worst possible company who have been charging us for dispenser which was removed in March. We were charged for an extra dispenser for 3 years which we never had. We were unable to remove autopayment from website. A manager Nicolas Staup promises that we will get refund which we have been waiting for more than 2 months now. It is just bad service and a scam. Please do not use this company.
I canceled these services monthsssss ago however was still being billed and never received any product during the time of being billed. Finally they tell me they are sending $80 worth of product/ water that I never got to collections. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES
We have been using ready refresh for 3 years now and its been 2 years of issues. They consistently lack communication skills with our business. There has been issues with trying to pay our bill online, issues with delivery dates, consistently increasing price on services every 3-6 months. At one point they added cups to our order which we never added but were charged. Just recently we were charged delivery fee, but didnt receive our delivery? I contact them about it and they reschedule our delivery, but we have to wait 5 days till they can get to us. No rush on their part, though I explained that this is a crucial need for our business. It now messes up on our schedule for services. If you use them be prepared to do extra work month in and month out.
Posted a negative review on Yelp after 10 + years of having water delivered to our office and realized we are not the only ones who have been having issues with their deliveries. Interesting that the company does not try and rectify the problem. Tried to solve the issue with their new website and via phoning customer service but still no change. Very sad!

Their system has been down for 2 weeks. They missed their delivery instructions after we called them twice. Theres no sense of urgency or apology. It feels like were paying a company to literally do nothing.
Horrible customer service, the water fine but delivery very bad I called many times speaking with customer service and manager to stop delivering 12 gallon of water to my home and nothing change now I have 24 setting in my front door, they just want to take your money no manners, every month like that and they promised to give credit but
