This was the worst Alarm Company I have ever dealt with. I would NOT RECOMMEND. Especially, if you move and have to cancel, they dont answer their phone, they put you on hold, they make it IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL. I have been trying over a year. I finally today got through, they say I owe them, even after written cancellation, phone cancellations, etc. Still have to pay because they are saying I did not cancel, which of course I did, MANY TIMES. Try a different company, NEVER use Bay Alarm.

I just had a great experience with Howard from Bay Alarm. Our tenants installed the system 3 years ago when we lived elsewhere but since moving back, we never used the system. We needed to re-install some sensors and personalize the system for us. Howard was professional, courteous and, most importantly, made sure I understood the system and the changes we were making to it. He was thorough but also efficient.

I use Bay Alarm for my home security and cameras. The workers were extremely professional and polite when they came to my house. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an alarm system. I definitely have that peace of mind I was looking for!
