I appreciated the help that I received from the staff. They helped me to make a good choice in travel bottle I went in to buy a air pump. Came out with a very nice travel bottle and a great air pump.

I was in the area and needed new soccer cleats. I didnt expect much coming in but the girl working the floor on Monday helped me out a lot! She new her stuff and was so friendly. I was in a hurry so I couldnt thank her properly but Ill definitely come back for other soccer gear in the near future.

This store was a life-saver! I had been searching high and low to get myself a Wilson Evolution basketball and I couldnt find it anywhere in the area! Not kidding I went to about 5 places and either they didnt have it or they were out of stock. But then I came here and they had lots of the basketball that I wanted woot! Plus I walked around afterwards and they have a lot of cool things that I almost bought. Anywhere from sports, to outdoors, to sports clothing they have got it all!

Im not sure how I want to rate this place so you decide. I went here to purchase a few items. While I was shopping, a gentleman (It could have been the manager) assisted me. He was very helpful but when I went to the register to pay for the items, the sales associate was very unprofessional. There was a customer in front of me which stepped out of the line to get something else. When the customer returned, she stood behind me. I think she wanted to get back in front of me but she did not ask if she could and I dont think she wanted to challenge me. When I reach the sales associate, I put my items on the counter. Instead of greeting me, the sales associate said, You cant purchase this item. It belongs to the customer behind you and she has already paid for it. I told the sales associate these items has not been paid for and does not belong to this customer. The sales associate kept arguing with me about this item until the customer finally told to the sales associate my items did not belong to her. As I completed my purchase, the sales associate called the next customer which was the customer that got out of line. They started speaking a different language and laughing. This is completely unacceptable. What type of message is the store trying to send? As I walked out the store, I was very angry and I dont think I will be returning. The sales associate is very lucky I am a thinking person.

Every time I come here I get great customer service, I have had least 4 differebt employees go over and beyond. And they have really lowered their prices over the years, much more affordable.

Im not very big on the shoes that was in this store, but the manager that was there was very courteous and helpful to me. The staff is very nice which I appreciate. I did get something else besides shoes and the manager it was very kind to show me things and talk to me.

Prices are good but service in the shoe department is non-existent. They could have sold 2 pairs of shoes but nobody to go in the back to get my size. I ended up buying one pair that was on deep discount because the deal was good. Otherwise I would have just left...

There is a shoe that I like that B5 sells. I needed a new pair but couldnt find it, a store rep asked if I neded help and when I described the shoe I was looking for he found a pair, my size, in the back. Thats great customer service!

I did my research before calling. I called, they had the item I wanted, the double decker Mac wagon and they put it aside for me. So when I went to actually see the product, it was waiting for me. The staff was great!! The product is easy to use. I love my new wagon!!

Very nicely laid out Big 5 clean with friendly staff. I found and purchased exactly what I needed a pair of quality weight lifting gloves ata great price.

Big 5 have so many good items in there like they have 20% of selected shoes.
