I have rental property that H&M services. Recently I had them do a small job at my own home. The first installer they sent had to make 2 trips to Home Depot for supplies he didn’t have. After he left I looked closer at the job and it was to say gently, unacceptable. It took them 4 more trips out here until I just accepted what they had done and threw up my hands. I’ll never have them out to ANY property I own.

I purchased carpet and laminate floors which the floors had be fixed over 3 times. The carpet up stairs needs to to stretched its all lumpy and they never came back to fix it. The molding from the laminate has fell off and paying them over $2, 500.00 its not worth it @ all.
