Good service and the stuff I brought my wife love it I definitely will be back

This could have been a better experience. First off, came in on Mothers Day at 8:30am, one lady told me they were closed even-though online it says they open at 8am. I was a little upset, but I thought its not a big deal, I can wait for 30 minutes and get some light reading in. Finally, at 9:00am I go in to purchase the smallest arrangement, the cashier tells me that its $54.99, I was a little bothered but I was like thats fine I put them back, and asked if he had anything around $40.00. He said nothing under $54.99 in their store. I left out so quick! Too pricey, and the customer service needs work!

Horrible service! Female manager was completely rude over the phone. I was completely surprised at how she was talking over me and literally said “Is that my problem?” Wow. It’s no wonder this location has such low reviews. Edible arrangements is wonderful, I strongly suggest you bring your business to another location.

Ordered two arrangements for Mother’s Day, one for my grandmother and one for my aunt. My order was delivered to the wrong home and sat out for three-ish hours. When I texted my relative to ask if they enjoyed their arrangement, she said they didn’t get it. I send her the picture the delivery person took and it happened to be a neighboring home. I contacted the store and updated the lady as I communicated with my relative. Once my relative knocked on the neighbors door and asked permission for the arrangements, the lady turned on me and accused me of trying to scam her when I was just trying to let her know it wasn’t stolen but simply delivered to the wrong home. One of the cheese cakes was infested by ants and she refused to believe me. Stating she “went to college”. She gave me her personal number and I sent her pictures. She then agreed to replace them. The replacements were delivered to the right address but she lied to Edible Arrangements HQ about comments they received. My family found their delivery awkward and reported they had a bad attitude and demeanor.I complained to edible arrangements and it has been a lot of back and forth. The woman has called my phone and verbally abused me. Accusing me of being a thief, scammer, abusive, manipulative and so on. She is a piece of work and I’m also surprised she is still in business. Save yourself the stress and order anywhere but from this establishment. You’d be saving yourself a head ache and some phone calls when they can’t take responsibility for their mistakes or just chew you out without getting a word in. I was trying to be nice and not leave a bad comment but they didn’t want to comply with a refund so 🤷🏻‍♀️

Its a shame when people buy into franchise and miss manage them. You are ruining the brand. A reputable business would answer the phone or maybe you dont care about Your reputation in the community. there is no excuse to have to waited on hold for 20 mins when the site says your open to 7pm.So for that reason I will make my own fruit, the reviews say your product is not very good anyway. Go figure bad management bad product. Shameful to the brand.Corporate should fix the website it suck too! It makes you order more than what you want or wont give you the date you want.

Avoid this location! Terrible customer service, I dont have a clue in how youre able to open a franchise with such terrible business ethics.My wife and I are currently living out of state due to my job. My mother in laws birthday was coming up and my wife order an arrangement with a balloon and number as a surprise. The delivery day was horrible and the 100 dollars worth of garbage wasnt worth stressing about. The delivery man who later claim to be the owner and one man operation to this location called the number my wife noted for delivery (her moms neighbor) demanding them and very rudely to go outside and pickup their delivery and that the balloon had popped. He didnt try to resolve the problem. Later my wife called to complain for the poor experience we received and it was the same guy on phone who delivered the item there was no way of reasoning with him so well bring this experience to whomever is above this franchise location. What ever you do just order from a different location or not from overpriced edible arrangements. Reference order number: 125270-1 note: only last 7 numbers

How this place has 2 stars is beyond me. Terrible customer service, staff handled my situation with no professionalism. I understand youre busy but that does not mean you can be rude to customers.

I wish I could leave a negative 5 star rating. I placed an online order at 9am this morning for a 1030am pick-up. I called at 1030am to see if it was ready to be picked up. The male said no because it was a large order and it could be fraudulent. Why didnt anyone call me when I placed the order?! I was baffled because I prepaid for my order with my PayPal account. The male asked me to text them a picture of my ID and credit card. This seems sketchy to me so I did not. Do not go here! I would suggest calling or visiting the Edible Arrangements location in Torrance located on Hawthorne Blvd.

Avoid this place!!!!! I wish that I had checked their ratings first!!! If I could give zero stars I would! I picked an item based on the pic, fFlavor of Fall. As we all know Saturday was Sweetest Day. I decided to send my sweetie a box since he was all the way in California for the weekend and we couldn’t get together. Awesome execution but then I asked him to send me a pic of his items, I was excited to see. To my dismay, the items looked like my 10 year old nephew made an attempt. I was embarrassed to have even bothered spending my money and sending this mess to my sweetie. (I should’ve waited until he was back in Michigan because I had sent them before and they took pride in what they sent out). Now... when I spoke to the person at the store 10/21/19, I was told that they were made just like the picture because he made them and that people are picky. I was told that he wasn’t going to make them over because I probably wouldn’t like them because that’s the best he can do. He also said he’s the only one there who can do it. He offered some complimentary strawberries but his attitude was the pits. Besides, I had already told him my sweetie was no longer at the hotel and he was departing Cali today by plane. This place is on S. Western Ave. in Gardena, California. I wouldn’t order from them again to save my life and I wouldn’t advise anyone else patronizing this subpar store. Is this acceptable from Edible Arrangements... from California? I have a picture of the not so delightful treats and I even offered to send the picture to him but he insisted that he did not know why I didn’t like them because he did them himself.

Horrible customer service... The lady running this place was very rude and disrespectful... Told me she didnt give a damn about the BBB and I could tell whoever I want... This lady who I assume is the owner should not be in customer service at all...

I have to agree with the other people who post about them being rude. I would not recommend coming here.

My experience with these people was terrible the owner told me herself that she dont believe in customers come first I would advise anyone never to go there all the employees are the owners kids I have nothing against that but people make mistakes and she rather make her kids happy then customers I am reporting this place they should not have a business
