The guy at the front just looked at me funny when I asked him why he is overcharging so much on many of his products. I then asked if I could switch out a peice for some glass i wanted to buy and he said no i had to buy the extra peice as well. What kind of ripoff scheme is this ? Peoppe just dont understand you can go online and buy everything cheaper.Maybe you would have more consisten business and reviews if you didnt rip everyone off.

Worst customer service when dealing with mobile app discounts. Just horrible! Doesnt honor your coupon after he redeems it that said $1.50. He would only honor $1.00. Other times, my data crash during the time he redeemed the coupon and refused to honor the discount. Customers, take your business elsewhere!

A friend of mine likes to smoke so he bought tobacco products and smoked them after we left.

They deserve a zero rate, PETE KWON the owner had me call police because my friend purchased a $30 metal coil for our wax rig because THE one he bought earlier didnt fit our rig, he never brought to the counter and accused me and my friend of stealing the piece he charged my friend and kept the piece we came to exchange earlier too, racial profiled us, kept the money, WARNING DO NOT BUY HERE!! This shop have many different types of cigars, and cigarettes along with wraps and glass pieces all for a good price. Great customer service so its definitely a spot worth coming back to!

I say never go this shop ever bought something in less then 10 minutes and opened it was broken and they didnt want to exchange it at all!!!!! They sell broken item to customers. Worse customer service ever!!!!
