Dr Calder is awesome. At this office they really “KNOW EYES”. Every question I had and every issues with my eyes Dr Calder gave me insight or reason why. She made me feel confident with my eye decision. I was also giving the high end option and affordable option so that I was able to purchase my eyewear right away. My insurance only covered so much. Dr. Calder also gave a me a coupon as well to put toward my purchase.The service provided was more like a friendship then that of patient-Dr. I am so thankful. And happy that I chose Dr. Stahl & Dr. Calder for my eye care.

The kids and I love going here. We found this office about 6 years ago. The doctors are always super nice and very informative. We have seen Dr. Calder, Dr Stahl and on our last visit it was a different young lady. I didn’t catch her name since I had my nephew with me and he has tons of energy but she was truly amazing. Answered all my questions and even let me see the pictures of my kids eyes. The office was pretty busy but she never rushed us out. I am very happy I found them.

Hi Drs. Stahl & Calder and the wonderful staff. Brought broken glasses in for repair of frame and scratched lens. Front desk staff was great and Ill get my second pair of eyes👀back in two weeks. Great team and been with them for some years now. Stop by for an eye exam and glasses. Take care.

Cancelled 4 appointments for my kids today due to their enforced temperature on the forehead policy. Taking the temperature on the forehand is as effective. I will not permit them affecting my kids pienso glands. Do your research Mr. Optometrist! You’re an eye doctor stick to what you know.

I always enjoy going to my bi annual checkups. Friendly atmosphere thorough eye exams and a good selection of frames. If want you want is not available they will do their best to find the frame of your choice for a reasonable price.

I love this place, my daughter is 5 years old and she feels really confortable every time that we goFor a check up. Both of the doctors are great with her and very friendly, I like that they take their time with her and they are not rushing, that is important to me.

The staff here was great. They are extremely patient with children and even took care of mine when I was taking my eye exams. Everyone is friendly and professional. I arrived for my appointment very early and was seen just after filling the paperwork. The office is also nice and clean.

Seriously, Dr Stahl is the best optometrist ever! He cares and my wife feels the same way. I recommend him to everyone. I love the fact that he is not like other optometrist that look to get unnecessary money from you. He truly loves his work.

Always a satisfying experience with these folks. This time I had changed insurance to a Medicare (added benefit) policy and it took the lady up front quite a while to find me. Not an easy task, but she stuck with it and made my experience a lot better. Drs. are friendly and care about finding the right Rx for different situations. Happy to recommend these folks!

Had a really good experience at this optometrist. I was seen by Dr. Stahl who was friendly, answered all of my questions, and very informative. Anything I didnt understand he explained. The Assistants at the front desk also have great customer service skills. Its so hard to find offices where everyone is genuinely nice. One of the better eye doctors in gardena. The facility was clean, the wait time wasnt long or anything. The only thing was the selection of glasses. There were dozens of glasses options, but they were all the same frame.Rectangle, Silver frame, oval frame, 2006 frames.But you can order any pair you like out of the catalogs they have on file. Turn around was quick too. Accepts VSP.

Got a referral from my daughters doctor regarding an exam. The front office staff was very rude. Left me on hold for 20 minutes. When I called from a different line and told them I was on hold for that long they hung up on me and the other line they also hung up. Called again and got a different girl on the line explained what happened she then apologized and also hung up. Never in my life have I experienced that kind of front office service and myself being a front office administrator would never do such a thing. I see great reviews about this doctor and staff but sadly experienced none of that.

I had a piece of metal stuck in my eye. I went to Gardena medical emergency room and they couldnt help me. Went to ucla harbor at 8am till 4pm. I had this in my eye for 3 days and found these guys here. They had me in there for 20 min and took the metal out my eye. Love this place already. I really recommend there service...

This is such a great office. I have been a client here for almost 5 years. There are several eye doctors closer to my house that I can go to, but the staff and Drs. Stahl and Calder are so welcoming and friendly that it feels like family. My preteen was getting contacts for the first time and the receptionist (I cant remember her name but shes been there forever!) was so patient and kind with her during the extreme difficulty she was having. The Drs also are very understanding about how expensive eyecare is and do what they can to assist.

Dr. Stahl has always been the ultimate professional when I went to have my eyes checked. But as a insulin dependent type 1 diabetes D. Stahl introduced me to the eye exam where he takes a picture of the back of my eyes to see if theres any damage NO OTHER DOCTOR TOLD ME about this type of exam, I have been a diabetic for 33 yrs. There are no concerns or doubts about quality of service, which appears to be natural for their staff. They recommend product that will match with patients need, at the same time explain their reasons there of . Also they give more than one choice and assist u in deciding
