This review is for the one man show at the pharmacy. He is upbeat, positive, and juggling the phone, vaccine administration, prescription drop offs and pick ups, COVID tests, and I imagine more due to limited staff hours. If you find yourself here having to wait for a bit to be served, please be kind. This man is doing a phenomenal job (and at times the job of at least two or three people).

Amazingly clean! It has been a while since I was at a Rite Aid to be honest and the last time I was, the store was poorly maintained and filthy, so this was a welcomed surprise. My family and I were just visiting and needed an ice cream fix. The ice cream was amazing and we were pleased at how clean and professional the staff was. Great job Rite Aid you have a new customer as a result of my most recent experience

Please get new staff! Ridiculous how much trouble you go through to get help for the restroom at least it could be clean and have tissue.

On April 4, 2021 was my last visit to this store. I had a really bad experince when the cashier ask for picture ID when trying to buy beer and I notice that only had my temporary driver license permit so she asked next cashier what to do? then she said thats not valid we need to see a picture. I repply this document have my info and is legal to drive and you refuse to sell me beer, I felt embarrassed in front of other people, One week later I got my picture in the mail but I will try not to come back this farmacy.

This Rite Aid is the worst ever very bad pharmacy staff, I stayed on the phone for 45 minutes and they kept putting me on hold just to see if they had geritol tablets and no one never came back to the phone, you could here someone talking about another prescription, overall poor poor quality of staff and service.

Very unprofessional medical staff. Was waiting to be helped and the Pharmacy technician was chatting up with this person talking about their kids. I waiting in line for over 10 minutes and nothing. Never again coming to this store. If customer service is something you seek, you wont find it here.

You guys should really update your store hours on your window. It says you should be open until 12am but here am I at 11:30pm and can not get in. The lights are on and it says open but the doors were lock.

Apparently you need a masters degree to serve ice cream here . Waited in line until a worker rudely told us the ice cream station is closed would have been nice if a notice was posted before we waited. Didnt appreciate the rude behavior either. go somewhere else, apparently 24/hr OPEN doesnt apply to the entire store.

The two stars are for the pharmacy. They are the only redeeming party of this store. They ate obviously overworked and busy, but they are helpful and knowledgeable. The rest of the store is terrible. They often have one cashier at the front with a line 10 people deep. Dont bother stopping in... itll take you an hour to get out.

I walked in and smelled something funky in the air. I continued to shop, the smell went away but as I went to the register, the appalling stench returned and crawled back into my nostrils. I then realized it was the cashier Christine. She smells like cat litter and cat feces. She needs to use her employee discount in the hygiene section.

Worst service ever! Waited in line for ice cream for 10 minutes before Maria SCREAMED at me and my kids Ice Cream is closed! On a Saturday at 5pm while the temperature is in the mid 80s... If you planned on closing any section of the store a sign would have been appreciated.

Never go here! Extremely rude and I wont be treated like a drug addict for simply trying picking up my medication. I hate this Rite Aid!!! Every pharmacist I talked to is stupid here. Including the supervisor.

This place is the worst place ever. I have been trying to get meds for my daughter for now 2 weeks. Its so hard to get anyone to answer the phone! and when someone does and their cellphone rings they place you on hold so that they can answer their personal call. They give the worst customer service! I regret having asked my doctor to send my daughters prescription to this location.

SOMEONE ELSES MEDICATION WAS GIVEN TO MEAfter my c section (3/11/16) my dr told me to pick up my meds from this pharmacy since it was across the street from the hospital so on 3/14/16 i went to pick up my meds and they tell me their system is down and that they will call me when they are ready. Two days went by and no call from them whatso ever. And when I went to pick up my meds (3/16/16) they ask if my name is Gutierrez Evelyn and I said no its Gutierrez Vanessa so they went back and got a different bag. Thing is now Im home and looking at the medication and they gave me the WRONG MEDICATION. Im sitting here at home with Evelyns medication and when I call they always put me on hold and never answer. Now they are closed. Its been one week PP and I still havent been able to take the right medication.
